The parking facility is really great. The only problem we had was booking the car in; it took an awful amount of time (while we were in a hurry to catch the plane) and lots of flight details (really necessary???) However, I would definitely recommend and use Gatwick Park Plus again.

This was the first time I had used airport parking and I would use it next time as it is so much more convenient and good value. It removes all the hassle of taxi's, public transport and the waiting around that I have previously experienced.

Our experience was on the whole a good one, the only downer was that when we arrived we left our car at the reception and it was parked for us. However on our return we had go and find our car in the park, although we were told basically where to find it, the bay number.

Wasn't overly happy with the car keys being left hanging out of the window until someone was free to park it but place has security and barriers. Staff not very friendly or happy on reception. Had thought car is brought out for us to collect where we left it but had to find where it was parked. The conductors on the transfer bus going out and coming back were very helpful and friendly - both ways we were helped with baggage. Would use again.

All aspects of the service ran without fault, this was really appreciated on the journey home. Having someone on the bus helping with cases was also a real benefit. Parking made a pleasure.

I was very impressed by the service I received. The staff were helpful and friendly and the transfer to Gatwick terminal took no time. It was also not overpriced as most other airport carparks seem to be. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Best value for money airport parking we have used to date and will continue to use for future trips. Very easy to find off M23 and staff were very helpful in all departments, well done.

Finding the carpark was easy, staff were very friendly. The waiting area felt like the airport, so holiday starts early. Excellent toilet facilities. No hanging around, even at 00:30, the coach was waiting for us!! Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Very slick check in - rapid transfer to the terminal. A very short wait on our return - again a short trip to the carpark (no 30 minute off airport journey!). Efficient check in - total time from arrival at bus stop to leaving car park - 15 minutes - brilliant!!

Whilst at check-in desk, realised I was missing beach umbrella. Buses were very frequent so I didn't waste much time in getting back to their office to pick it up.

Gatwick Park Plus was very easy to find and the staff were helpful, carrying our bags straight on to a waiting bus. From pulling into the car park, to arriving at the departures gate was about 10 minutes. Would certainly use Park Plus again.

Best yet, and we have tried them all!!! Drivers very polite and friendly. Even though it only serves South Terminal, it is well worth the extra time to get to the north side on your own steam as the service provided is excellent. Would use again as this was the most friendly and efficient service we have ever had. Many thanks!!!

When we got to Gatwick Park Plus there was a coach waiting and when we returned we had about a 5 minute wait, which we thought was very good.

Best value for money booking in advance. Close to terminal with frequent coaches to terminal - on easiest top level for arrival and return. Just arrive, check in at office and they park car for you and have ready for collection on return.

Only had to wait about 10 minutes for returning bus. Maybe a digital display at the bus stop to let us know how long the bus will be, or a phone link would be useful. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

My wife and I were particularly impressed with the prompt, efficient and very friendly service by the staff.

Very easy to find with quick efficient service. It would be nice if it only cost £5.00, but you have to accept you must pay for quality. I would use the service in future without hesitation.

Valet parking for the price of normal long stay. Excellent customer service, the nearest thing to bespoke parking. The transfer coach has a driver, plus a person who helps with getting your bags on and off and gives you additional information, they are invaluable (I hope this is not cut from the service).

First time we used Gatwick Park Plus for parking. It was great and convenient to leave the car for them to park. On our return the car was parked close by, which sped up our journey time home. Would definitely use them again.
