Simple to find and simple and economic to use. Our flight back was delayed by 6 hours and there were absolutely no problems at all.

Very pleased with Long Stay Plus Parking on the whole. One critisism though is that it would be nice if the car could have been a bit nearer the reception on our return as we had been delayed on our flight by 5hrs, this was overnight and we were extremely tired and fed up, we then had to go and find our car which wasn't easy. But on the whole very pleased.

this is the first time i have used airport parking ,every thing went so smoothly i would recommend it, i will be using this park in the future thankyou so much. mrs m akehurst

Good facilitles and ease of parking. Staff there to help you on and off the coach which is a great idea when you are dealing with a number of suitcases. Punctual service and good value for money. On the downside I arrived at night and the sign to the car park is not illuminated. This resulted in a minor detour into the adjoining car park!

Excellent service, From leaving my car, booking in and arriving at the termial for the flight took 15 mins. On return the bus was outside the terminal waiting to take me back to the car. The car park was light-up and no problems in finding it. The staff were very helpful.

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to park, easy to register, fairly easy to transfer to and from the terminal. The only slight pain was that we came back into G. North and so had to get the rail shuttle to G. South to get to the company's pickup point, but that wasn't a big deal.

First rate servive from dropping off car to transfer to terminal - super efficient. Bus waiting on our return very helpful driver and two minutes to collect car.

Swift access to the airport, very convenient. Would like to keep this find to myself to make sure I get in next time I go to Gatwick!! Best part of the Gatwick experience!!

The close proximity of the car park to the south terminal and the regular prompt transfer service was a bonus. The only difficulty experienced was finding the correct entrance to Parking Plus on arrival caused by the the poor/lack of clear signage directing you to the entrance - we and a number of others, first went into the wrong (Long Stay) car park. It was apparent by the reaction of the Long Stay personnel that we were not the first to do so!

Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Well organised,the only criticism is trying to work out exactly where the car was on our return - it was explained but the area is a little confusing. We will use this car park any time we fly from this airport

everything worked like clockwork and easy to follow instructions. Only to pleased to recommend the service to other peaple.

Smooth transfer system from booking to getting into my car on return from holiday. Especially helpful as I lost the receipt to pick up my car.

This was the first time that we had used Long Stay Plus and we were delighted what a very simple process it turned out to be. Speed, efficiency and simplicity were the words that come to mind. On our return trip we were caught up in the demise of XL, so I contacted LSP by mobile from Egypt and explained the situation. I was put at ease by the person at the end of the phone was told that my car would be available for collection upon my revised arrival time. I have already recommended LSP to a number of my friends and will continue to do so.

I normally stay in Courtlands and was very pleased with their service until they became a bigger company and not the family run company they used to be.. I found your staff very helpful and polite. The coach driver was only too happy to help with the luggage etc. I would definitely stay with you again.

The pick up and returns were ok but the boarding of the bus at the car park was a little chaotic as there is not enough room for the people and their luggage.

toilet fascilities poor, needed cleaning. Staff were abrupt when questioned about procedure. Pick up point good, 20 minute wait at airport in the open air, covered area would be better. otherwise good.

I was surpirsed to be able to book three weeks parking in a car park so near to the airport terminal at such a reasonable price. The reception and collection staff were very friendly and efficient and the transfers to and from the South Terminal were fast and comfortable. I would highly recommend Long Stay Plus Parking and will certainly use the facility again the next time I fly from Gatwick.

The only thing I could fault was the way that the sign posts for the car park did not actually state " Parking Plus" but other than that it was excellent.

We have always tried to avoid Gatwick because of unfavorable experience in years past. There have been many changes and parking at the airport is now easier and more convenient than Heathrow. Even the dreaded M25 caused us no delays.
