Good value polite staff (even when I got there at 4 in the morning)quick transfer roughly 3 mins quick and easy to pick up car would definitely recommend.

The directions to find the car were wrong. The map then given had the car parked on the other side. Otherwise great.

Have used Park Plus before, so was happy to use them again. There are no complicated directions to follow as with some off-airport parking, as it's at the airport! Only grumble I have - and it's not a specific Park Plus thing - is that Gatwick seems to be way more expensive to park at than other airports.

bit confusing on return to find where car was even though we were given instructions.Several of us were wandering about in a daze before finding car bay.This could be a lot clearer to very tired families on return.Otherwise great.

The car park Staff was very friendly and courteous. They even had a Marshall at the terminal on our return to stop the 'I must get on this bus first, to hell with anybody else, mentality'. Very good car park, will use again.

Easy to find carpark with a very short transfer time to the airport. Quick and efficient service to park the car.

The car park is really easy to find, right next to south terminal and leaving the car in a queue for the staff to park saves on time too. The bus to the terminal was ready and waiting and our cases were loaded for us. On the way back the service was just as good, if not better. The bus was ready at the stop as soon as we came out of the terminal and at the car park our keys were handed straight to us. The car was only a short walk away, so we were very happy then to be on our way home, hassle free.

It was so much added value to our holiday, nice people, cheaper than a taxi, no hassle and no worries about flight delays, Taxi companies finding us etc. BRILLIANT SERVICE

great carpark, 3 mins to airport terminal and bus drops you right outside the doors to the terminal. returning the bus was waiting at the terminal but on returning you have to go and find your car yourself whatever the time of day or night!!! in a very large car park otherwise a great service and value for money.

the car park was not easy to find. Didnt expect o have to go and find the car on our return, thought it would be at the transfer area.

I always fly early or late at night, staff at the desk always seems to be really fed up and i always hear how long they have on shift left and how bad it is that there shift has changed, i know night work is tough but a smile doesnt cost anything.

The bus was waiting for me when I got to the reception and I only had to wait 5 mins for a bus to take me back to parking. This made my trip stress free with no long wait. I would recommend that clients that have booked with you in the past recieve a discounted offer/rate next time they boom with you.

The outward journey was fine, but we came home in the middle of the night, and then had to trudge round the car park to find our car. We had assumed the car would be ready for us in the same way we had left it.

The park plus car park is at the front of the south terminal and only takes a few minutes to get to the airport.There is always someone to help load your bags if you need it,at the terminal as well. On top of that it is very reasonable as well.

On our return into Gatwick we approached the bus and checked with the chap helping with the bags that that was indeed our bus when it suddenly drove off despite the chap calling out to the driver, not great when it is the early hours of the morning and you have had a long flight and have 3 children in tow!! The next bus was great though and it was good to have the help putting the bags and cases on.

On this occassion there was lots and lots of people checking in at the same time with only 2 people serving. This meant I had to wait far longer than usual to book my car in and sunsequently missed my flight. Usually a fabulous service and the guys on the bus are always helpful and carry your bags.

found the parking very easy to find, although make sure you arrive early. had to wait at least 10mins to check in, only one person at reception. apart from that good value for money.

Park plus was very easy to find, the coach took us to the upper concourse in a very few minutes and was waiting for us on our return in the early hours of the morning. The collection was very quick and convenient and we were on our way home in about 15 minutes from stepping out of the airport. Excellent service.

Check tickets before booking as we went from North Terminal, car park used was South which involved a trip on the train. No big deal, but will check in future.

Couldn't really be any simpler, quicker or hassle free. With such helpful staff to boot, I was really pleasantly surprised. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
