went past turning for your site and had to reverse back to the turning, i think perhaps you need a bigger signpost just before the left turn into the parking site

I usually book the Parking Express on site car park, but thought I'd give this a go as it was the same price (big on line discount). Handing my car over was very easy, the bus was waiting, off we went...couldn't have been simpler. In fact, I've also used 'Meet and Greet' before, and this was much cheaper and actually better as I didn't have to call anyone, no hanging around and I knew where my car was being taken (trip to Cornwall anyone?) On our return, the bus stop very easy to find, a member of the company staff was there, which is nice, even though I didn't need him, he helped other customers with big cases. At the car park reception, 3 minutes away, the staff were swift and very professional. It's a nice modern reception/lounge kind of area, not that we ever had to hang around there foir long. It was also nice to know that my car must have started ok for it to be driven to the collection area: I noticed a maintenance type man with a big battery booster machine in reception so they're obviously well equipted to sort out any non starters, which could be helpful on cold winter mornings. All in all it was great and now I've tried it I would pay a little extra if I had to as the service was so efficient.

fast and convenient servicce parking located close to Gatwick and the motorway easy to find with directions provided, Definateley use again if flying from Gatwick good value for money.

I found the service to be very good, expecially the link from the car park to the airport it made transporting my families luggage much more easier. I would recommend this service to all my friends and family - brilliant service - THANK YOU

Will definately use this service again. Can't get much closer to the airport if we had used the airport car park. An Air/Water machine would be useful.

Excellent, drove straight in to car park as instucted, straight into reception booked car in, bus turned up almost straight away, took 2-3 mins to terminal south. return was just as straight forward.will deifinatley use again.

I thought overall the service was really good and I'd use them again. My only minor grievance is that when I dropped my car off and went inside to do the paperwork, there were two buses waiting outside for transfers. I was literally less than two minutes at the desk but when I turned round both buses had gone. I had to wait a bit for another bus. When it came, there was only me on there and one other staff member (who was very friendly). There was quite a long wait on the bus while the driver was on his mobile, but maybe they are working to a schedule for departures. I didn't have a lot of time to get to my flight, but when the driver shut the doors after what seemed like a lifetime, the other staff member said to just hold on for a lady who was at the desk. I was desperate for the bus just to leave, but of course this lady took ages and in fact the bus eventually left her behind as she was so long. I can't really argue with this, but I just wish one of the two buses that were there when I arrived had done the same and waited 30 secs longer for me then I wouldn't have had to rush through the airport to catch my flight.

I was very pleased with how close the car park was to Gatwick and the facilities but I was amazed how rude 1 of the reception staff were with your customers.

This was the best airport parking we've ever used! Well signed. Efficient. Organized. The way paid parking should be. We were delighted with the service.

We thought almost everything about your facility and service was truly excellent. The only disappointment was returning at midnight in the wind and freezing rain to find that we had to go and fetch the car (we thought it would be waiting outside reception). A rather dampening experience if you'll excuse the pun!

We found one of the pleasures of using your company was that there was someone on the bus from your company on our return on help us with our cases. As we are both over 60 this was very welcome.

Every aspect was fast, simple and convenient except for picking up the return bus. We were aware that a number of buses for another parking company came before our bus arrived.

Situated very close to the terminal; easy to find; speedy efficient service; car was close to the office so no lugging heavy cases a long way; only a few minutes wait for the bus both ways. Excellent service

We thought it was the best Gatwick parking we have used. It is very close to the terminal, there was a helpful man on the bus who stowed the suitcases, it was good being able to wait for the bus in the reception rather than outside in the cold, and there were very frequent transfers - we were really pleased!

This made the beginning of our holiday really easy as we arrived early morning at 4.30am so I was concerned there would be alot of waiting around.But checking in and tranfering to airport was great no stress involved of waiting ages for coach.Also transfer back to car was easy too.

It was a pleasant surprise to be able to just hand your keys over and the shuttle bus was there waiting to take us to terminal. Would have been great to come back to a warm car waiting to be just driven away, instead of spending 19 minutes having to scrape the ice off the windscreen first.

A very fast and efficient service all the way from booking and paying on-line to arriving at the car park, leaving the vehicle and getting the bus to the Terminal. Similar experience on the way back. However, shouldn't praise it too much or they might put up the prices!!

Our trip was so hassle free thanks to the speediness and efficiency of your service. The gents (staff members) who helped with our luggage both to and from the airport were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and chatted to us on the way, really put a smile on our faces. From past experience with other car parks, yours was by far the speediest and easiest. Thank you for a great service, we will definately use you again, and will recommend your car park.

The car park was conveniently situated just a 3 minute drive away from the departures drop-off area and the wait for a coach was very short, there being coaches every 10 minutes. The staff were courteous and efficient and there was very little waiting involved.

Welcome on checking in was not particularly friendly, no smile, very matter of fact and dour! Needs a lesson on customer relations. Person on return was much better. Initial impact on checking in though made me wonder why I'd used Park Plus despite good rates.
