This is the 2nd time I've used Maple Manor Parking and I can't fault their service-one of their staff even successfuly diagnosed a rattle in the car that I had had for sometime-so thank you!

we headed to gatwick early on a snowy wednesday morning and the roads were in complete chaos! When the M25 opened we only just got to the airport in the nick of time. Had we to have then relied on parking the car ourselves and then get ourselves and 4 children and 5 bags on to a bus to the terminal we would have missed our flight for sure. the rep met us at the airport in great time and we managed to make our flight. The rep was courteous and very presentable. On our return we managed to pick a snowy thursday 2 weeks later! We called the company after we had cleared baggage and by the time we had taken our bags and children down to the meeting point some 7 mins later the car was waiting for us and because it had been warmed up and cleared of snow we were able to get on our way immediately. This service was truly awesome and one which i would recommend to anyone else and certainly use again when travelling from gatwick. Thank you so much for helping us get on our travels so smoothly.

The drop and pick up point is not obvious. I saw nothing to indicate that it was a car rental building, and in fact went straight past it. I had to reverse about a hundred yards, fortunately very early in the morning when there was little traffic. Your instructions should include a description of the building.

Remembering the 8th feb was the day of the snow with delays, your service could not have been more punctual. Well done Team. I use to run Avis U.K. and hence I know the value of good servcie at airports. Will see you again and not hesitate to recommend you. regards - John Price

Great value; only £5 more than parking in the car parks and getting the bus. Great if you've got heavy luggage, as you're met at the airport. Unfortunately the driver returning the car seemed to think he was doing us a favour not provding a service; gruff and rude. We'll use another company in future.

We found Maple Manor Parking very friendly, reliable and good value for money. Arranging parking was incredibly easy and straightforward, from the inital booking to contacting the friendly staff when nearing the airport. The return journey was made considerably easier without the hassle of waiting for buses to car parks in the freezing British weather. Our car was returned promptly and instructions were exceptionally easy to follow...the car was nice and warm too! We can highly recommend this company and will be using their services next time we fly from Gatwick.

Worth every penny - coming off a 5 hr flight at 1am and facing a long drive home, we really appreciated not having to wait around and get a bus to where we parked the car. Staff are friendly and efficient. We called once we got our luggage and the car was waiting when we got to the pick up point.

Very stressful locating anyone to drive the car away. Had to get one of their staff to find a driver, and then circle the airport. It was very busy and they were very polite...but!

The number given to call on our return to the UK was not answered - gave up after 12 minutes and rang (at extra expense) the mobile number. Car then delivered within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service from their driver. Will use again! Thank you.

Got to Gatwick at 04:30 and had to wait 10 mins for the car to be picked up, however on our return we walked out of the door just as our car arrived. Would definitely use Maple Manor again.

We have never used the service before, having always parked at the car park and been bused to the airport. Even though it cost a little more, we cannot fault the service and will now be using it every time we fly.

Very good; I never waited a second both on departure and arrival. I would definitely use again. A few quid more than others, but it saves at least half an hour or even more.

Exactly as advertised - collection within 5 mins of us arriving at terminal and car returned within 10 mins on return. So much better than the bus ride to off airport parking!!

Great service. They were there waiting when we arrived for departure and we only had to wait minutes upon our return to get the car back. Whilst away I realised that I had booked the car return for a day earlier than we actually arrived. I made one call to the office where someone sorted it out without hassle.

Office staff were unhelpful and had to be called a number of times before a driver arrived to collect the car. When I asked the driver why he was late, and why I hadn't been given better information by the office staff he replied " if you're going to talk to me like that, i'll leave your car here". I narrowly avoided getting a ticket from a traffic warden because the driver was late. Not a great start to a holiday! The driver also took around 20 minutes to arrive with the car on the way back, despite following the instructions to call once customs had been cleared. Car was dropped off in a different location to that specified in the instructions. I would rather pay significantly more and get better service than use this company again.

Good service, with helpful staff. The only downside was a good 10 min wait on our departure which required me to continue driving around due to drop off restrictions. On arrival the telephone number we were given didn't work, luckily they supply you with two additional numbers just in case! We also had a 10 min wait but it was much easier that catching a shuttle out to our car.

Why have I been sent a review of my parking experience? I cancelled it before flying due to issues with my vehicle. I cannot therefore comment on the service in any way. This ids pointless. Why don't your staff record the cancellation on the system so I don't get bothered with pointless correspondence (and you don't either)

double check on your times - we changed our collection time from 6.30am to 6am 24 hours before flying, tried to ring from 5.50am but the mobile number we were given was switched off so the car wasnt collected until 6.15 - bit of a hairy start to your holiday if you think you have to make last minute alternative arrangements! on our return we stood outside freezing for 15 minutes waiting for our car! the drivers were excellent though and we were not charged the 2.50 surcharge for arriving before 6.30am, would definately use again.

Second time I have used this service, and it is fantastic. Really pleased. I was a little concerned at letting someone drive off in my new car, but I was given documentation, and the car was delivered promptly in exactly the same condition it left in....and no, it wasn't used as a taxi whilst I was away. Thanks for the service. Cannot see why anyone would rather use the airport car park and take a bus ride!

A great experience, would definitely use again, great value for money, the only criticism would be that we had to wait for your representative to come and collect the car from us on arrival, but that was because there was a mix up with terminals so not his fault.
