Although I was slightly apprehensive about using this system of dropping of the car to be parked and not retaining the keys, it all worked very smoothly and I would use this service again.

Whilst waiting for a coach to take us from the car park to the terminal, I wasn't aware that there was only a coach for the South Terminal so, as we needed North Terminal we missed a couple of coaches. We then asked when a coach would come for North Terminal, only to be informed that we had to go to South Terminal and then get the mini-rail to North.

I never use anyone but Park Plus, they are always effecient, polite and helpful. The added bonus of being dropped off at the top outside departures is brilliant.

On arrival everything was quick an easy, straight out of car, into reception, dropped off keys, on to transfer bus, into the airport within 20 min of arriving at park plus. On arriving back at Gatwick, waited about 5-10 mins for transfer bus, again staff helpful with assisting with luggage onto bus quick transfer to park plus, on reaching the reception area, we were back with our car within 10 minutes. Fantastic service. We will use again.

The whole process was very smooth from parking the car, dropping the keys off, transfers to & from the terminal and picking up the car. I would highly recommend the service.

Said it all in the pros and cons really. It's super close to the airport terminal and a very smooth check in process. The only downside was that it was a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I've chosen Gatwick Park Plus several times now. They provide a service that does what it says, competently, which is not always the case with airport parking.

everything went so smoothly from our arrival at the carpark to our swift transfer. on our return the bus was tere waiting which made for a very stress free service.

Maybe we were lucky - twice - with the service you gave, but we'll certainly book with you again next time we're at Gatwick to prove it (as long as you are still competetive)

A very quick and easy way of dropping the car off and getting to the terminal. You have to be very alert in trying to find the sign to the entrance of the car park itself. For picking the car up and loading the luggage in there is no area very close to the drop off point. Could do with a designated area outside the office where you pick you keys up from. So with better signposting and pick up area the service would be perfect.

Fast efficient hepful service but transfers only from the South Terminal a bit of a problem if one of you has walking diddiculties, and you have to use the train to go to the North Terminal (greater walking distance and trains have little seating).

I travel with someone who has heart problems and this service is so easy and stress free, better than meet and greet because there is no waiting around for people to collect and deliver the car, which can take ages at busy times. Makes travelling a much better experience

We went straight to the park (easily signposted) On arriving back the staff were very good helping us with cases on and off the bus. Can't find any faults.

This is the second time i have used the service. It is great when you get back from a long flight not to have to remember where you parked your car!!!! The lovely receptionists tell you exactly where it is. ITS GREAT Paula

I would have no hesitation in recommending Park Plus and would definitely use them again. The transfer coach was brilliant - only two mins from airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The car park, office and coach were all very clean. Easy to find - excellent directions. We landed at 01.00 am and the transfer coach arrived almost immediately which was such a relief after a 5 hour flight. We have used off airport parking and meet and greet services before and Park Plus is by far the best service we have ever used. Thank you to Park Plus for a superb service.

We arrived and Parked with other cars in front of us then walk into the reception drop our car keys got a ticket and waited for the bus to take us to the airpot the wait time was 3 mins which was good. When we arrived back we waited for less than two mins and there was bus to take us back the car park which then drove us down to the car park and within 6mins we were in the car park We got our car keys and I was told where to find the car in the car park but because we had little children it was a bit of a pain eventually we found the car. All in all I would use this service again

Extremely helpful staff - especially when our flight was cancelled and we need to get our car quickly. Very efficient and really quick transfer with no long wait for the courtesy bus. Would definitely use again.

It was so stress free and easy, it finished off the holiday nicely not having any hassle with the car parking. Thank you all very very much. Would recommend highly.

Excellent service and quick transfer and pick up to the terminal. On the REturn the bus was already waiting to take us to the car park. The only down side is the distance you have to take your luggage to your vehicle on your return, if they had some trolleys this would make it easier.

We were booked to fly from south terminal but our flight was change to the north terminal. Even given this it took us less than 20 minutes to get to the check-in from arriving at the parking reception. Return was equally efficient with frequent buses - we just missed one and only had to wait 5-6 minutes until the next bus came along.
