I was vary in the first instance of using APH but found it much easier than parking at the airport, very efficient and I will definitely being using it again and will also recommend to others. It took a big load off my travel plans! Thank you all very much.

This was the best value car park I could find on the internet and I was very please with the service I recieved. All the staff we very pleasent and helpful. There was very little wait for the transfer coaches and there was plenty of room on them. We were not rushed to move our cases on and off. I would definately use this car parking facility again.

An excellent service all round. Prompt and efficient service. The APH carpark is a little further away than some others but the service was every bit as good as the more expensive competitiors... if not better! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Arrival & transfer was smooth even though it was 02.45. On return I noticed a soft tyre imediately a staff member took me to the air line where we found a nail in the tyre. Another staff member quickly helped me change the tyre and get on my way home. Great service and would recomend to anyone.

We were very happy with the whole experience, if I had any complaints it would be that we had to wait ages for the coach to pick us up from the airport. But perhaps it wasn't that long it just felt long because we wanted to get home. Overall the best airport parking facility we've used, would recommend

This facility was easy to find from the directions, friendly staff checked us in quickly and the transfers ran regularly (taking about 15 mins to the terminal) Coming back the coach picked us up just 5 mins after leaving the baggage collection and the car was ready to go. Overall great value for money, secure park and friendly staff. Would use again.

Good value for money. We were lucky to get the bus in first 3 minutes after left our car and the same after we came back. It's only about 15 minutes from airport and because you exit the highway on other junction than airport, you miss all the traffic. I would use it again.

The collection on return was so well organised, it took seconds unlike some that take minutes. OK, the transfer was a bit longer than some of the on airport ones, but not much, because at the on airport ones you are driven round loads of car parks whereas here you car has been brought round ready for your return. And at half the price, who cares if it takes five minutes more to gete to the airport?

Very nice coach (not a bus). Driver loaded/unloaded the cases, frequent coaches, very easy drop off at reception - leave keys means you cant lose them on holiday. Car waiting for you on return. Will use you again. Suggestion:- consider to offer a car wash service (DONE ON THE DAY OF RETURN).

We had no problems what so ever and we take Customer services very seriously. The value for money is tremendous and we now have no problem flying out from Gatwick because of the competetive price you give and we will be back. Very easy to book Good arrival instructions No wait for transfer coach in either direction...particually impressive in the middle of the night! Very friendly, helpful driver and desk staff. Very convenient all-round service. Would def use it again.

I shopped around on the internet and APH was considerably cheaper than any other parking company for 3 weeks at Christmas. There was a coach waiting when we arrived, the driver unloaded our luggage and when we returned we waited only minutes for a coach to pick us up. Would definately recommend and will use again Rosemary Chamberlain

with most things you always get negatives aswell as positives but with this i can honestly claim that the service and professionalism was beyond compare. i would recommend this service to anyone. the coachman was excellent in organising us and loading the luggage onto the coach and when we returned the transfer coach came within a very decent time and again the help with the luggage and the car at our disposal as soon as we reached the car park was commendable. again the value for money was incredible so altogether a very very happy customer in us!!

I have never used APH Gatwick or off airport parking before but will always use APH in future. The directions were spot on and everything was smooth and simple when we arrived. Even though it was freezing cold, very early and we were in thick fog, everyone at Reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. The transfers worked like clockwork and the coach was warm and comfortable. The driver was really helpful with our bags and when we returned we nearly missed a coach and the driver saw us running and stopped for us and helped us with our luggage. 5 stars!

Have used APH before and each time I have been pleased at the high quality of service offered by their staff. Transfers to / from the terminal are quick and simple. The only issue being the location of the coach pick up points, which were crowded with people using APH and other services, leading to a bit of a scrum when a coach arrives.

I have no faults to mention with this carparking facility.The driver was very helpful loading and unlaoding the baggage, the car was within easy walking distance from the reception(I am slightly disabled).Courtesy at all times evn in the very late hours of arriving and early departure. VERY GOOD INDEED AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.tHANKS TO ALL AT APH CARPARKS.

I was impressed by the pleasant and courteous staff. The booking system was simple and straight forward. It all worked, well done !! My only slight blip (but it WAS early in the morning) was on arrival I was not completely sure which way to go round to reception using your one way system...I nearly went the wrong way !!! That IS rather typical of me though !!!

We arrived back at Gatwick and waited for the APH bus. It arrived moderately quickly and picked up passangers. Unfortunately passangers for other car parks got on the coach and therefore had to be disembarked before we could leave. The bus then went to the other terminal to collect passangers. This meant another delay. It felt like ages before we got to our car.

We arrived late and I was quite apprehensive but the staff were extremely pleasant and delivered us on time for our flight. This was a very inexpensive deal and I was fully confident of the security features within the car park. We had a little wait on our return but this appeared to be a passenger who had left some luggage behind and the coach driver was helping them locate it.

An excellent value service, quick, clean and efficient transfer to the airport would definitely use them again. Need to be prepared to wait for the coach if you are at North Terminal - it took over an hour from calling the company from the baggage hall to getting into our car for the journey home.
