Brilliant service; will always do it this way from now on. Have convinced my sister-in-law that this is the way to do it as well. All I can say is FANTASTIC.

I rang Maple Manor Parking to let them know our arrival time at Gatwick, but still had a 15-minute wait for their representative. The aiport parking attendant tried to move us on, but I was allowed to wait because of my blue badge. Arriving back from our holiday, we had another 15-minute wait and there were no seats outside in the layby: this is a problem for someone who is disabled and unable to stand for long periods! Other than that, the service was very good and we will definitely use Maple Manor Parking again!

We were travelling with 2 kids at short notice and had to catch our flight after a night shift, so we thought it is best to book a meet and greet service at the airport. The service was exactly as stated and the person meeting us was friendly. Within no time we could check in and make it in time. While coming back we rang the given number from the baggage hall and the car was there in 15 minutes, clean and warm. Overall we are pleased with the service and would use them again.

Fantastic service - recommend it. Driver met us at Gatwick and car was delivered within 10-15 minutes (and it was late on a Saturday night). Pre-booked which meant the price was cheaper than the normal long term car park.

I rang Maple Manor to advise we were off the plane and rushing through the airport with NO luggage to collect, as we had been told to do. I explained that we would be outside within 10 minutes and would need the car very quickly in order to be on our way to Portsmouth to catch the LAST ferry at 12.30 to the Isle of Wight. IT TOOK 55 Minutes for our car to be delivered. We could have been on a Courtesy Bus to one of the airport car parking facilities and on our way in that time and it would have cost half the price. We missed our ferry by 12 minutes and had to wait until 04.30 next day to board the next one. I will not be taking this service again, I felt I had NO CONTROL and had to just wait, and wait, and wait for our car. It was a very poor service.

I will use this service again, it makes life so easy. Arrived at airport early when going out, no problem, phoned the number and within 10 mins of arriving at airport car was collected. On return I was waiting no more than 5 mins. Great service!!!

Having 2 small children it's so much easier to get out of the car at the terminal, take the bags out, put them on a trolley, hand over the keys to Maple Manor car parking and go on holiday - no hassle involved. It's one less thing to worry about and stops you getting stressed out waiting for buses or walking to the bus stop.

Maple Manor's rep was there before we arrived to drop off car, and before we exited the airport terminal when we came back. The person who picked up car also assisted with getting a trolley. Excellent service.

Have used service a few times. Once had to wait 15 mins to collect my car on arrival at the airport, but usually punctual. However, this time on arrival back at Gatwick I phoned (21.08) upon collection of my luggage and was quoted 10-15 mins. After 2 further calls car finally arrived at 21.38. 30 mins may not seem too bad but it is when you arrive late at night, are freezing cold, have to be in work early the next day and are still facing a further hour's drive to get home.

After a very abrupt and almost rude initial conversation when we first contacted Maple Manor as per instructions to let them know of our impending arrival at the airport, the service improved drastically. Both collecting and returning drivers were very pleasant, polite and punctual. I would use again.

This was my first experience of 'meet & greet' parking; it was everything we could have hoped for - no waiting, no need to transfer to the airport, no carrying of cases. It was a superb service - we shall always use it in future. Thank you Maple Manor Parking!

To be honest, it is cheaper in my experience and in my view safer to park this way, also hassle free. The company were great; efficient and friendly. Many thanks.

A good service, with helpful staff both on the end of the phone and the drivers themselves. Although the instructions seemed a little vague, I was reading them at two in the morning after a four hour drive on the way out and at 11 am after 6 hours travelling on the way back!!! Thoroughly recommended for families travelling with small active children.

The service was very easy to use and we dropped off the car just by the front of the airport and it was returned in the same place. I would definitely use the service again.

Excellent service, friendly drivers, fantastic price. Even though we were early we didn't have to wait long for the car to be collected. Would definitely use again.

Quite a luxury to have someone meet and greet you, especially when travelling with a toddler, pushchair, carseat, 6 check-on bags and 3 carry ons. No way would we manage to fit this all on a bus. Also safer than putting our toddler on the bus in no car seat for 5 miles. Thanks!

Keep the price at a reasonable level and I am sure they will be a great success. Most other companies are far too expensive and I would rather go to a car park and lose the convenience.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Even thought we arrived earlier than expected before we flew out, Maple Manor were prompt on meeting us. Would definitely use this company again.

Arriving at Gatwick for departure early on a Sunday morning with two small children and a lot of luggage meant that we wanted to make our lives as easy as possible. The car was collected as planned and on time and when we returned in the rain, late on a Sunday night, the car was ready when we came out of the terminal. What a relief, no buses, no hanging around in the rain, no searching for cars in massive carparks in the dark.

Car parking made easy. Always a person to answer the phone when arrangements had to be altered. We felt the company was there to help the customer. Always polite, reliable and efficient.
