The premises were easy to find from the motorway, being behind a garage forecourt on a main road. The whole process of dropping off/picking up my car took just a few minutes each time, and I personally waited no more than 5 minutes for each transfer. The staff were courteous and helpful even when I hadn't bothered to read my instructions fully. The car park had barriers on entry and exit and was small enough for staff to watch over. The premises were tidy and well maintained. The whole operation seemed really well thought out. No complaints at all and it was one of the cheapest on offer.

Travel directions were easy to follow and the checkin and transfer to the airport coach took very few minutes. On return we waited less than 5 minutes for the pick up coach and it took seconds to collect the keys. Within five minutes of reaching the parking we were on the road home. An excellent service for a very good price. I would use again for the next trip.

This was the first time I'd used an off-airport parking facility and can I say, I'm completely converted! We were transfered to and from the airport within five minutes of arriving at the parking site and landing at airport. The service was very professional and easy to use. I'd definitely recommended it!

Generally, we were satisfied with the service and would probably use them again. The only downfall for us was the wait at the airport for the bus to take us back to pick up the car.

It was very good value for money. The only negative point I would like to make was the pick up from the airport back to the car wasnt very good. I rang as soon as we had landed.When we got to the bus stop we waited about 20mins and there were people that had been waiting longer than us but it would not put me off parking there again

On returning from holiday, I was informed there was a problem with my Mazda RX8 car, the car parking attendant had flooded the engine, it was unable to start. It took 3 hrs for assistance to rectify the problem, which the APH manager confirmed was his staffs bad handling.The next day (tues)I had to take time off work to take my car to the Mazda garage for a check,due to an engine fault dashboard warning light that was on since the flooding incident. Alot of hassle for a weekend break. Will never use APH again or recommend them.

Your entrance to APH is through a controlled barrier where you become aware of cameras on four sides, giving great confidence that your beloved car will be secure. Modern building with clean toilets, efficient staff, and courteous coach drivers to wish you a good start to your hoiday. Coaches run the ten minute journey every fifteen minutes so you are never kept waiting and they are the cleanest and newest of all the airport parking businesses. Many thanks for a pain and worry free experience!

I feel that APH provide an excellent service because as soon as I arrived, I was able to see someone who booked my car in. The car was parked immediately and within ten minutes I was on my way to the airport. On returning I did not have to wait either, the coach arrived within fifteen minutes and I walked into the office, collected my keys and my car was nearby, so I was able to get on the way home. I have never had such good service before.

From booking the parking to picking the car up on our return was hassle free. The transfer bus was waiting at the airport to take us to our car that was ready for collection. Great value for money with friendly, efficient staff. Well lit hard standing parking in an easy to find location. Will certainly get my business in the future

The car park was easy to find, and the transfers to and from the airport were very good. However when i returned to my car, my battery had been disconnected during my holiday, which i was unaware was going to happen, so i needed the code to be able to get my stereo working again!!!

Overall a very good service that was marred by one bad experience. I had left a £1 coin in the ash tray ready for the tunnel toll on my journey back to Essex. This was missing on picking the car up! Although a trivial amount you should be aware that someone working on site is not as honest as they should be.

Luggage loaded and unloaded by coach driver was a nice touch. Good and comfortable coach. One voucher given with information of where and when to phone on return, and the surrender of the voucher to retrieve the car was simple, secure and efficient. All staff courteous.

I was really pleased with the speed of the whole operation. You think that you are taking a chance by going off-site that there will be a fair bit of hanging around - not a bit of it. As it happens, my travelling companion was parked much closer but there was some problem, and I was on my way long before he was.

I always use aph if possible,and find the staff very polite and helpful.The bus stops are easy to find and have never waited too long for coach to arrive.Only downside is its location,just dont cut it too fine before check in, as traffics a nightmare at times.

After a late flight, which was delayed, waiting for the coach, then waiting at North terminal and the journey going back to the car park was a bit irritating. But for the price it was a very good service! The check in staff were very friendly and efficient!

As above: Easy straight forward process from booking online to finding the place (easy directions)well signposted once inside as to where to go to book in etc. Helpful, efficient staff, no hanging about. Got there, booked in got on a coach, same coming home! Thanks

No real problems, everything went to plan. Have to allow at least 30 mins in each direction between parking and arrival at airport. Personally I prefer to park the car myself and keep the key, but like some other car parks you have to trust them with the key to park the car. But at £4 / day - would definitely use again!

The price was great, directions to the site were good, depositing the vehicle was easy. The quality of the transfer coaches were excellent and they turned up very quickly and the driver even loaded the cases for us. The whole set up spoke professionalism and gave us peace of mind leaving our vehicle. We will definitely use them again.

The service is very friendly and highly efficient in all respects. You feel that your arrival is anticipated and everything is in place, so you're very quickly on your way to the airport, safe in the knowledge that your car is being looked after. On return your call meets with a similar response, the pick-up coach is soon there, and in a matter of minutes you're back in your car and on the way home. A really splendid service and at a very reasonable cost.

It was great value for money. I was a little taken aback earlier on as I did not realise the car park was that far and someone else would park my car and that I would have to leave my keys. But all that was put to rest by the efficiency and helpful nature of the staff. The operation is very proffesional and my car was ready and waiting when I got back. I will be using these folks in the future and feel secure leaving my car with them and great value for money to add.
