Excellent service from Maple Manor. Do double check your booking with maple manor direct though before you go. I did 3 days before we travelled only to find that the booking had not been sent to them by the agent but everything was cleared up within 5 minutes and all was great. One of the staff was waiting at the airport for us and checked the car before he took it away and all we did when we got back was ring them after we'd collected all of our baggage and the car was ready & waiting for us. Have used them before and will definately be using them again.

Very pleasant staff. We had to wait for them to arrive to collect car. I would say that they take longer than the '10 minutes' they say when you call them. Overall good value for money and pleasant experience. We had to pay a £5.00 surcharge for out of hours parking. We arrived at 1.00 am in the morning and only had £20.00 - they had no change apart from a pocketful of silver and a couple of pound coins!!

We were provided with a mobile number to phone on arriving on M23. Despite numerous attempts we were unable to make contact and were unable even to leave a message. On arriving at Gatwick the driver was not there and given the early flight we had no choice but to drive to long term parking which for the week cost us £66. We will be contacting Maple Manor for a refund and will not use them again. W

It took us a few attempts to get through on the mobile number when we were nearing Gatwick. I phoned the office number who then phoned the driver for me. The service is very efficient. This is the second time we have used them and would use them again.

The only problem we encountered was when trying to ring the number given when we were on the approach to Gatwick as it took about 6 attempts to get through by which time we were at the airport so had to wait longer for the collection driver to get there. On our return however, we phoned through and the car was there immediately we left the airport. So all in all and excellent service with very pleasant drivers.

We have used this parking service 4 times in total and really do find it convenient due to the time and hassles that it saves. Our only complaint this time was that Maple Manor took a long time to pick our car up from the arrivals bay which almost resulted in us getting a parking ticket. The first time we used Maple Manor they were quite prompt but as we use them more and more they seem to be getting worse at this aspect of the service. Despite this, I will still use them again as it makes the airport experience so much less of a hassle.

Really cheap and really efficient. We phoned as instructed and the driver was waiting to receive car when we pulled in at departure. We phoned as we exited customs on our return and had to wait all of 5 minutes for a warmed up car to be returned. It doesn't get any easier or better than this.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. They were also vey punctual in meeting me on my outward and inward flight. I feel I had the best Meet and Greet service and excellent value for money. I would use them again and certailnly recommend them to others.

having in the past used off airport parking, with the delays getting back to your car after a long journey back to the uk. Last year I started using meet & greet services & would never go back. Maple Manor offer a great good-valued service. I will use them again.

Met at the terminal unloaded and left, stress free way of going on holiday, on return by the time we left the terminal we arrived at the meeting point in time to see our car coming around the bend, loaded our luggage and set off home. will definately use again.

arriving at Gatwick at 4.00am is not a good experience, but to be met by the cheerful Maple Manor rep with no hassle about parking, getting back to the terminal with ski gear makes the experience much less stresful! Good on you, Maple Manor, I shall use you again!

We have a disabled daughter and and we do travel a lot. This experience was really great as we did not have to worry about transfers to and from the airport (offsite parking) or struggle with luggage, wheelchair etc. The drivers were waiting for us when we arrived in both instances and were patient and courteous whilst we unloaded the luggage, wheelchair and transfered our daughter. Informing Manor Parking of our arrival at the airport was simple,straight forward and again courteous. All in all a stress free and relaxing start and return from our holiday. We would certainly use Manor Parking and Simply Parking again on our next trip.

We were going on a ski trip, 2 kids 6 bags & a very large & heavy ski bag. we were met at 5:30am on xmas eve by a very cheerfull man, he explained the proceedure and made sure we had checked the car for damage before he drove off into the night. On our return I phoned once we had collected our bags and 10 minutes later our car appeared. I am so glad we took the leap of faith with Maple Manor Parking and I will never again use the shuttle services, Meet & Greet is the only way ahead

Impressed by experience. On way out we phoned number as we were leaving M23, by the time we arrived at the terminal, their mini bus was just behind us. Return was pretty quick too, approx. 10 minutes after I called, the car was at the terminal. Good value for money too in my opinion

Waited nearly half an hour on arrival at the airport for their driver, despite frequent promises of 'he's five minutes away', whilst being hassled to move on and drive round the airport by airport police. Also late on return journey, parked a long way away and then had no change for the £2.50 excess fee for arriving early morning. Give these clowns a miss.

As above, thrilled with the ease of booking and the efficient service offered on arrival/departure. Wasn't v. impressed with the way the person who answered the phone a couple of days earlier told us we couldn't bring our booking forward by half an hour, as it had been pre-booked on the Internet. (This was despite the fact I'd emailed your service, and was told to change the time by phone! She asked for a copy of the email... which is ridiculous.) However, the mobile number provided with our booking handled the matter well, when we called them afterwards... saying that there was no problem calling them when we arrived off the M25 on the day of departure. So v. impressed by THAT part of it!

We arrived for an early morning flight. When coming into the arrivals area we looked out for man holding board as stated in instructions but could not see anyone. We drove on a bit and then saw a person running behind us. It was the Maple Manor guy but he was a bit grumpy as we had not seen him sitting waiting in a van! Experience on picking up the car was a lot better.

Drivers arrived within 15 minutes, both at drop off & pick up. Our flight was delayed by 8hrs, & I was only charged £2.50 extra (although the driver did not have 50p change, but nevermind, it was christmas). For any one with children, this is a good service, convenient,efficient, & not very much more expensive.

The directions given when I first called to say I was enarly at Gatwick were unclear (the Car Rental is closed and no longer has a sign on it). It took 20 mins for Maple Manor person to pick up my car and 30 mins on my return for them to drop my car back after I had cleared customs and got my baggage. The slow service was the big downside

We called Maple Manor as we left the M25, they gave us clear instructions on where to meet the driver who would collect our car. The meeting place was easy to find and the drop off was done within minutes. On our return we called as we collected our baggage and then waited less than 10 mins for our car to be delivered to the same spot we dropped it off and we were on our way. It was a great service (particularly given we had lots of luggage) at a very reasonable price. I would definately do this again.
