i use airport parking between 3/4 time a year and i have never found the staff more helpful. even though i was travelling with my husband on this occassion the staff still helped us on and off the coaches with our luggage and even push the pushchair to the car for us on our return. i felt like royalty, excellent service.

We appreciated the car drop off arrangement which minimised the need to haul our luggage from the car to the bus.

Having used off site car parks previously as they seemed less expensive I was pleasantly surprised to find this on airport car park the cheapest on through your website, It was by far the easiest way to park and get to the airport - thanks for helping me find it.

Standing at the Park Plus bus stop waiting for my Park Plus bus to arrive and watching 3 buses arriving and leaving from the next bus stop (Parking something - the green buses). not nice when I have a 2-hr drive ahead of me. Please maintain the normally good service and keep at least 2 busses running late at night, otherwise it's the other bus company for me next time...

My best airport parking experience to date. Easy to book online, good deal on price, easy to find and only a couple of minutes from South Terminal.

The booking was easy, Checking the car in was simple and the bus was waiting for transport to the terminal, this was the same on return.

The car park was easy to find and upon arrival the ease of leaving them to park the car was stress-free!

Only 5 minutes away on the coach from the south departure terminal. Coaches run every 10 minutes. Very good service.

easy to find once there parked in the lane quick to book your car in and a bus was waiting to take you to the terminal.coming home clearly signposted at the terminal were to catch bus signed car out and easy instructions to find car in car park overall excellent.

Easy to find, quick to park, very fast transfer to terminal and equally efficient on the return- we were in the car and on the road approx 45 minutes after the airoplane's wheels touched the runway!

I had an accident on holiday that needed me to change the time of return and both times I called staff were incredibly helpful and the car was waiting in a disabled bay, which also helped.

I returned to a different terminal and had to transfer, it would be more convenient if the pick up and drop off was to both terminals.

Great experience, quick transfers and efficient staff made the whole to-ing and fro-ing a marvellous adventure

As we were running late for our flight, the staff held the bus as it was waiting to go while we checked the car in - then the staff helped us put our bags on. when we collected, the car was parked very close to the reception which was nice. Definitely felt safe leaving my car there and a very good experience in all. Thanks

checking in was so easy, as we are getting older it was lovely to have been given help with our cases onto and off the bus and given the right direction into the terminal. We will certainly be using you every time we return to Gatwick airport. Our return was even greated with help and a smile. Thank you.

It was fantastic, very cloce, quick to check the car in and the staff were fantastic. I will use this again when using Gatwick!!!

Getting to and finding Park Plus was simplicity itself. Checking in was quick and efficient and transfer to the terminal very smooth and was eased greatly by a member of staff lifting and stacking our luggage. Unfortunately this experience was not experienced at the other end where we had to take our own luggage off and also this was repeated on the way back where luggage was not touched at the terminal but was taken off at Park Plus. Overall though I would use again for South terminal
