Transfer buses pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the Upper forecourt. On return to the car park, go to reception with your parking receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by, ready to exit the Long Stay Plus car park.

Despite a laden people carrier with cases and bodies (4adults 2 children and a baby), both service and transfer on outward and return journey added to the enjoyment of our holiday . I Checked in at 6am and after a very quick and efficient registration I went to the waiting coach and was at the airport by 6 20am. The return journey was just as good and I would use them again.

Car parking seemed pricey compared to other London Airports but the parking was very easy to get to. Car drop-off and collection were both fast and staff were helpful. Transfer time very quick.

Totally hassle free - buses were frequent and the car park was very close to the airport - no tours of Surrey and Sussex from car to airport terminal! Reasonably priced, excellent service.

My only problem was that the instructions to find the bus stop on my return were not correct. We wasted 15 minutes or so taking all our suitcases down to the lower level when in fact the buses had changed to the level above. Long stay plus must have known in advance and should have issued new tickets.

The Car Park was well signposted and as such easy to find even in the middle of the night. The staff were friendly and the transfers to and from the airport could not have gone any smoother. Would thoroughly recommend Long Stay Plus
