Otherwise very good service marred by the fact that our car was returned with a small but clearly visible scrape and ding on one side. MMP were however professional about dealing with this and have sorted out repairs - we will see once those are done...

We had to wait about 15 minutes when we dropped the car off, but when we came home we literally had just taken our cases off the trolley when the driver returned our car. I would definitely recommend using this service.

We were met on time by a courteous, professional driver who even managed a smile at an ungodly hour! The car was checked and we were able to start holiday straight away. On our return the driver was (despite the plane being early)waiting 5 mins after our call & a nip into M&S to pick up milk! Fantastic service & company will be using again later this year.

Great service in terms of meeting and greeting and the car was not damaged at all. But, it was absolutely filthy when it was returned, caked in orange dust which your driver said came from the shingle drive. A quick hose down would have been appreciated.

We have 2 children, 10 and 13 getting up at 4am is not good for anyone, but we were looking forward to sailing through the airport without having to wait in the cold and wet. Our driver was waiting for us looked over the car and off we went. The same on return no waiting just sailed out of arrivals and into the car. The children were happy knowing we did not have to wait for a courtesy bus and collect our car in the huge queue. thank you will definately be using this service again.

I had just collected my car from car repair company where they had resprayed the offside back door and back quarter the day before we went away. I noticed when we came back a scratch "like key scraped" about 6" long on the door I had just had the car resprayed - due to another "key scratch damage". The day after we returned home we had to go straight down to Portsmouth to a family bereavement and it is only now we are back that we have taken a full look at the car. At the time in the light of the Aiport it just looked like a smudge mark as the car was very dirty but it is a definite - not seriously deep - but broken the paint, mark. We have not used or did not use the car when we drove straight back from the Airport and parked on my drive. I was going to contact you but my computer has been off line until today!!.

Great service, drivers very friendly - only draw back that I can foresee will be when you become more popular and it will be difficult to set down and pick up from where you operate from now. Now that the car rental place has opened opposite your set down position, I am sure the traffic will become congested - in fact, when we arrived home on 1st April it was pretty congested already - this is my only criticism though, everything else was A1.

This is the first time we have used this service and with 2 children and 4 cases we didnt fancy the usual trek on airport buses. Maple Manor were superbly efficient, we called them from the M23 and they arrived to collect the car almost at the same time as us, on our return we called them when we cleared customs and they were outside at the same time as us and our car was in the same condition as when we left it. I would highly recommend their service and will definately be using them again.

Had a long cold wait to get the car collected, driver was doing another job at North terminal... as we were flying to warm climates we had no winter clothes .. bbbrrrrrrrr. Return was promt, but my battery had gone flat (did not even recover by the 70m drive home so had to buy a new one). It was reasonably new, and had had no previous trouble. ??

Despite informing the car park we would be returning one day late they were not expecting our arrival and we ended up waiting almost 40 mins to get the car back. Could have easily caught the bus to the long term car park in that time. Also had to wait over 20 mins when dropping the car off which left us very tight for catching our flight

every member of the team we spoke to were very helpful and polite. the service is certainly better than we expected and knowing our car was safe meant piece of mind during the holiday. the cost worked out cheaper than all of us getting the coach to the airport, but also meant that we travelled in a lot more comfort as well. we will definatly be using the service again next time we go away.

This was my first time to use simply, though I have used other, cheap Valet Parking before (incuding Pink Meet and Greet, now defunct). Contact with the office was good and pick up was timely. Returning the car was the worst aspect. The plane was early arriving 0715, when we rang they said they were busy and quoted 40 minutes, that would have been the originally requested time 0800. The car did not arrive until 0830. We were standing outside for some 40 minutes in the cold. They would lose less goodwill if they quoted an accurate time for returning the car.

We found Maple Manor Parking to be very punctual and efficient. Someone always answered the phone unlike some companies I've read about and they were there to collect our car on time. As our flight was delayed coming back, we rang to let them know and again, they were there waiting for us at some ungodly hour of the morning. The car was as the left it and had only done 6 miles in our absence. Will definitely use them again when flying from Gatwick.

We were met at airport as we arrived. The car was properly checked by the driver collecting it. He was courteous. On our return we waited about five minutes for our car, which was returned in exactly the same state we had left it and were on our way a couple of minutes later. Nothing could have been easier.

I have paid for airport parking before, but this was a lot less hassle for the whole family. They picked up my car promptly and dropped it off just as quick. I would definitely use them again.

Brilliant service from Maple Park and no problems with their arrangements or the car. The issue is that there is no set aside area at Gatwick North Departures for these valet pick ups and so you are at the mercy of the Gatwick Police/Traffic wardens. So if you are a minute early or late to make the exchange, the Police may give you a ticket, or make you drive round the airport one way system again, adding to the abysmal traffic chaos.

Worked like clockwork ! Prompt, efficient. courteous, professional service. Took away all the anxiety, stress and rushed feelings of racing to check-in - especially early in the morning. Huge benefits of not having to transfer all your luggage on & off a courtesy coach - adding another pre-travel trauma.
