Although generally excellent, signage on the approach road is inadequate. At night the sign is easily missed (and I had to drive around the airport to retry!). Long Stay Plus did not appear on the first main sign and the second was obscured.

Tried this car park after a previous Meet'n'Greet left us wondering if it was worth the extra money. We found this car park very easy to use, quick transport to and from the terminal and easy admin. Would certainly use again

Easy to find. Efficient and profesional at the desk. Coach clean and accesible. Coming back - next to no wait for the coach, very short journey, car ready and conveniently parked. No compliants, will use again.

fast book in service,transfer to airport five minutes,pick up 10 minute wait, car was ready at pik up station, i would use this service next time i fly from gatwick.

Easy to find. Well lit. Quick. Fast transfer to terminal. Friendly service. Simply the best!

Regular buses mean no waiting in the cold upon your return. Helpful staff who process you quickly so no long queues.

Very efficient, from arriving at Plus parking to getting on the 6 min coach to departures was about 8 minutes, and most of that was unpacking the car with 1 x wife, 2 children and the 17 bags we took. would definately use again.

All the staff were polite, helpful and gave us the information we needed to catch the bus back on our return. A very nice service. Keep up the customer service skills, it does make a difference, especially to visitors to this Country

September Arrival , at carpark was good, no hanging around coach was there waiting. Staff helpful, no problems on October return only waited about 5 minutes for coach, checkout good.

we were pleasantly surprised with the parking it was excelant value for the money we would reccomend you to friends the drivers were very friendly and it was very near to the airport

The only fault was a very raised and uneven surface outside the office, which resulted in my husband falling. Apparently someone else had just done the same.

Our sat nav did not like the post code or longitude/latitude co-ordinates - got incredibly lost and no signs to help. Howvere once there all was easy and taken care of. Nice busses and had help with the luggage and pram. Very good service and no hesitation in booking again next time.

The access to the parking was poor with no signs so you drove passed the access then needed to double back. you were given no direction to park your car after one member of staff point to some tarmac outside the porta cabin and other people were just guessing where to park. /collection from the airport was appalling our group were split waiting for the next minibus. Safety for the children on the vehicle was not very good when seat belts didnt work.

I have used a number of companies and always come back to the same operator for ease of arrangements and facilities.

Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpfull staff. Prompt Attenton. Transfers to and from hotel on time and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

It is a pleasure to stay with Park Plus, from arrival to departure there is no need to worry, everything goes smoothly, making travel enjoyable.

when you are going on holiday the last thing you need is a problem with the car parking. This was as it says on the tin a very good service simple and easy.

I would use this company again as it was very resonably priced and about 3 mins away from the airport. It was all so very easy to find and park up.

What more can I say? What else would one expect at an airport carpark? If my car had been vandalised while it was supposed to be safely parked at Plus, then I'd have plenty to say. Thanks for looking after it.
