Having trouble parking your car at the start of your holiday could easily dampen your spirits. I'm glad to say Long stay parking plus made things as simple and stress free as possible.

All in all useful. Staff generally open and helpful. Will probably only use it again if the Tesco voucher system is restarted, I will try to arrange private lifts in future as the cost of psrking is on the high side. However would use you in preference to an off-site park.

Finding the car park was simple, transfers were easy and the pick up is just outside the airport exit on return. Overall good.

The car park is easy to find as it is so close to the airport. All of the staff were efficient and very helpful. Both legs of the journey went very smoothly, something you need after travelling for some time.

Easy to find on entering Airport, staff on the ball,and we were on transfer bus to terminal within minutes.Bus stops very near entrance to South terminal aprox 3 minutes to check in desks. Return journey very simple and car ready on arrival, exit to car park could be better sign posted, on motorway within 5 minutes from leaving car park.

We did like the way in which we had assistance at both the booking site and airport with on loading and un-loading our cases.

Park Plus is clearly signposted (reduces the stress of not being sure where you are going once you arrive at the airport) and you can't miss the drop off bays for your car. There were a few other people in front of us in the queue but the staff were very quick and efficient and we were on our way to the terminal very quickly. On the return the bus was already at the stop and one of the Park Plus employees took our bags and put them on the racks in the bus and we were back at Park Plus within minutes. Again, it was busy at reception but we had our car keys very quickly. The only criticism is that the map showing where the car was parked made it look as though the car was a long way away when in fact it was very close! Will definitely use Park Plus again

easy to find, right on the doorstep of the airport, my vehicle was parked nearby when I arrived back from holiday. The transfers were quick and easy with helpfull coach staff for your luggage. All in alla good experience.

Arrived at Park Plus, Gatwick which is ' on airport' at 5.30 am ,everybody was courteous and we felt relaxed as we were taken to South Terminal less than 15 mins from arrival. The return trip was also very efficient

From the moment we arrived and left our car to the moment we collected it again after bour holiday, the procedure was of the highest standard. The very well located and signed Park Plus area was convenient and secure. The staff, especially on the bus were exceptional. It meant that we started our holiday in a relaxed and positive frame of mind. When we returned it was so nice to be welcomed back by our bus driver! Thank you, Park Plus, we will definitely use you again!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole booking and the cost. The whole experience was quick and efficient. The car was ready when we arrived back and it was hassle free. I was impressed with the cost and would certainly recommend you to others and will use again. The staff were polite courteoud and efficient. Well done.

Very happy all round, having parked elsewhere in the past, this was by far the best - very straight forward to arrange online, easy to find, to park (nice and close to the reception/bustop), same to collect and a nice quick transfer time too. It all helps to make your holiday/flight run that little bit more smoothly. Good value.

Transfers fast and efficient, check in/out busy, good value for on airport parking - check your vehicle for scratches before leaving and on return - mine did get its rear bumper damaged but supervisor filled out a damange form and customer services dealing with so we'll see what happens!

Park Plus is one of the best Gatwick car park if not the best one. If the price is the same of other car parks chose this one! It's closer and well organized. Good Value for money.

Clear directions to the car park which is easy to find. On arrival staff provide a receipt and a bus takes you the short distance to the airport terminal. In essence, a straight foward process which is important for a stress free holiday.

delayed 5hrs coming back but this caused no problems will not hesitate to use this car park again being on airport site made it a lot easier

We fly 3 times a year and park our car we found this car park to be the best. Staff helped us with bags, there is no need to phone car park when you have arrived back to U.K there is staff waiting at the bus stop who will help you on your return.

A very straight forward service from when i booked online to picking up our car on departure. Very good value for money.
