This is the first time i use this service as we had 3 families taking 11 people in 3 cars to gatwick we made a combine saving of over £210.We will all use again. Well done

easy to find minimum fuss transfers very frequent all in all a good service

Departure no problem. When we arrived at Gatwick at 1am, I was informed by the supervisor that my car had been in an accident. 2 employees had been racing cars around the car park and collided with four other cars, one being mine. We live on the Isle of Wight and were booked on the 4am ferry, and had to be home that morning to start work. After a lengthy process of completing forms etc, and arranging a hire car. Sorting out the hire car took over an hour and a half because first their computer systems were not working, and secondly the employee completed the wrong forms and asked for an excess to be paid because the "Isle of Wight is in France" he thought "where do they find these people". We eventually arrived home at 8.30am having had to pay £27.00 excess on the ferry because we missed the 4am that we had booked and paid for, I had to take the day off work, because we arrived home to late losing £125. No problem at all with the service offered but the reception staff did not give a very friendly impression.

Treated really well from check in desk on departure to same back on arrival. car was parked within feet of reception on arriving back so no pulling cases around...all in all a very good parking area. We travel to Florida 3 times a year and have tried most of the others but providing the price stays right will def use long stay plus in the future.

well signed and got there at 03:40. Rather crowded at reception with people and luggage everywhere. Could do with a crowd control assessment so customers can get to desk without tripping over bodies/luggage. When bus arrived it was a free for all with people pushing in every where. The luggage racks on the bus are arkward and restrict flow on and off the bus. return journey less crowded so the above problems were greatly reduced. this may sound like a complaint but overall i thought it was good value with friendly efficient staff and a nice short journey.

Overall very good. The only slight thing was our car was not in the disabled parking area when we returned as we had been informed it would be. However someone was immediately dispatched to collect our car and bring it right to us.

Couldn't fault the service, was easy to find, efficent booking car in and out, very short wait for transfers to and from the terminal.

It was good to be able to park at a competitive price so close to the airport. The directions were good, and the service was slick and professional. We were especially glad of this on our return late at night, since it meant we were on the road quickly, having wasted no time at the car park, where our car was ready and waiting. We will use this service again.

apart from the misleading entry into "plus" directions arrangements on site were excellent - look forward to more of the same!

Hassle free parking, with no long queues and friendly and efficient staff.

There is an inconsistency which causes confusion in that the signs leading to the car park only say Long Term and do not say Long Stay Plus Parking. This causes confusion as I found myself driving straight on to try and find the correct car park.

My wife is in a wheelchair. The transfer coach drivers were extremely helpful

the staff were very nice and very helpfull.on cecking in I left what I thought was my keys but as it turned out it was only the remote to get into the car (key in the bottom of handbag). After searching for the key staff realised I still had it and tried to page me at the airport,Ididnt get the page and flew off on holiday obivious,on my return their only concern was that Idid have the car key to be able to continue my journey.there was no recriminations and we had a laugh about it.oh yes they did manage to move my car to a parking area without damage.

My husband and I use this facility all the time. We have recommended it to other people and, like us, they also have enjoyed the convenience. I always try to book Long Stay Parking Plus. Evelyn Khan-Panni

Bus awaiting arival at airport and a few minutes transfer to your car. Quick issue of your keys to enable continuation of ones journey. A long days traval is tiring and any delay can cause irritation. Well done to all staff.

We experienced two problems: 1. We missed the signage on entry and nearly ended up in the ordinary long stay car park. The instructions should emphasize that it is Long Stay PLUS as distinct from Long Stay. 2. It was our own mistake that we booked for the South Terminal when our flight left from the North Terminal.
