Well worth the money. The cheapest car park and transfer in the area that I could find, yet efficient and I wouldn't expect anything more from the more expensive services. Would definitely use this again. Easy directions to the coach pick up point when returning at airport. Quick service. Very pleased with everything.

Parking is easy to find, well documented on their web site. Transfer is painless in a big coach. Staff handle all you baggage at both ends. All in all, a good and efficient service, very good value for money, you just have to leave a little extra time.

Excellent service. We arrived our cases were loaded on the coach whilst i sorted the keys out with reception. we then went to the airport cases unloaded for us.On our return i phoned the number given to me on arrival the coach turned up our cases were loaded again. We then go taken back to the car park our cases were unloaded for us whilst we collected the keys.The car was waiting for us. Excellent value.

Everything about this was good. I have used them in the past and will do again. The smelly reception room was only a slight glitch, probably only because staff were still eating thier fish and chips. No problem as far as I was concerned but not the most professional impression to give to customers

Arrived at the car park and dropped off the keys with no problem - the car is parked for you and the staff are friendly. Had to wait for a little while for the coach but not too long. Coach was nearly empty! On return the customer service was again excellent, although the coach did take a little longer than the advertised time to arrive. No problems with getting the keys and picking up the car at the other end - overall a positive experience.

Dropping the car off was no problem. Everything went smoothly and simply took cases out of car, checked in, and was on coach to airport. Returned on xmas day eve and again, coach was at bus stop and was very quickly on way back to car. Unfortunatly one of my cases got left behind in the bus shelter (not the fault of the driver but one of my children)Wasnt realised till we got back to the car park. The very helpful driver of the coach radioed his collegue at the airport who swiftly collected it for me and returned the case safely in my hands. So a vey special thank you to the drivers involved who were a very cheerful and happy bunch. Cant fault anything, will definatly use this car park in future. Faultless customer service, keep up the good work guys!

Very helpful staff and also the bus driver was so jolly and we were travelling at 430 in the morning! He looked after our cases so we could pop inside for a heat, generally all round good service. When we arrived back our car was waiting and we were on the road in no time. We alaways park at the off airport parking and all the above reasons explain why! Thankyou APH

I was really pleased to use APH, firstly because it wasn't a problem when I arrived one hour before scheduled, and secondly because there was immediately someone available with the equipment to help me get my car started when I picked it up.The staff were very friendly, and I will use APH again.

Very pleased with the service, easy to book car in and and drop off the car, useful directions sent, helpful and friendly coach drivers, no problems. The day before we were due to travel I found that I needed to bring a different car and rang customer services to change it, this was all handled very efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.

This was the first time we had used any airport parking. It was very easy to find, and very well organised, even though it was 5 am, dark and wet. The driver was very helpful and courteous, and even wore a Santa outfit on the way home! We will definately use it again and recommend it to others.

Well what can I say, in a word excellent, it was our first experience of driving and leaving the car at Gatwick (we normally take the train) - we would have done it years ago if we had known your co. was there, we will be back - 10 out of 10 all round.

i will be using the car park again as from the moment i dropped the car off i knew that it would be safe.... i also found that the transfer from the car park to the airport was really quick and really easy to use.... it gave me peace of mind to know that my car was going to be safe for the duration of my holiday. Thank you APH and i will be using the car park again and i will also be telling friends and family about it.

The last thing you want when going away is to be worrying about parking your car. This service is great as it's competitively priced, very well organised and the staff pleasant and helpful. So despite it being a short distance from the airport it's well worth considering.

directions to find car park excellent. when I arrived it was a very quick and simple proceedure to leave car. Staff were very friendly and coaches to the airport were frequent and no hassle at all. I will definitely use again and highly recommend it.

seamless and easy is best way i can describe the experience - i did however leave Loads of time between booked time of arrival and booking in time at airport to try to avoid problems at the desk in the aiport, but got to the parking place a good hour late and was not asked for any explanations, they just booked me in and put me onto a coach straight away. i Will use from now on.

I have jsut bought a new car and when I returned back I was so upset to find a bump on it. I was never told that unless I ask to get my car checked in, I would not be able to make any claims. Further when I was in the car park, I saw a car being reversed at high speed - rashly and callusly driven. gave me a very bad impresion. I will never use APH again.

The service was very good, all staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't necessarily see the point in phoning to say we had landed as we had given details of our flights and presumably they are coming and going to the airport fairly frequently to drop off and pick up, I just felt this was another thing for me to remember to do after a long flight that I didn't need!

The directions to get there were spot on, my car was parked and processed and we were on the transfer coach within 10 mintutes of turning up. When we got back, coach arrived 5 minutes after we got to coach stop, and we were back in our car and driving home within 30 minutes of coming out of the airport. Used many car parks before, this one stands head and shoulders above all.......

We used APH for the 1st time - we will be using them again - GUARNTEED!! 2 weeks parking for less than the cost of two days at Luton!! I don't want to say to many good things because i'm selfish, as it's very rare to find a service that meets with your expectations. From the initial 1st greeting, the very helpful driver & the general lack of stress. Starts & Finishes the holiday experience wonderfully, Don't spoil it by flying Monarch - but that's another story!! APH is very good & we are certain that they will become very popular - overall 5 out of 5. Thank you.

We have used APH Gatwick several times before and will continue to use it. It is very good value.The staff are all polite cheerful and helpful. The transfers run every 10 minutes.On your return your car is parked very close in an identified bay.There is a very clean toilet available for the customers. What more could you want,APH Gatwick is great.
