Service is pretty good - you get all that you need, including a reply to my text message the day before returning to reconfirm the logistics in light of airport security heightening. Only gripe was we had to wait too long (by 10 minutes) on returning - not great considering it was 1am, raining, and my 2 small children were awake.

As I flew the day after the Glasgow Airport bombing, this trip could've been a nightmare. But valet parking saved the day. I pulled up outside the airport and the driver was ready to unload and take care of my car. Without this brilliant service I think I would've missed my flight as the queues for all the other car park facilities were dreadful. I won't use any other service from now on. Great value for money too as it was only a few pounds more expensive.

We had to pay £2.50 driver had no change so took £5, why do drivers not have change knowing they need to collect £2.50. Also half way home found that we had a slow puncture can't prove that it happened at Maple but then again never checked when tired at middnight. Due to security we had to wait over 30 minutes not exactly meet and greet..........would seriously think about using maple in the future

we phoned Maple manor as we neared the airport and received directions to where we would be met we waited about 5 mins for someone to collect the car. when we came home, we phoned after clearing customs and again had about a 5 min wait for car to be returned to us, no hassles, great

Despite the security alert having risen to high by the time we flew home (the day of the Glasgow airport attack) we had no trouble with being met after our flight. I called Maple Manor slightly before we were "supposed" to, just to check whether anything had changed - and was assured that it hadn't. By the time we got our bags and came out, our car was waiting for us. We had a slight wait when we had arrived at the airport, but nothing more than if we had been waiting for a bus at a different sort of car park. I can't think why we haven't done this before, and will certainly use Maple Manor again when flying from Gatwick.

We would have missed our flight had we not booked parking with Maple Manor. They were couteous and prompt and with a minimum of paperwork, sent me on my way. It was so easy. On our return, the car was back within 10 minutes of phoning and was in exactly the same condition as when I left it. So close to the arrivals hall and ready for me to drive away. I am disabled and we had small children with us. The convenience and speed of service was well worth the extra money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

We had a poor experience with this company. We rang them when they asked us to and when we arrived they were checking in another car. I asked the man who was driving the other car away about my booking and he suggested I ring the number, again. When I rang they said someone should be there shortly. After waiting for 15 minutes I rang them again. They then said that the driver would be there shortly. By this time I was being hassled by the police and was forces to drive around the terminal loop countless times until they arrives. I rang them every time I completed a loop and they always said the same thing - a driver will be there shortly. Well, it took nearly an hour for the driver to arrive which put time pressure on our journey. We were certainly less than impressed with service, as you could imagine. Your better off dropping your family at the terminal and parking yourself.

One of the greatest worries about "meet and greet" parking is leaving your car a complete stranger, but there was no need for concern. I was greeted as arranged and my car was returned on-time just as I had left it. I would certainly consider using Maple Manor Parking in future.

This was an excellent service. The attendent was waiting to collect the car as we arrived at the drop off point, and likewise on our return, the car was delievered at our request. Considering this service is only slightly more expensive than off-site parking, we would have no hesitation in using the service again, with Maple Manor parking

Service was excellent. Even though there was some confusion over the arrival time of our return flight, which was late anyway, resulting in three separate times being given to Maple Maror parking, the car was there, ready and waiting when we walked out of Departures to look for it.

The service I received from Maple Manor was 1st Class. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. They were very punctual when collecting and returning my car. The car had been washed prior to them returning it to me. I would strongly recommend using them.

I recommend the personal pick up option as the best way to arrive and depart from an airport with a car to park and collect. We experienced a first class service and in particularly we appreciated the fast getaway from the airport as we landed after midnight.

This is the 4th time we have used maple manor, and as usual an excerlent service. We arrived at airport 2 hours b4 we were meant to phoned maple manor to see if they could pick up car early, this was no problem for them they are always very helpfull. I look forward to my next holiday and using them.

This was the first time I had used this type of service. What a great service it was too. I was travelling as a family with 2 young children and catching the courtesy bus in the past had proved time consuming and something of an added hassel with the kids. This was a fantastic service though, 5 minute wait when we arrived for departure and 5 minutes when we got home. Very friendly and helpful drivers. WILL USE EVERYTIME I TRAVEL.

I managed to follow the exact instructions on the booking forms, was kept waiting for my car to be picked up on departure by 10 minutes, I incurred a £2.50 'early collection fee' which I wasn't informed of when booking. Upon my return to Gatwick, I was told the delivery time for the car would be 20 minutes, while waiting I saw 2 shuttle busses pass for the on-site parking! When the operative picked me up I gave him £5 to pay for the charge, to be told that he didn't have any change. He asked oneof his colleagues who also couldn't change the note and I was told I could not take my car away without paying it and I would have to go back into the terminal to get change. I would definitely not use this service again!!

The staff were all very curteous and friendly. Theywere waiting for us when we arrived to depart on holiday and took no time at all to return with our car when we returned. So much better than using a car park andhaving to wait for a bus with your luggage . Such a good service we are using them again whenwe go away in the summer.

This is the first time that we have used this service, so did not know what to expect, hence a degree of uncertainty when we were left waiting. That said, with a 6 month old baby it made life very easy. The car was waiting for us, in the same condition, on return. We will use them again.

Really good service provided. It would be good if the staff reminded you to check that you had everything you needed from the car. When you use a car park you have time to double check & take your time. In the layby outside departures it's very busy and you tend to feel rushed. Bothe staff members were very friendly.

Staff were friendly and very punctual. We experienced a 9 hour delay returning from our holiday which resulted in our arriving back at Gatwick in the early hours. We had kept the Maple Manor reps informed of our progress and they were there to meet us with our car when we finally emerged from the arrivals hall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend valet parking with Maple Manor.

We arrived in the middle of the night and waited approx 5 mins for the Maple Manor collection driver, On return which again was an awkward time we waited approx 10 mins. All in all an excellent response time which enabled a hassle free departure and return.
