Although I was travelling from North terminal, The Park Plus service from acess to the park, to delivery to the south terminal was carried out with efficiency. This coupled with the terminal rail transfer service from south to north rendered the whole operation trouble free

There were a lot of us with a lot of cases and on the return trip the help in order to get us all boarded as quickly as possible was brilliant.

Parking is made easy by being able to leave the car outside reception. Buses to the terminal are frequent and take only a couple of minutes to the South Terminal. It was refreshing to be able to wheel my suitcase onto the bus which lowers to curb level and a parking assistant was quick to help lift bags in to and out of the luggage racks. On return my car was ready and waiting within 1 minutes walk of the bus and it was good to see a considerable security presence. This is the closest you can get to valet parking and still pay competitive airport prices.

Excellent car park - Arrived complete a few details - hand over the keys - Coach already waiting and you are at the airport in a few minutes. The same for coming home - out the airport and the coach had pulled up. Execellent service

Used Park Plus a great deal before it changed name. The advantage is that you don't have to wait in the cold for a bus as there is an indoor reception. The parking lot is not huge so you don't get lost ! also, the courtesy bus leaves you and picks you up at the upper level, which mean saving time. Only disadvantage, I could not book for just a weekend : min. 3 days

This was the first time we had used Park Plus. It's very close to the airport and we were pleased with all aspects.

From booking on-line, to checking in and being picked up on site the service was very good and as I would expect it to be.

Unfortunately I was involved in the XL.COM collapse which resulted in me returning to the UK and collecting my car 4 days early, would Long Stay Plus be prepared to make a refund accordingly?

very easy to find from M23.quick check in and just a short trip to departures/arrivals.buses clean.one little tip to help speed things up at check in,seperate your house keys from your cars keys before you get there.

the only negative point is if you approach the car park at night look out for the sign which isn't lit, we went straight passed it and into the 'normal' car park, but the nice man at the gate let us out and directed us to our proper location.

We found the service to be very professional and friendly. Being dropped off at the top level without having to trail up the escalators was great. On our return trip the driver could not have been more helpful to us and all the other passengers.

Long Stay Plus Parking are reasonably priced and enable you to leave your vehicle safely with confidence, whilst travelling abroad.

can be daunting for people using the car parking for a first time. once the car is in the queue, there is not always staff around to advise what to do next.

On returning to my car I had to get in the passenger door as my car was parked at an angle and parked over to one side in the parking bay , the drivers door was a only about a foot away from the next vehicle making it impossible for me to get in the drivers door. Very disappointing as it was the first time I had used your parking company .

We parked straight away and the coach departed as soon as we got on it, which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the return journey, we had to wait about 10 minutes, which was ok. Again, our key was returned promptly and the directions back to the car were clear.

Advised to check vehicle for damge prior to leaving premises on vehicle collection. It was dark, car park lighting was mainly off, and I couldn't find anywher that was adequately lit to examine car. Fortunately on examination the next day car was undamaged.

Smooth transition to and from airport, completely stress free just whats needed at the start and end of a long journey.

The process was very simple and easy and transfer times are very quick which is important especially upon return when you are normally very tired. In terms of value for money its good also as you can be confident about the safe keeping and security of your vehicle. This service is highly recommended.

in comparison to other airport parking this was easy to locate and close to the airport making transfers much quicker and easier,also having staff on hand to help with loading and unloading cases was helpfull
