This car park is ideally located only 5 mins from terminal! Bus driver very helpful with luggage(daughter and I were on our own) No waiting around when we landed and no need to telephone for pick up. The bus just arrived a few minutes after we walked out of the terminal Graet service Very good value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definately use again

We were delayed by traffic congestion on the M25 so it was great to go straight to the car park on the airport with a quick transfer to the terminal building. No searching for an off-airport park and a long transfer time Also not needing to ring on our return was nice, we just walked to the bus stop and within 5 mins the transfer bus arrived. Will definitely use next time.

Very impressive service, unlike many airport parking companies, this was incredibly easy to find on the airport site, very efficient car drop off and collection, regular bus services and even a member of staff to help with your bags and fabulous value for money. I won't go anywhere any where else in future when flying from Gatwick. Full marks!

All fine. If I was being very picky I'd say that it's not very clear when coming to collect your car how the map works ie which end of the building one is exiting and threfore which direction to walk in, when you're unfamiliar with the layout of the place. Only other comment is more major - I actually wanted a car park in the other LGW Terminal and didn't get any prompt when booking to remind me that there are 2 terminals there, and to be sure which one I wanted. When online, thi sprompt would be REALLY helpful!

Customers should take more note of where they park! Company has done all they can to make a very big difference between two car parks that are next to each other. All signage for Parking Plus is orange, even transfer buses. Whereas for Parking Plus the parking area next door its all green.

The transfer to the airport terminal was ok but the transfer back from the terminal was an unpleasant experience. The driver was extremely rude and obnoxious making my son and I as uncomfortable as possible travelling in his bus. We will not be using Park Plus again.

A very efficient service, with prompt attention from staff and a good bus service to the terminal. The only down side was that I felt the road markings to exit the site could have been a little more obvious, especially at 2 o'clock in the morning!

Really easy to book on line and so close to the South Terminal. Drop off & pick up point right outside the terminal. Only thing I can find to say against was even at 4.30 am there was a queue and we had to wait about 10 minutes to check the car in at the office, but just unlucky arriving along with several other families I guess. Will definitely use this service again.

The buses are very frequent. Its easily accessed and well sign posted. The checking in is easy and quick. The return pick up buses are convieniently situated outside arrivals hall. Your car is waiting for you at the back of the office upon your return. Extremely good value for money, like having private valet parking!!

Easy to follow instructions good reception no delays straight on to bus assistance given by on board staff with cases on and off the bus. Likewise return to reception and collection of car. Thankyou. Have just booked in at Southampton for trip to Scilly Isles

Three of us travelled and I was in a wheelchair (having broken my foot prior to departure). The staff were very helpful. What could have been difficult and awkward because of my temporary disability was rendered easy and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Clear instructions to car parking, cheerful friendly staff at park(even at 3am!!) buses were coming and going,no hanging about, staff very helpful at helping get luggage off bus at airport. on return journey we had just missed bus, next bus turned up within 10 mins, will use this car park again, and reccomend it

The directions to the car park was very clear no problems whatsoever in finding it. On arriving at the car park it all looked very clean and efficient which gives a feeling of confidence. The young lady at the reception was most helpful and had a smile. The coach picked us up and the driver's assistant helped with our cases and was very courteous. All in all we would recommend Park Plus as you gave us a very good start to our holiday.

Sometimes the parking experience can be very trying. Not so with Park Plus. From the moment w arrived every thing went very smoothly. After checking in, which took only a moment we waited no more than 5 minutes for the coach to the airport. On our return we again no more than 5 minutes and our car was waiting for us behind the reception area. All in all a service we will definately be using some time in the future.

i found the convenience of dropping my car off and boarding the transfer bus a truly pleasant and stress free start to my holiday, and arriving back in the uk late at night and tiered found the transfer bus right outside the terminal and was able to collect my car and be on my way home within 15mins. i would definatlt use park plus in the future.Excellent value for money.

Easy to find and access the car park. Coaches are wating to take you to your terminal. Your luggage is loaded safely by the driver. We did not have to ring or wait long on our return for a coach to collect us and take us back to the car park. Good service to be recommended

I have found that arrival and transfer to the airport very quick and efficient. However having to wait the short time (10 min) for the bus at the airport open bus stop on return can be a cold experience, when arriving back from hot climates. Also having to walk from the reception to where ever the car has been parked, if the weather is inclimate a pain.

Going out the coach driver and porter couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful - both a credit to your company. On the return journey the coach driver was to say the least, miserable and porter got himself on and off the bus but didn't attempt to help anyone with luggage - the total opposite of the service we encountered on the outward journey. Nevertheless, we would recommend and use the service again if travelling from Gatwick. Afterall not everyone you meet in life can be cheerful in their work but it does help!

It was easy to leave the car keys with reception staff and board a waiting coach. TOn departure the time to the airport was short and on our return the coach was waiting to take us to the car park. The car was parked nearby. In total it took about 8 minutes from coming out of the terminal. Excellent - I will use you all the time. We travel about 4 times per year.

Very pleased with service, staff were very pleasant. On returning to car park we were with a lady who was obviously with her mother and her little boy. They had quite alot of bags and luggage, I feel there should be a bay where you can pull into with the car and load it there as its quite dark walking round the back of the office.
