Nothing more to say except that the whole experience was speedy and efficient, the staff helpful and friendly. The one thing that I may suggest is a shelter for the shuttle bus queue, although this is of course only a real problem when the weather is inclement. I can certainly say I would use Park Plus again and have no problem in recommending them. Thanks.

We found the process very good and efficient - friendly staff and clean facilities. The only slight problem was, after getting back to Gatwick after a very long flight, the instructions on picking up the coach back to car park (after a long flight) seemed a little vague and we did go to the wrong collection point at first. On finding the right point the pick up happened within 3-4 mins - so all in all a good service and we will use again.

The whole process of parking, and transferring to and from the airport was great, but on our return we were told, that as we were an hour past our arrival time we would have to pay for another day's parking, the staff were completely unhelpful, saying "the computer says you haave to pay, so you have to pay" Incredible it was like being in Little Britain, 'the computer says no'. Simply Parking was good to use. Park Plus were awful and I feel hard done by.

I found Gatwick Park Plus to be great value for money. It was easy to find, following signs for the Long Stay Parking. Cheerful service, even at 5am. I did not have to wait more than 5 min for the transfer bus and the transfer time was 3 min. Bus attendant willing to help with my luggage. Car parked only a short distance away ready for pick up on my return. Will use again.

Easy to book and easy to use. Directions for arrival were clear, efficient method of leaving car.Safe. Staff were friendly & helpful.Shuttles to airport regular & clean.Arriving back to wet foggy cold Gatwick in early hours after hot holiday shuttle arrived quickly, no hanging around and car ready to pick up close to reception.Good value for money.

A tip for your customers is that if one of their party goes straight through customs without waiting for buggage reclaim (leave others to do that) they can go and collect their car and be back at the airport to meet the rest of the party (as a simple drive by)which saves loads of time - especially when all you want to do is get home after a long journey.

This is the first long term car park I have used for Gatwick that is convenient and efficient. Both drop off and pick up was easy and swift. The best aspect of this service is the close proximity to the terminal making it much easier to locate and time saving. I fear a price increase as it becomes popular!

Transfer service was especially good with very little waiting. Staff friendly and service quick. Easier to remember where to find your car after 4 weeks away. Only area that could be improved (and this probably applies to all parking services) is on your return, how do you move your luggage from the office to your car. No trolleys and no temporary parking area near the luggage.

Very quick and easy way to get to the aiport. Saved us at least 3/4 hour travel time from usual parking and only a few pounds more.

Was so impressed, and would definitely recommend Gatwick Park Plus to my family and friends. When I picked up my car it was parked in a bay and not in a line like I have seen in some car parks! Would definitely use them again. It was quick, easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

the site is easy to find, well signposted. the staff are pleasant. The journey's to and from the airport fast and uneventful. The bus was waiting for us when we arrived back from our holiday, and the night staff in the office was very pleasant and helpful.

This was the cheapest quote I could find on internet and therefore I was a little concerned the service may not be great. But it could not be faulted. Helpful, friendly staff on checkin, very nice bus driver and helpful bag carrier, quick transfer with no waiting for bus. And the same on way home, got key very quickly, car parked very close to reception building and off we went home. The last thing you want is hassel on way home after night flight and with tired toddler but their system worked perfectly. Would definately use again.

Well i had a little surprise when i came back finding my rear view mirror on the floor inside my car i don't know how it happened but, i hope to sort it out soon, i made a statment with staff which was very helpfull, but beside that everything was more then fine.

I haven't parked at Gatwick before and was a bit worried about finding the correct place to go, whether my car would be safe and how easy it would be to locate my car on my return. Needn't have worried the directions are spot on my car was fine and on reaching arrivals i got straight on the transfer coach was assisted with my bags and children and in my car within 15 minutes. I will definitely use again.

Very easy system in place - be warned though, in your haste to get your cases in your car, don't drop the exit ticket (specially if it is a windy 3.00 in the morning) 'cause chasing it is impossible, specially as the lighting is not so good. Will certainly use this Company again.

Despite the car not starting on our return (which happens to the best of us!) i would definitely recommend this company to everyone as first rate. They resolved all our problems efficiently and more importantly within minutes. We'll certainly be using them again and give them 10/10 across the board.

really unimpressed with the security. we left our car with the windows closed... when we returned from holiday, we walked round to where our car had been parked... and the car windows were opened. the guy in charge blamed it on the contract staff they were using. it's not really good enough.

The whole services was very good, the bus attendant on the bus was very helpful with the all of the bags we had. We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes on arrival or collection. The only very small downside was that I was given the keys and had to collect my own car.

We came back a day early and everything was good. Having tipped off the receptionist when leaving the UK two weeks earlier, that we might be back sooner, the car was ready. Great.

Fast transfer to and from terminals. Clean and tidy buses and helpful staff. Efficient hand over and collection of car.
