Excellent service,just turned up,unloaded baggage,handed over keys & off to the terminal. Spent less than 5 mins from arriving 'till getting on shuttle bus.Can't think of a bad thing to say & when I returned car was waiting for me & I was on my way home within 5 mins of getting off bus

Great Service, Booked online and automatically received booking ref number. Followed signs to park plus. Helpful staff on reception, just handed in Keys and they will park your car for you. Bus was waiting at reception to take us to Airpot terminal which was only 3 mminutes away. On return, easy to follow signs to pick up the bus (which was waiting at terminal). Drove us straight up to Park Plus reeception to collect our keys and then told exactly where car was parked. This is the 2nd time we've used them and will do so again. thanks

easy to find, staff were polite, driver waited, transfer seemed to take about a minute, a very stress free part of my trip.

I was very impressed by the prompt and efficient service and the short transfer to the terminal is an added bonus. Whilst not the cheapest, it was worth the money.

People were in the same queue to pick and leave their cars. I just wonder if pick up and set down were in separate queues things might have gone quicker but with only 2 staff at the desk maybe the way things were done were most flexible if a bit slow.

On line booking was very easy and quick. Directions to Car Park were clear. The Car Park is located right next to the Airport which makes for a very short bus transfer. Upon return there was very little waiting time for the pick up bus. All in all, a very plesant way to start and finish a holiday.....no hassle. Good value for money.

We got diverted to Luton and then bused back to Gatwick at 4:30am. Good to see you were open and car was ready and nearby. Checkout was so quick, we couldn't believe it was so easy. Well done.

One of the best car parking services I have ever used, its as good as a park and ride service. Clean facility, only a ten min wait at the maximum in both directions. I will use again

I tried to phone the company on the way to the airport to find directions to the car park. the employee i spoke to did not know where the car park was and was unable and not very willing to help. There was an accident at the South terminal and had to park at the North terminal in another car park at a cost of £40. i have tried to call since my return and have been unable to speak to anybody who seems willing to help. Unless i receive a refund i will never use this service again.

It was hand written on the ticket in the car "Disabled Please". On my return the car was quite a distance from the reception. I think the message was overlooked or ignored. Not a problem, as my husband was not with me on my return but would have been had he been with me.

We arrived at the airport within about 20 minutes of arriving at parking area and landed at 5.05, we were leaving the car park area at 5.50, home by 7 o'clock. We will certainly use this parking facility again and will recommend it highly

Literally 5 mins loading to unloading,right price, good service Having used off airport car parks in the past,spending up to 15 mins waiting, plus bus journey 15-20 mins, then driving past the airport (15 mins), to start journey of 150 miles to home. I rest my case!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt that this was avery good value for service facility and very quick and easy for transfers to and from the airport. A bit disappointed that who ever moved the car decided to paly with Radio and heating controls. That was the only slight niggle. Will come back again

What a find! Located right on the doorstep of the South Terminal. Clean, modern and efficient. Very pleasant staff on hand to help with baggage - when did you last get that when parking at a London airport? Wouldn't go anywhere else while they operate like this.

Just a little note that the car park ticket you take with you should have an information from which terminal you have to take a transfer bus. I spend 30min looking for the bus on the wrong terminal.Other then I was very happy with the service provided.

There was a litle complicated to find the right direction (entry)to the car park, also we have been waiting about 15 min at the reception to leave a car, there was only one person at the reception.

Easy to find with clear instructions being supplied with the booking receipt. I had to call the call center to change the time I was dropping the car off. The call center seemed to be in England and there's no fee for making changes subject to some restrictions but my alterations were free to make. Quick and slick serice, highly recommended.

Generally pleased all round. Very close to terminal,convenient stop at terminal for departure and return. Office and bus staff polite. Good value for money. No complaints at all.

Use parking plus all the time even when going from north terminal. Staff are all without exception friendly and helpful and against the usual serbvice i experience in this country outstanding And it is just so easy and reasonable Dont change anything its a sign of how bad CS is in generally that I am actually getting excited about airport parking !!!!

Searched on the internet and booked in advance. Arrived with ref at the office and was away on the bus within 2 mins. On return there was a bus that left within 2-3mins and car was parked within easy walking distance. Good service
