Easy to access. Very helpful staff. As a traveller with mobility chalenges I found the bus drivers and 'departure' staff especially helpful

We arrived and within 5 minutes our registration had been completed, a bus was waiting to take us to the terminal so within 10 minutes of arriving at the car park we found ourselves in the terminal building. The pick up and drop off points are very convenient, we waited about 5 mins to be picked up and then experienced the same courtesy and good service that we had encountered on our outward journey. I will be using this operator - Long Stay Plus - again.

I was pleased with the service. The car park is very easy to find and well sign posted. Checking the car in was simple and painless and then the coach takes you straight to the front of the terminal. All in all a very quick and easy process.

Great service. Quick to collect us from the terminal. No waiting after our flight. Would recommend.

My husband and I were very impressed with the organised way we were dealt with, and the very quick turn around of buses and getting you to the airport terminal on time!. Most excellent service. So overall our experience was up to scratch and speed, keep up the good work..

Service is easy to use very close to the airport so very convenient and quick to use sepecially when returning exhausted after a long haul flight.

We arrived, gate registered our number plate immediately, let us in, parked in a clearly marked line of cars for drop off. Walked less than 50 metre's with suitcase and placed on bus. Checked in at reception which took 2 minutes and was on the bus for literally 2 minutes before it left to the terminal. The trip took a couple of minutes where the bus dropped us off outside the terminal on the ground floor. Short walk up the ramps into airport. What could be quicker and easier than that! From pulling up to check in desk inside Approx. 10mins. Coming back the bus was waiting on the lower level (4am), although make sure you get on the bus with "PLUS" written on it as all on airport parking buses look very similar. Again was back at car park reception inside 3 minutes. Checkout was about 30 seconds! Car parked literally 100 yards from reception. Simple and wouldn't hesitate to use every time we go from Gatwick. Only slight moan would be about staff at reception on the Monday morning going out from Gatwick. I was asked if I was checking out but she had our check in papers in front of her so I simply and politely said in a jokey kind of way, "No, checking in as per our papers you have there" and I received a total look of disgust and a sarcastic comment that resembled I didn't know what I was talking about! This person had a bit of a personality bypass I am affraid but then again it was Monday morning!!! But other than that the service is tip top.

I would recommend Long Stay Plus to anyone.I have used airparks in the past, and my car came back really filthy,and my friend has used airparks and his car was damaged. So use long stay plus, the service was smooth, quick and efficient, and I didn't feel the price was over the top.

I was expecting to have my car waiting for me on my return, not to have to trapse across a carpark. Good service on departure though

If you want a hassle free start to your holiday then this is the only parking to go with. It's easy to find and from the moment you drive into the car park, everything is organised. You pull up into the holding bays, go into reception and hand over your confirmation. By the time you get on the transfer bus, our car had already been moved. The transfer to the airport was quick and you never have to wait more than a few minutes for another bus. On the way back we handed our ticket over (you will be given this when you arrive - my advise would be to remember where you put it!) We were given the parkng space number, then walked to our car (when i say walked, it's not far at all, like walking to your car after going to the supermarket!) And there it was, our car, safely looked after and ready to go home...even though we weren't!

parking here was a very easy and stress free experience which is exactly what you need before and after your holiday

I would definately recommend long stay plus parking, its was soo easy to get to, transfers quick & easy there and back,and it was nice to get of the aiplnae at 1am & be back at car park & on the road home so quickly!

I went into the wrong car park at first - I didnt check the description of the parking before I left home i.e Long Stay PLUS. Apart from that it was all pretty easy. The bus coming back has to be picked up on the ground floor for the moment and not as stated on the ticket. Apart from that - no complaints (which is unlike me!)

Easy to find with the instructions given. Did not have to wait around. Car was available for collection in an easily identified place, with easy access to get away after your return home. Service was good even though it was early hours of the morning.

This is a great place to park the car when going on holiday. Easy to find at Gatwick South, and quite close to the terminal. Transfers punctual and short even during the early hours of the day. Good value for money too.

Transfer time to the terminal building was a few minutes from the car park. Definitely will be using it again

We would never use anyone else. This is our second visit to this site and they are very clean, efficient and helpful. The transfers are second to none even after the holiday has finished. From airport to car in 10 mins. Thank you for a great service.
