I have used this car park on numerous occasions, the staff are always friendly no matter what time of day or night, It's nice to know that your car is just a stones throw away from reception when you return especially after a long flight.

Probably the worst part was booking on the computer ie making the payment, i had to have several goes, but this is down to me and my ineptitude.

Upon arrival there ware only two staff members on the desk. These were having to deal with people dropping off cars aswell as those returning. This made the process slow and, if I had been returning I would have been furiated by having to wait for those booking their cars in. This could be made simpler by having different desks for in/out The staff did not seem to be able to access details just by the reference number of the booking, causing delay through people having to fill in their details again - if the staff could complete the process just with the ref number (bearing in mind all the details are given when you book using the internet) it would save time.

more useful directions could be given where car parked on collection, eg a map of car park showing how parking bays are numbered

It is alway good to be parked closer to the airport so that the trip to the terminal is quick and regular. Easy to drop car at parking terminal and to find the car on return. When booked in advance it is more economical also.

Secure parking, easy to find and right next to the airport. Transferes quick and punctual, no waiting time. All round good service.

Conunter staff friendly and courteous on departure & arrival. No wait for buses, easy check in and out

This was the fist time I have used this parking facility and found it as easy as falling off a log. I would recommend this to anyone. A good start to any air travelling and a quick way getting started on your way home.

The parking facilities are very near to the South Terminal. With reasonable parking at Gatwick I will fly from Gatwick more often in the future.

The directions to find the car park were good but you need to approach the area slowly after leaving the motorway or you might miss the entrance. Parking and collection of the car was easy and the service very efficient and courteous. Transport to and from the airport was quick and frequent. No problems were experienced and I would use this car park again.

Dealt with quickly and efficiently when arriving. Quick transfer to and from hotel only took a couple of minutes. Well sign posted - great service

Really stress-free airport parking, and reasonable value for money compared with other car parks. More seating in the reception/waiting area would be good.

we were pleased to find the car park only minutes away from the drop off terminal ,the service was quick and relaible very satisfied with all aspects .

easy to book, no problems encountered, clear instructions and directions very quick on arrival and return can't fault service would use again

there was a long quere waiting to give keys over (out the doors). not enough staff. on collection the lady who delt with me was rude and abrupt as she moaned she couldn't read the numbers on the yellow card.

I booked it not realising it was a plus service and was so pleased with the ease and service provided it will be a must from now on with all my travel.

On arrival back to the UK, we got on the wrong bus to the car park and the driver kindly dropped us off at the write place. I would recommend to any of my friends.

The only down side is the transfer driver on the return was very "grumpy" as for a better term! The price was reasonable but for £10-15 more you can get the valet service which is something to consider.

The Car park was good value for money with a very good transfer time to the terminal. My only reservation is we arrived at night and had some difficulty finding the CAR park. Note We followed the instructions to the letter even turning down the road the Car park is located before deciding it could not be there. The signs are just not visible enough at night.

Very good service, friendly staff, regular transfers to airport; will gladly use Long Stay Plus Parking again.
