i love using this service when going on holiday as it's quick and simple

As i said all and all it was easy to park and book in and go outside and pick up the coach.On return the car was parked reasonably close to the treminal.

it is easy to find and it takes only a few minutes for the bus to take you to the terminal.

As above but fairly expensive compared to several local hotels offering 15 days car parking free if you stay one night, average cost £100 a night. For an early flight, hotel plus parking is best bet.

Car park is situated within the airport very close to departures. On arrival your number plate is recognised and the barrier opens and you park in rows in front of the reception. After you check in your car is then parked for you and returned to an area near the reception for collection on your return. A good and efficient service. The bus stop on your return is just outside the arrivals exit.

Arriving at 5.00 am I did not expect to have to queue for 15 minutes to deposit my keys and was surprised to be asked for information regarding the vehicle to be typed in to the reception computer which could easily have been included in the online booking form. On return though the service was fast and efficient.

When arriving you just pull up behind the car in front unload your cases hand in your keys and board the transfer bus, this is the closest car park we have ever had took just 3 minutes to the airport, but would not recommed trying to walk it as you have a very large ramp to go up,on return the coach was there to take you back, pick up your car keys and load up for home.

Nice clean and well run parking for the South Terminal, safe parking and car is always close by on collection. The bus service is very regular and the drivers are always informative. Reception staff are good and toilets are clean. Value for money.

Easy to find, easy to use, quick transfer but more expensive than our flights!

It is a highly convenient car parking facility close to Gatwick South Terminal. Keep the costs down and I will consider using the car park again.

Arrived handed in the car keys coach waiting and just a few minutes to south terminal. Only waited 5 minutes at the post stop when we returned.

The Long Stay Plus Parking service at Gatwick was excellent. Located very close to the South terminal, it was very convenient and clearly signposted. The counter staff were efficient and helpful and the facilities(including chairs and toilets) excellent. On both arrival and departure, there was barely a wait for the bus to and from the terminal. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend as a cost effective and convenient option for parking very close to the Gatwick South terminal.

Overall the service we got was excellent. We changed the vehicle that we had originally booked, although we called to change the reg it hadn't altered in the system, this wasn't an issue though as it was very easy to do on arrival. I was on the bus to the terminal when I realised I'd left my bag in the car (I know!). The bus driver was great, dropped me off at an easy spot for me to run back to the car park, called the guy at the car park so he was waiting for me to retrieve my keys and get the bag - I got on the next bus, no hassle at all. On return we picked the car up , no hassles, although we were just given the bay number - it would have been useful to have a map summarising which bays were where so we weren't left to wander round the car park looking for the right number... only a minor point though. effcient service at a competitive price. Buses frequent and fast with a clear 'pick up' area signaled by large sign. Very little wait either dropping off or collecting. Would recommend.

Easy to find and no hassel if you arrive to drop your car of early or pick it up early, all round pleasure will be using again

easy check-in and bus waiting to take us to airport, on return bus was waiting only 4 of us got on and bus left. no hanging around waiting for bus to fill

It is very reassuring knowing the car is safe while on holiday.The only negative was the sign indicating where bus is from the airport to return to collect car

Good price and excellent service. Would use again and have already recommended a friend!!
