Both departing and arriving staff apart from a greek ? lady were unfriendly, unsmiling and looked bored to death. It is confusing sometimes for a first time but they seemed to be profoundly irritated by such customers which is not helpful. Otherwise, very good service indeed but the staff WOULD put me off returning I am afraid

Signage & directions to & from the car park were not as easy to spot as I expected Finding exit signs in the dark after a flight & half day travelling & driving on the other side of the road seems much more difficult than it would appear under other circumstances. We exited via the airport arrivals area - which seemed very odd Possibly not the optimum route ? Waiting time for pickup on arrival was longer than we hoped Parking charges in general seem too high bearing in mind that the parking costs for 14 days are as much as the return flight for one person

Overall service quite good, however I wasn't told that the pickup point had changed due to road works. Also the driver of the coach did not warn us he was pulling away which resulted in my wife and myself being flung across the coach.

Unbelievably good, didn't have to find details, camera recognition let us right in. Key drop off fast, coach arrived in 2 mins, less than 5 more to terminal. We had a baby and buggy with us... helpful staff directed us to the disabled part of bus which made life easy as no collapsing and reassembly necessary. All this and it was the cheapest according to moneysupermarket.com

i recommend lspp there was no loss of time between arrival at car park and transfer to terminal.despite a cloud burst and very poor weather.Seats were available on the bus and we were treated like wanted customers rather than squashed sardines. The recptionists had a smile and were very helpful. 10/10

Long Stay Plus paring was the best parking experience I have ever used. It was convenient, easy to use and most of all reasonably priced. Would definatley use it again when I next fly out of Gatwick and would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends

Easy to find, and very efficient check in and transfer to the airport terminal,on our return to Gatwick a transfer bus turned up within 5 minutes and transfered us back to the check in office, picked up our car and was on our way in under 10 minutes, will use you again.

if your flying from the south terminal you can,t beat it for ease of access. if pre- booked the price is very reasonable for airport parking. i had no problems at all.

I was very impressed with the whole experience and would recommend to my friends. Access to the drop off point is easy to find and close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful despite it being 5 am. No waiting around for transfers to and from the car park. On return, staff were efficient at the desk and directing you to your car. I would certainly use this service again.

we were running late for our flight and the staff at Long Stay Plus Parking were really helpful with moving us along quickly and getting us to the terminal. The extra effort was much appreciated.

better service than Q-park. Pick-up delayed by building work at the south terminal

This was the easiest long term car park to find from those I have used over the past 25 years. Checking in was easy and we were in the terminal within 5 minutes of getting on coach. The only problem related to the resurfacing work being carried out at the airport on our return and obviously this was outside the control of the parking company

I loved turning up and just leaving my car for someone else to park whilst I got on the courtesy bus to the terminal. Likewise on the way back, I just hopped on the courtesy bus and my car was waiting for me. Fantastic !!!

easy to find,fast service car was waiting for us on return and in one piece witch was a big bonus,would use again ;.)

change of name but service and value for money good as ever, however although well signposted the new entrance slip road to the car park is upon you before you know it, so drive slowly keeping to the inside lane as you approach gatwick airport terminal, will use again on our next trip.

Close as you like to the south terminal easy and secure. Felt very confident on leaving my new car with them. They treated it like it was there new born.

Be aware that when you arrive and are sent to your car it will involve a significant walk so don't carry all your luggage leave a pasneger with it and drive up to collect it.

straight in, straight out, very helpfull staff, would use this service again, good value for money if you book early,and would recomend it anyone who wishes to have a stress free flight.

Must look out for Long Stay PLUS. Long Stay, and Long Stay PLUS car parks are close together. Also, Long Stay Bus says "all areas", but doesn't mean it, as the Long Stay PLUS bus is different. (Same orange/yellow colour, same airport bus stop.
