Booking quickly confirmed on the internet.Arrived at car park, left keys with staff to park the car. Were at the airport within 15 minutes of arrival.Phoned on arrival back at Gatwick, and the coach was there to return us to the car which was only one minutes walk from the coach

I was not informed that our car would be driven on a seven mile round trip to be parked "who knows where". i always want to be informed of any third party driving my vehicle on the public roads before it happens and i also want it to be the site of parking "as advertised", then i have a choice.

Excellent value for money. Frienfly staff. Quick service. One thing though: you need to call the carpark on your return so they know that they have to pick you up. Therefore, make sure you put the free number they give you to call on your mobile on the way out just in case you loose the piece of paper with that number!

I have used this service several times now and have to say it is great value for money and is extremely convenient. It does add a short time to your journey in both directions but feel that it is worth it as you still have to wait for a coach for the airport parking which is a lot more money! Would use the service every time we travel.

Quite a way from the Gatwick Airport, but only took 15mins in nice modern coaches. Good check-in, numbered parking bays. Called them from baggage hall and were picked up within 15 mins, this was at 2.30 AM. I will certainly use APH again and again.

This is the first time I have used this service and was delighted to find firstly it was well signed with plenty of instructions around the car park, and above all the office staff were human and smiled, this has to be a good start to any overseas trip. My return flight was overdue and this very understanding customer service lady did not make it an opportunity to charge me extra as I am sure many companys would do. All in all this was a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to use it again. Please continue the good work.

the car park is a bit off the beaten track although was easy to find with the directions given. only sent one coach to pick up about 30 returning customers. so we were told to wait a few minutes for the next coach. this in fact arrived 20 minutes later. i would probably go with courtlands next time, same price and 3 coaches arrived and left in the time we were waiting.

A little bit confusing on arrival as we were not sure whether to remove luggage from car first. If there are a few of you, you can keep the luggage with you at reception whilst the driver moves the car.Otherwise you have to take it a little distance from car to coach. Car park is a fair distance from the airport but coach service is excellent.

This is very convenient and everything is explained clearly. They park the car for you, keep the keys so you don't have to worry about losing them, and on return you call them and the car is parked close to the office. You hardly have to carry your cases once you get outside the terminal building! It is sited a little way away from Gatwick-about a 20 min transfer- but is probably quicker as you don't have to negotiate the airport. The coaches are comfortable, frequent and not crowded. Everyone was very helpful. I have used them twice now and will always use them when I fly from Gatwick.

This was an excellent service. Although obviously it is off airport site parking, when booking clients would be aware of this. The staff were helpful and friendly, we did not have to wait at all and the transfer buses were extremely clean and comfortable.

Overall, if I was paying, I will be using APH Gatwick again. However, for business purposes I will use closer or on-airport parking. By the time you drive to APH, check-in and transfer back to the airport significant time has elapsed (this is especially true if you are going to the terminal they are visiting second in the trip). In addition, upon return arrival we had to wait for over 20 mins for a coach as the previous one had filled up at the first terminal - not good when we were tired and cold and it took me to phone them to find this out!

After a tiring (delayed) flight back to the UK a wait of one hour to collect our baggage, at one in the morning the last thing we needed was problems with retrieving our car. Thanks to the service provided we were reunted with our transport and on our way home in no time at all.

What could be easier? I booked online and received confirmation by email. We arrived at APH mid morning and a coach was waiting. 15 minutes later we were checking in at the airport. Our return flight landed at midnight. I rang APH before collecting our luggage and waited less than five minutes for the return coach. 25 minutes from landing to collecting our car. I will certainly use APH again.

Friendly staff, regular coach transfer. Speak to assisstant on return home call (not recorded message). We got great rate too (£29/week), so all in all nothing to gripe about. (Note : Esso garage down the road 1p per litre cheaper than Shell garage next door.when we went!)

We found the car parking service very quick. Just stop your car, book in at reception and straight onto your coach to the airport. On our return we telephoned as we were collecting our luggage and by the time we got the the bus stop (just outside the terminal doors)we only had a 5 minute wait. Once back at the car park our keys were waiting for us. Would definately use again

I had a good experience with APH. I needed to park my car at 4am in the morning, but a bus was waiting and there was no hassle. I found car park easily from the directions when I arrived back in the country the instructions of what to do and where to go were easy to follow. Thanks

Our plane was delayed on the way back and i was worried that our car would be pushed to the back of the line or we would be made to feel like we had 'messed' up their systems. I was completely wrong and we recieved nothing but first class service. Will use them again. Thanks

As early morning travellers (ie arriving at 3.00am) we were impressed with the well organised service provided. It was easy to find and booking in was straight forward which helped as we weren't particularly awake at that time! The buses to and from the terminal were prompt and in all it made our journeys to and from the airport extremely stress free!

I was very pleasantly surprised as it was first time I had used any long term parking. Found staff, friendly, professional & efficient. My only thing was I didn't realise I would have to leave car open while waiting to be parked up in a bay as I thought I would park car myself. My only gripe but not major. Thx & regards Maggie Hide

The Reception staff were polite and we weren't kept hanging around on arrivals or departures. A couple of niggles that we weren't too happy with and so influenced my 'middle of the road' rating: we returned to find that all stations on the radio in my car had been re-programmed and the interior of my son's car was dirty/messy!
