I used to use this car park at Gatwick when it was open to the public; you can walk to the terminal, if you wish! Now it is a secure car park of the type where they take your car and park it amongst others like sardines in a can. This is the safest way of leaving your car. They bring it forward to a 'normal' parking lot when your return flight is due. We had to reorganise due to the security alert at all UK airports in August 2006; Park+ were very accommodating.

I travelled with my female friend & our 3 children. We found the experience to be very smooth and efficient, safe and secure. However check that you are travelling from the south terminal before you book, as the journey to the north terminal can be tiring on your return trip (especially if you land after midnight).

We received good directions to car park and how to enter site - hassle free. Helpful and polite staff; secure parking; good quick transfers to and from terminal; no problems; will use it again.

Very good, we will use again. We didn't have to wait long to check in, but on return had to wait for 2 customers to fill in forms before getting our keys back. Possibly a separate desk for collecting cars would be good.

No hanging around waiting, lovely friendly staff, nice, efficient and secure setup. Would strongly recommend Gatwick Park Plus. Will use next time we travel.

Bus very new, very frequent, attendant on bus to help with cases, closest to departures, pick up point right outside where you exit terminal. A very good experience.

This was a quick and stress free experience. It was great to drop the car and go rather than look for space and lug bags to a bus stop. Bus drop off and collection point being on same level as check in was also a bonus.

Excellent drop off and pick up facilities. We were able to depart the airport in record time, as bus was waiting to pick us up. Driver loaded and unloaded our bags. Brilliant, would use again for certain.

Could not belive that we could park so close to the airport for such a low cost. Also, really good that the coach drops off and picks up on departure level - made it much easier getting into the airport. Will definitely use again!

The whole experience from arrival was so smooth and everyone was very organised and helpful. The coach was there to greet us and the staff again were helpful with the bags (even though it was very late and we were very tired!!). Have already recommended Park Plus to my friend and will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

Had the nightmare?? Car wouldn't start at home. Managed to borrow another. Staff excellent about changing reg details(no charge), with one of the fastest transfers in Gatwick. Even if you fly from north terminal, its worth booking with Gatwick Park Plus - only 6 mins free transfer on shuttle. Will book again with Park Plus.

Fantastic service staff friendly and helpfull.transfer to airport was effortless with staff helping with luggage.Left the car feeling that it was left in a secure and well organised car park.When we came back the car was waiting for us just to pop our luggage into and drive home.I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Richard greeted us on our arrival and accompanied us on the service bus to the terminal. He was very helpful and informative and had a smiley face which got our holiday off to a very good start. Best part was there was a polite,smily gentleman who carried all luggages up the bus,then carried them down for passages.My pass experiences with other parking sites were I needed to carry my luggages up the bus,but if the bottom storage was full,I would have to lift the luggages up onto a shelve,which for even a man would be a problem because luggages are heavy to lift,let alone I am a short skiny woman.Best parking service I found so far.

Thanks to Gatwick Park Plus for not only giving me value for money but also managing to provide an efficient services as well, with happy to help staff, which were especially welcome on our return when my husband was helped with our heavy suitcases on and off the bus.

We had no problems. Even though we were 5 hours late due to the First Choice carrier problems there we no problems with the parking or the car. It took mins to get from the terminal and the parking. We parked at one terminal and got the automated train to the other. We found that the transfer time to and from the terminal we were due to travel from was still quicker than parking at one of the car parks that are well off site.

This was a great price and facility because it was so close to the airport. Unfortunately though we experienced a few problems which aggrivated us. We had a bit of wait trying to check the car in which had there been more than one person on reception would have easiely resolved. We felt that there were lots of people out on the car park but only one on reception and secondally on our return we again had a long wait and then the lady waved her arm in the general direction of where our car was, which was really annoying because we wanted to get home quickly and after an 11 hour flight did not want to take ages finding our car. But for price and location its ideal for somewhere to leave your car.

We booked a last minute holiday & Park Plus offered the cheapest deal on 14 days parking. The location is excellent and although we were travelling from North terminal we know the link train is quick and easy to access. Reception staff and drivers are friendly and helpful and our transfers to and from the airport were smooth and instant (shame about the flights!).

I used Park Plus for the first time having used others om many occasions. The directions were clear, access to it very easy and once on the site it very clearly marked and simple to disembark. Counter staff were helpful, the system straightforward, we were on the transfer bus very quickly. The buses are clean and easy to access with suitcases/golf clubs. On return the bus stop was very convenient and the same efficient service was repeated. I was completely satisfied and fully recommend Park Plus, I will certainly use them next time I travel.

We booked this as an alternative to the normal park-your-own car parking. This was great, as we parked the car in a line, checked in (simple and quick), got straight on the bus and it took us to departures within a couple of minutes. On the way back we were similarly lucky with the bus timing and the car was waiting for us in a bay at the rear of check-in. We travelled out on a Saturday and back on a Sunday so we were in peak season, and no queues!
