This is the best car parking service I have used, I was recommended to it and would not hesitate to further redommend it to my friends and family. I am travelling again in a couple of weeks and will be booking again. Great service and experience thanks

We have left our car at APH on three occasions now and everything runs very smoothly and efficient. The only hitch this last time was a lengthy wait at North Terminal on our return, but it was rush hour so delays are to be expected. The coach driver was very friendly and jolly even given our outward journey was 5 am.

the guys were great especially as I locked my keys in the car just before leaving for the airport and they had to deal with that problem before they could park my car. Transfers were comfortable and efficient and we were picked up within minutes of exiting the terminal building for the return to the car. Highly recommended

The car parking was easy and convenient. There was no waiting around for the coach when we arrived back at Gatwick and once we arrived at aph there was no queing and we were directed to our car immediately then on ourt way home!! Great service, good value and convenient.

This was the most trouble free airport parking ever! Thank you it was SO easy! Even when our flight back from Egypt was delayed 10 hours (groan!) as soon as we arrived back in the UK it was 3am and still no problems or holdups with regard to parking. You feel that you are driving quite a way away from Gatwick by the car park was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful - even at that time of the morning! Transfer was simple and no problems on the return journey. Will definitely use them again.

The drivers were very kind and helpful. It made the transfer very pleasant and stress free particularly after our delayed return flight @ 02.00 hrs. At the end of a very long day their driver was there to meet us whith smile. I look forward to parking with them in the near future.

It was easy to find, the staff were very Friendly, the trip to the Airport was short, the driver was experienced and helpful, the return service was quick. Even when I could not find my return slip, the staff were friendly and did not make a big issue of it.

Would consider using again, although a bit further from airport than desirable. Was the equal lowest price park we found and online booking was very straightforward. Security at site seemed adequate, although arguably a bit casual having to leave keys on seat of unlocked car when checked in.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Easy to find, plenty of coaches for the transfers both ways. Was back to car within an hour of landing, at 1am on a cold winter night, so it was a godsend. The transfer would be longer than stated if departing from North Terminal as they drop off at South first but this was no bother sitting on a warm comfortable coach. Will definitely use APH again and will recommend to others.

A good service - one small point to note. Pre-booked green tickets do not need to be put into the pay machine at bus stop, but this is not clear from signage. (with pre paid booking simply return to car park and drive to exit - ticket will let you out. (no need to visit office or validate in pay machine at pickup point)

Directions were clear and simple, including when I arrived to leave car. Staff were really nice and efficient. Transfers were frequent and quick. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the way my party was treated. All A.P.H. staff were very polite and helped whenever they could with both cases and hand luggage. I will be using A.P.H. again.

The service we received from APH was very good. There was very little waiting for the coach and the car was ready when we arrived back at the carpark. My only problem was, I should have booked a North car park rather than a South carpark. This was because I was not fully aware of the airport layout and area around it, but otherwise it was a very painless experience. Many thanks.

Okay, we know it's cheap. The coaches are modern, clean & comfy and the driver loads luggage (no dragging it on the coach yourself!) so remember to leave him a tip. Easy to find and park up. Quick drop off & pickup, no fuss. Downside - well maybe I was tired and grouchy after 11 hours in cattle class but we wdid wait outside the terminal for about 15 mins for pickup. Which in fairness is no worse than promised. And again, I only saw one of each car park operator in that time so I guess I have no complaints. I knew it was 10-15 mins off airport so I can't moan at that either. In fact, for a grumpy (young) old man that I am these guys get 9/10 overall. You could easily pay £40 more for being 5 minutes closer. Don't bother. I would re-use APH after this which is more than I can say for Summer Special and Courtlands. In summary better service than the expensive car parks, 1/2 the price. Just wear a jumper when landing at 11:00 pm in late November. :-))))

We arrived just as one courtesy coach left and had to wait twenty minutes for the next one to leave.However, because we were running late for our flight the driver was kind enough to take us first to our terminal(North) Usually the drop off is at South Terminal first.This was extremely helpful and enabled us to catch our flight successfully.

APH offer an excellent, hassle free service from beginning to end. Booking couldn't be easier, they offer secure parking facilities, staff are friendly and helpful, and the coaches ran regularly, so there was no hanging around at either end of our journey.

We have used this service twice now and have been very impressed on each occasion. The process is simple and the operation runs very smoothly. Staff are courteous and efficient. Our only "complaint" is that we live on the opposite side of Gatwick to the car park!

A very efficient and straightforward operation. It took only 10 minutes to check in and be on our way to the airport and it was equally quick on the return journey. The only drawback is the distance from the airport. Compared to the other car parks available it represents good value for money.
