the car compound was well signposted and made the drop off very easy. the reception,parking place and transfer coach were in very close proximity thus avoiding any problems with heavy luggage. on return the transfer was just as easy. In all, a very good experience

Very impressed when we arrived at Gatwick, found Park Plus easily, left the car and handed keys over, very quick. bus arrived and we all got to terminal quickly. on our return at 11pm it was a slighly different story....... dark, pouring with rain, tired from a long journey, got our keys and were given vague directions to where the car was parked, wondered around getting soaked and finally located the car. thought that as we had specified when we were getting back that the vehicle would have been brought into the holding area, but it was not to be.

We have used other car parking facilities but rate yours the best. Everyone was extremely curtious and helpful and we will definitely use your services again. Please thank your staff, they are a credit to your company. Only wished we had used your services before. Thankyou Alan Cook

Only problem was, when we arrived we couldn't park, as their were cones blocking off the entrance to the next line. After 5mins they were removed by a member of staff. We parked up and registered, boarded the coach and got to the south terminal all within 25mins. We have used this service twice now, and will use it again

Just all very easy & hassle free. My wife and I have a 20 month old child and turned up with more bags and bits than either of us could carry. So the help we recieved with lugging bags on and off the bus was very much appreciated. We'll always want things cheaper than advertised but I'd suspect the service would go out of the window!

The whole process of parking at park plus makes traveling alot easier. £5 approx a day is well worth the while. The transfer bus has a driver as well as someone to help you with your luggage. Buses run frequently to and fro. On the whole simple and efficient.

the car park was very dark when I picked the car up, and I didn't inspect it because I wsa busy getting 2 small children home. The next day I noticed a long scratch and dent caused by an orange vehicle all along the passenger side of my car. I assume this was caused in the car park, so that's a big disappointment.

We arrived in some trepidation - would we see the signs clearly? Would the car be safe? Would it be as esay as promised? All these doubts were quickly dispelled by the efficient staff at the building who double checked our arrangements and sent us off in the bus outside who alo had a really friendly driver explaining all about our return. Arrived back late at night and had a minimal ten minute wait for the bus back and more efficient service to locate our car parked no more than 100 yards away. Exit signs could have been clearer but absolutely fine in every other way.

The parking was great and we went straight from the car to the bus to the terminal in the space of 15 minutes. On return however the person parking my car had left it in first gear and as I started the car it shot forward into the car opposite. I than went to the manager to report the incident to be told the car should not have been left in gear. Not the best end to a great holiday I am now waiting for my car to be repaired.

So much easier to drive your own car too the airport, leave it there knowing it is safe. easy transfers from the drop off point, friendly staff especially the chap on board who helps load your cases. On return the bus is there to pick you up and the same chap helpfully loads your cases on for you and helps you unload at the carparking area, then 5 minutes later we where in our own car on the way home.

This is the second time we have used Park Plus in the last year and as per the first,was a very stress free part of our hoilday travel arrangements, great location and easy to find, friendly helpful staff(including bus divers), short transfer ride to terminal, and very good value for money. Would recommend to anyone and will definatley use in future travel plans. Thankyou Park Plus.

After booking the car in we waited 5 mins max to be transferred to the terminal. upon our return the bus was waiting for us to return to the car, which was great having just had to wait 1hr to collect our luggage!! at 1am in the morning. A totally seamless service that i would recommend (and have) and would deffinately use again :)

The service was excellent. Even though we arrived very early, the staff quickly sorted out the admin and we were soon at the airport. On arrival home it was not long before we had our car back and were on our way home. I would definitely recommend the service!

Gatwick Park Plus was very close and convenient to Airport departures. The service I received at 1.30am was friendly and very efficient. The bus was there waiting to take us and help was on the bus to pick up our cases. I would definately use them again as it made the start of our holiday stress free.

Quick and easy, efficient, no-nonsense airport car parking. It helps to have frequent and quick transfers when you have small children!. Only one slight negative comment - when we arrived to collect our car the passenger window was left fully open - nothing taken so OK!

The arrangement of the temporary car park for arrivals was excellent, as it was located realistically and reasonably close to the reception. The reception was pleasently laid out, with a number of seats and toilet facilities. I'd suggest a vending machine for hot drinks, perhaps. The "checkout" and "arrival" process was trivial and a big bonus for the overall positive aspect of this service. About the only let down was leaving the car park, as the lanes and what seemed like a temporary boundary was a tad confusing and possibly a hazard if there were more vehicles about. Staff at the reception and on the bus were all very helpful and pleasent to deal with. Overall, very impressed by the service (what seems like a good idea is in fact implemented very well) and the price balanced out to make this an excellent value for money service. I have already recommended this one to others!

Location is superb just off the motorway and extremely easy to find. Customer service in the reception could be better after a long 4 hour drive to get there but the facilites are excellent. Transfer to and from the airport was extremely efficient and the drivers very helpful.

The check in went very smooth, and the transfer was only a short drive to the terminal whichw as great. The buses are very regular and we did not have to wait for a bus, it was already there. There is a porter on the bus who stores your luggage for you. On arrival back in the airport, it was not very clear where the car was parked, we had to look for a number on the floor, there are so many cars there, and the signage was poor. But, we were very pleased and will definitely book this parking again next time

I had excellent service - the customer service reception staff were so friedly - kind - and speedy. The bus transfer was great - did not wait long, plus the assistant helped lift our luggage on board and off at the other end! Although I was very happy with the whole parking experience, I did however find it difficult to get my case up onto the shelve, why are they not floor level? Cases are very heavy and difficult to manooeuvre in small spaces, whilst others are tying to do the same.
