I was a bit scepticel about using a car park like this, but I have to admit that the service I got was first class and I wasn't kept waiting for very long, at either end of my journey. It was a little confusing when we were leaving the car park as the exit signs almost seemed to take you in 2 different directions, but thats just me being picky. I will be using them again when I fly from Gatwick and was extremely happy with everything they did for me.

had to change flights and therefore needed to extend parking period but found it difficult to do on line. Ended up paying additional charges on return and at higher rate Your website should cater for change more easily

We found the car park very good buses arrived on time no waiting around would use again thankyou

it was an early flight and i was on my own so leaving my car early in the morning was a worrie but i was very pleased. i felt me car would be safe and i also was happy to be there on my own at that time in the morning.

Can't pretend that parking is enjoyable, but this was painless. No long cues, easy to find, transfers on time, good price

this is so easy to find when you see how many car parks there are around we will use this again with out a dought and will tell others

this experience was very efficient and the procedure very easy to use,no problems at all.

Staff on duty were quite surly, but are usually very pleasant. Transfers were fine, but not very prompt on that occasion. Again, this is unusual. Maybe its because of the renovation works at the car park? Its very convenient for airport though.

Generally good but when we returned we had to walk to quite a way to collect the car, it was very late and not that well lit.

Welcomed by a long faced Lady telling me i had entered no check out time!!!I explained that the internet wouldn't even let you get passed the screen asking times to pay without a time entered in to which she Huffed!I said maybe your website has a fault to which she huffed again. No "Have a nice holiday" no apology good job i had a good holiday maybe the staff need to develop some mannors or take on some training as they are dealing with the public or maybe even a holiday!

I am a regular flyer from Gatwick and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service and as a consequence I am a regular customer. This was the first time that I had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus to depart or arrive, which I assume was the result of the construction work going on.

We were pleasantly surprised by the close proximity of the car park to the airport itself and the rapidity of transfer between both on our outward and return journeys. Very efficient, thank you!

Directions were clear and accurate, process at car drop point was clear and efficient, the bus was directly outside the car drop counter and we were off to the terminal within a couple of minutes. Excellent!

Reasonable price, well organised, regular buses and good facilities. Bus driver was helpful, woman behind reception desk looked very miserable both times. Would use again if flying from Gatwick.

My experience started well, easy to drop off the key, get the bus etc. rapid and frequent transfers to south terminal. On the way back it became a bit more difficult. I got on the same orange bus that I thought I had travelled to the terminal and off we went. as we drove round the carpark dropping people off at their cars i realised i wasn't going to "Long Stay Plus" i was going round the carpark on "Long Stay". They are both branded orange, all the buses are orange. Admittedly the "plus" buses have a white "plus" flash on the front, but to a traveller in a rush they are still orange. The bus driver said he would drop me off so i could get to the correct carpark (they are physically next to each other). He then dropped me at a random bus stop behind another bus and informed me that I would have to take that bus back to the terminal and start again. No I couldn't walk and I should have been more careful as to which orange bus I got on. I was pretty angry and as I left his bus, and under my breath expressed some choice words about maybe he could have been a bit more helpful. In a wonderful example of professionalism he then left his bus and passengers, followed me on the new bus and berated me and left me clearly of the opinion that it was my fault, I should have notice that not all orange buses are the same etc etc. I'm sure there are other carparks.

We have used your transfers several times but the service offer has deteriorated 1) We are not longer offered assistance with luggage at either end of the journey. 2) A great plus with your company was being set down on the top level at departures. In May/June the did not happen. We were told the reason why but not at the time of booking when we could have considered a cheaper offer.

The transfers were fast, coaches frequent and the whole service was extremely efficient. This was my first time and I will definately always use this car park in the future, thank you.

This car park was very convenient and secure, prompt service and safe secure parking area.
