We have used your service three times in the last four months. Each visit has been excellent. Your employees are courteous and the car parking service and transfer to the terminal has been swift and efficient. It has certainly been "value for money".

Our flight was changed from South to North Terminal after we had booked the car park. We didn't realise transfers went only to the South Terminal. It was easy to get to the North Terminal by the shuttle train, but we had a disabled treveller with us who was unable to make this journey so we had to drive to the North Terminal first, drop him and luggage off, drive back to the car park, transfer to South Terminal then take the shuttle train to the North. All time consuming, but not too difficult. We were prepared for the return journey using a wheelchair from North T on the train. The transfer bus arrived in minutes. The driver and his assistant were excellent, they came into the terminal entrance where we were waiting, took most of our luggage to the bus and helped 4 very weary passengers on to and off the bus. Excellent service. I would definately recommend Park Plus and would use them again.

able to park car and book in with no worry's,car was parked up in its was able to drive in and leave car to be parked up by attendant, no hanging about,transfers were very quick going and coming.

fast registration on arrival and delivery to airport within 4 mins of arrival, on arrival back got out side where bus was waiting and taken within mins of getting on bus, car was in very safe parking place with no damage to it. should definately be used for mind at ease parking at gatwick airport

Park plus is almost on top of Gatwick south, so quick to check your car in and a bus usually waiting to take you to the terminal. Helpful drivers that assist with luggage. On return easy transfer back and car waiting - all in all a great car park if you are travelling from Gatwick.

I could not fault this service. Close to the airpoty, easy to find, regular transfers to the terminal. So easy to use, will defineately use you again. No Downsides.

The departure 'experience' was fine. No complaints. On return, however, we encountered a surly and unhelpful young woman who'd clearly not received 'customer relations' training. Finding the car wasn't as straightforward as it might have been and I don't know how the cars are stored but the bodywork did seem unusually wet and cold. 6.5 out of 10.

Very convenient for South Terminal; smooth check-in and check-out at Car Park; frequent, quick transfer to and from Terminal; good location for setdown and pickup; pleasant staff.

Overall the experience was good and well organised. On our return to the terminal we were informed that there might be a delay as there was only one bus operating as the other driver had gone to lunch.

Brilliant, stress-free experience when travelling with a toddler. Friendly staff. Very clean bathroom in reception.On return, coach easy to find and car keys were waiting at reception. Highly recommended car park!!!!

Very good and reliable service, I think if you could get the cars back in line ready and waiting for the return, that would be perfect, to save time looking round the car park,but otherwise great.

Arrived 5am, site was easily found and well staffed. Checking in was quick and efficient as was transfer to Airport. On return, minimal wait for coach (5 mins), in car and away within 10 mins. Well worth the little extra for being that much closer and quicker to the Airport. Will definitely use this service again

Our car was not on the forecourt to be picked up upon our return at 10.30 pm Friday 29th Feb. VERY POOR. Had to walk a fair way to get it and I had a badly sprained ankle!

We have used off airport parking and found it to be stressful attempting to follow directions for somewhere in Crawley. We then tried valet parking which costs considerably more but they never turn up on time! Gatwick Park Plus is so easy to get to and the quick transfer provides a stress free start to the holiday.

Good directions on the e-mail. Easy Car Park to find. Park the car, hand in your keys, take a ticket and then board the coach for the aiport. Easy! Coach arrived quickly and it is about two minutes from the South Terminal. The return trip was just as easy and straightforward. There is also an attendant to put your bags onto the coach if you require assistance. Will definitely use again.

The only airport parking we have been to where someone is there to help you on and off the bus with your luggage. Thank you it's really appreciated. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Have recommended Parking Plus to numerous people flying from Gatwick.

Everything went easily, from arriving to leaving. I can honestly say that we have never managed to leave an airport so quickly as we did last week. Within 1/2 hour of landing, we had collected our baggage and picked up the car and were on the road home. Fantastic, thank you.

It was SO worth the extra on return as we were delayed 5 hours in the middle of the night and it was great to have a short, frequent bus ride and efficient hand-over of key.

If I have to catch a shuttle then this was by far the best I have used. Coach there when we arrived and only minutes when we landed on return. The drivers were really friendly making the whole experience customer orientated. Well done Plus Parking. We'll definitley use your service again.
