tired (stupid) travellers might go to the wrong bus stop on the lower level at departures where helpful drivers from other firms might say 'yeah you are at the right stop for APH' (meaning the off airport sites) - make it clearer up front how easy it is to get the transfer bus back from departures to the south terminal car park!! the small print on the recipt is too much for relaxed family men ....

Very easy to use parking. Drive to designated parking where you hand over your keys to friendly girls on front desk. Everything else is done for you - they park your car. On your return your car is allocated around the back on the main building. Also at pickup - the coach was there waiting for me - great!

Returned to a car with a flat battery (after one week), arrgh. Not ideal with 2 small children at 11pm. We were told by the staff that this was not uncommon, something to do with the aircraft flying overhead; in which case we should have been warned!!

We have used Gatwick Park Plus twice in the last couple of months and found it a very pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the bus transfer to the airport is not too long a wait and takes you right to the terminal and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Having left a bag on the trolley by mistake after we were picked up by the coach, following our return flight, the driver immediately returned to the pick up point and we were very relieved to find that our bag was still there -having been abandoned for 4 minutes! Well done!

very easy and comfortable experience, booked on line,price great, lovely transfer, no searching for busstops and lines and lines of cars, coach waiting outside booking office , fantastic! only downfalls where when we got back couldnt find busstop or signs to pick up coach to get back to car park until we saw bus arrive and when dropped off we had lots of luggage( golf clubs etc) we had to carrry them all round back into car park,bit of a let down.sorry! would definately use again though maybe you could improve on those points slightly?

Customer service is so important and the girl that dealt with us was very friendly, efficient, a great first point of contact which is crucial. The coach was there immediately to take us to the terminal and one was there when we came back. We will definitely use you again and recommend your service. Thank you.

The car park was very close to the airport and we could actually see where our car was going to be parked. The bus to take us to/bring us back from airport was very prompt and staff very helpful. Bus stop was very close to terminal so we didn't have to far to go with luggage.

Our car was in the parking lot rather than near the drop off which was a little difficult to move all the luggage and small children without trolleys or anything. Perhaps you could either drop by cars or put cars closer to drop off point (maybe only if requested because of luggage or disability or whatever?)

We found Park plus very easily it was well sign posted. The form we had to complete on arrival was quick and staff were efficent. The coach was waiting to take us to the airport terminal and it was the same on the way back. Would use this service again.

We arrived at the car park about 5am, were "logged" in efficiently, got on a bus which instantly left, with only one other passenger, to take us to the terminal. On our return, about 2pm, we waited about 7-10 mins as we had just missed a bus. When it arrived it left as soon as we boarded. Great service.

Using Park Plus to park, made our week away stress free. We booked online, received all our information on what we had to do, incluing very easy to follow instructions on how to reach the car park. Once there, everything went without any hold ups, a great start to our week away; no stress. Would use again.

This is a story of two halves. On one hand, we were delighted by your efficient systems and especially by your rapid transfers and helpful staff. On the other hand we discovered that our driver-side wind mirror had been 'clipped' and is now damaged. Unfortunately we discovered this only on our arrival home and, although we know there can be no other cause, we have no proof that the damage was sustained by your parking staff.

This is one of the more expensive car parks, but worth every penny because the site is virtually at the south terminal, thus making transfers extremely quick. I would definitely use again as it is so convenient.

After 5 days I picked up my car at 8pm, I don't know where the car had been kept but it was obviously in a very damp environment. All the windows inside the car were dripping wet. This delayed my departure from the airport.

This was our first experience with Park Plus, and we were very pleased with the service. Extremely fast, hassle-free transfer both out and back. Car ready to pick up on our return. We will definitely use Park Plus again.

On return from trip on an exceptionally rainy & cold December evening, we picked up the keys from reception to collect our car. We were given no indication as to where the car had been parked by car park staff. A very wet & miserable end to our holiday. For our subsequent trip we used parking express, you park your car yourself so you know exactly where it is on return, better experience!

Easy to find car park, buses leave every few minutes, drop you to the top level of the airport, very convenient. 2nd time using this car park and both times had excellent service.

Very close to Gatwick South terminal (about 3 mins coach ride), has its own dedicated section in the terminal for its coaches. Staff very friendly and helpful. If they maintain their prices, I'll definitely use them again.

This is the first time we have ever left our car at the airport and we will certainly do it again. Park Plus's pleasant well trained staff helped to get our holiday off to a brilliant start. We were impressed with how easy the drop off and key collection system was also. Thank you.
