On arriving at Gatwick South Terminal area it was great that the parking facility was so easy to access and find. Secondly, the whole experience and ease of the service made everything seem a breeze. A bus waiting to take us to terminal and on our return, the bus was there waiting again.. what better service can you get from that and just to top it all your only minutes away from the terminal...Highly recommended, maybe not the cheapest but certainly the best!

Take your bags with you and lock vehicle. Then you can hand over keys and depart on the bus without having to return to the vehicle on departure. Be prepared to wait a little while bus fills up for the transit - transit only 3 mins. Seems very efficient but someone does have your keys and they obiviously drive and park your vehicle. Good value.

I found this experience excellent. It was in a great location and the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Coach transfer easy and fast. Would recomment to others. Regards Carol Williams

Very close to the terminal at Gatwick South - so a very quick and efficent transfer from the carpark to the terminal buildings. Staff were all very helpful and efficient

Left my car at reception, hopped on the bus, well organised. On our return we got back on the bus to reception, picked up the keys, there she was waiting to be taken back home. Highly recommended

This is the first time I have used Parking Plus ,the staff helped with the bags loading on and off the coach and reception gave clear information about where to collect my car the coaches were prompt and very clean all round the best airport parking I have experienced

a brilliant service. i will certainly use park plus again and again. it was so easy parking the car and hopping on the coach to the airport. then the car was waiting to be driven home no messing around looking for a cab home. very pleased.

Park at airport every time. This is the first time used Park plus. Very convenience and and staffs are friendly and helpful, just a few minutes transfer to airport with used it again without doubt. highly recommended.

There was a bus waiting to take us to the airport as we left our car. On our return there was no phone call to make before we arrived at the pick-up stop, where a bus came along within minutes. We were impressed by the staff who couldn't have been more helpful. We will certainly use the company on our next holiday.

Facilities were clean and efficiently run - tarmac surfaces meant car was clean even after 3 weeks. Transfers were quick and timely, and staff helpful and friendly.

Excellent directions , fast and efficent booking in and transfers to and from terminal and most important my car was ready for me to contine my homeward journey without any delays

Easy to get to, just line your car up outside the office leave your keys and a bus takes you to the airport. Easy. Car was looked after and there was no damage on our return.

The direction from the airport to the pick-up point were obscure. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for the pick up bus.We

Unlike other parking services at a similar price Park Plus is safe and easy. I I booked on line and arrived, when I did, I didn't have to drive round looking for a space and then have to stand at a bus stop, I just parked at their reception and hand the keys in, the friendly staff do the rest! On my return the same simplicity is true, I just got on the bus, which we only had 2 minutes to wait for you, the staff will help you with your bags at both ends if needed, and on arriving back at recption you don't sit on a bus which drives round endlessly round a large car park, rather your car is parked close to reception, they told me exactly where, overall a very quick and efficient service. In fact I left my home in surrey and was parked ,checked in and through to the departure lounge within an hour on my recent trip, in no smal part due to the speed and effieciency of Park Plus

Parking at Parking Plus was a hassle free start & end to our holiday. No stress of trying to find a parking space if you are running a bit late. No risk of not being able to find your car when you return home. Only a couple of minutes bus drive to the South terminal & a minimal wait for transfers. We'll use parking plus again without a doubt.

dissapointed on our return as it was late, it would have been nice to have had our car at the office as promised, instead we were given the carpark number and left to find it ourselves with our luggage very dissapointed.

excellent service, no hanging around awaiting for transfers they came every 10 mins, even though we parked on longstay parking it still took us less than 5 mins to get to the terminal. i would certainly be using Park Plus again

From when I arrived to when I departed Park Plus provided me a real stress free experience. I had no worries at all and was happy with leaving my car in their capable hands. The customer service was excellent and my car was in perfect order - thank you park plus.

I accidentally drove into the wrong lane when leaving the car park and the man on the gate was extremley rude. Other than that, easy to find, easy drop-off, modern and clean buses for transfer, didn't have to wait for transfers either to or from the airport, transfer only took a few minutes and it was quick and easy to pick up my keys and car on return.
