The service was everything I hoped it would be. Staff were punctual,efficient and polite.It made a great start and end to the holiday.All the procedurs worked very well. I will definately use this service again and have already recommended it to friends.

No real problems to speak off, car was returned in the condition I left it. Advised them on return that we were in baggage area but having collected baggage and got through customs car was about 20 to 25 minutes arriving. It was about half twelve at night and with two young sleepy children in tow the service could have been prompter. It wasn't as if it was the busiest time at the airport. All in all though it takes the hassle out of parking the car and catching a bus to the terminal.

We have used Maple Manor before & it was OK, but this was awful. When we were trying to get hold of them to come & collect the car from us, I rang approx every 7 mins, at the third call we were about to be booked by the traffic warden so I asked MM what the problem was & what were we to do, the woman on the phone was very rude to me. IT spoiled the start of our holiday, and having to wait 50 mins on our return meant a very late arrival home.When we complained to the man delivering our car back, he was very pleasant but just said they were understaffed. We were very disapointed and certainly will never use them again.

We were met by a very polite man (at 3.30am!)and handover was quick and easy. On our return we had to wait approx 10 mins for the car, but this was understandable given volume of traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Very efficient, totally painless, would definitely use again!

When I was waiting for the luggage, I called. The man told me to call again once all bags were collected. I did. When I got to the collection point, I had to wait 15 minutes. If he had taken my details when I called pre-picking up the bags, I wouldn't have to wait. This was a pain as I have 3 small children and the whole point of meet and greet was not to have to hang around.

We were travelling with 2 special need 16 year old girls and valet parking made it so much easier than struggling from car park. Although late on pick up staff were very apologetic and quickly took car once they arrived. On return we arrived at 1.00am and driver was very prompt and polite. Would definately use again.

Didnt really want to wait almost an hour for my car at 1am with child following 12 hour flight delay... though to be fair the other meet and greet service was apparently even more appalling. If these clowns want to charge a premium price then they should provide a better service than getting on the car park bus.

We have often used airport parking but mainly at Stansted as it is fairly easy to get to from where we live - we never use Heathrow facilities as they are too expensive. The 'park it yourself' car parks at Gatwick are difficult to find and quite a long way from the airport itself, not conducive to a good experience especially if you have to meet or make an early morning flight. The comparable cost of getting to and from Gatwick by cab (there) and train (back) worked out at about £3 less than your service. We will definitely use you again if we fly from Gatwick, the pick up/drop off staff were so pleasant and helpful too.

This is the second time we have used a valet parking service when travelling. I was very satisfied with the way we were treated from booking to using the service. Drivers were prompt and courteous and explained everything fully. We were travelling withour twin 6 year olds so car was the best way to travel and knowing that we didn't have the extra hassle of car park link buses or courtesy buses took a load off our minds. The next time we travel we will definitely be using this service again.

First time we have used you. All good, and we intend to use you approx 8 times a year as we always holiday in Italy. I enquired of your driver as to the approx mileage my cover woul cover whilst in you care. He thought approx 6 miles in total. Had covered 19.7 mls. I am not complaining, but would be interested in any comment you have. Thanks. Hugh Evans

The only bad point was at arrival back in UK. I rang when through passport control, as I would and have for all previous meet & greet services to be told ring after ciollecting baggage. Thought thsi was a little curte at the time. When I rang back after collecting baggage I then proceded to wait the 15 - 20mins before car arrived. Bearing in mind my arrival back was 11:30 on a Sunday morning some consideration that the inbound flights would not be busy phoning when through passport control would then have enabled my car to be brought to arrivals without the long wait. I would use the service again however knowing the delay between ringing and car arrival may alter my view.

Only comment I didn't know I had a surcharge for early collection. Having said that I was happy to pay as it was early. I will use Maple Manor Parking again and my boyfriend often travels twice a month on business so will be interested in using Manor Parking. We are loyal customers to a meet and greet company at Heathrow. Thank you for asking for feedback Best wishes Maggie

When you arrive for departure Maple are there waiting and the handover takes 2 minutes and you're off! On return I waited all of 2 minutes before the car keys were in my hands and was the on road home whilst the queue at the bus stop for the long stay car park continued to lengthen. No contest!

Worth every penny, one phone call on the way to the airport and the man was waiting for us to arrive remove the case sign a piece of paper and off you go what could be easier?One phone call as we left customs and as we exited the building our car pulled up, 5 mins later we were on our way home. Beats all that hassle on the bus, your holiday should start when you leave home so why get stressed lugging cases onto a bus? Book Maple Manor you won't be disappointed.Used them before and will use them again in August...must get that booked.

we arrived before the driver so was waiting in a layby for 30 mins before we realised that there was a representative waiting at the entrance to the airport, looking out for us. We phoned the office but they didn't appear to pass on the message to the driver. So not very good comunication

As we had overnight flights with two children we didn't want the hassle of catching buses and moving our luggage more than we had to. Our car was collected and delivered by courteous drivers punctual to our departure and return. Thank you very much. I shall re-book with Maple Manor again I'm sure.

Having no dedicated area at the airport to meet the parking representative was a bit confusing, and meant we had to use the drop off zone. This almost cost me a parking ticket thanks to a rather over zealous traffic warden. I had a short wait for the parking rep to arrive on my departure, but they were there waiting for me with my car on my return. 7/10.

Fantastic service on return - but going out a different story. First time I have used this scheme at Gatwick. Rang from M23 as requested - directions given but tone of voice sounded as though different from those e-mailed. Hence slightly worried about where I was waiting although seemed correct. Rang after 2mins and told on way. Rang after 10mins and told that driver looking for me at venue. No sign. By now I was justifiably frantic because although I had plenty of time to catch plane I had no idea what was happening. Rang again and told that just arriving in a white van. Had they told me there would be a 15min delay it would have been fine but it was the not knowing and the misinformation that bothered me. There was no apology and the driver was rude and dismissive of my concerns. Coming back restored my faith in the system but....

Use this company they are great we arrived at Gatwick North and with 2 mins we wqere walking through to check in. Within 2 mins of calling the car was back with us on our return making the whole trip complete with an easy way of parking at Gatwick and for a fraction more than short or long term parking.

Maple Manor are generally very good. Once we arrived at the airport, there was no sign of them. However, by the time I had unloaded all the suitcases and various baby paraphenalia, he had turned up and was very helpful indeed. On our return, to Gatwick, we were very tired and forgot to call until after we left customs. however, they were magnificent and were waiting for us. Overall, an excellent service!
