Directions to the car park were very clear and booking the car in took only a couple of minutes.Transfer to the airport took about 20mins (during rush hour period) On our return I telephoned as instructed while waiting for my cases and by the time I got to the bus stop the coach was along within 3 mins. Highly recommended. Will certainly use again.

The car park was easy to find, the coach transfer was smooth, the staff was very helpfull. Most of all, the car park fee for the whole 8 days was cheaper than taking a return train to my home in North London. I will definately use the service again.

Excellent service, friendly staff and free ice scrapers given for the snow! Instructions given were simple and the office was warm and friendly! The coach transfer was immediate and there was no waiting around. Even from the airport back to the car park the coach did not wait endlessly at the terminal, as soon as 4 people boarded it went straight back to the car park.

Easy to follow directions to site, staff friendly and very helpful as needed to change return date, no extra charge incorporated. Transfer smooth and unhasseled, return trip as good with buses every 15mins. Car waiting on our arrival. Very pleased with service.

The whole experience was one of convenience. From booking the car parking on your web site, handing over my vehicle to the APH staff on departure and collecting my vehicle on return. I was not held up at any stage, and would have no hesitation in using this service again and recommending it to others.

Our experience of parking with APH was excellent. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful and the bus drivers were equally so. The bus was comfortable and quick and it was a pleasure after some experiences we have had in the past with other companies.

We used APH through SP for two weeks 21/1 - 5/2 on this occasion. In 2005 we were parked there for 5 weeks 26/10 until 1/12. On both occasions we were delighted with all aspects of the service we received and, if prices can be kept competitive we will certainly be using them again.

The service was very quick. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the car park, we were on the coach to the airport. The coach drops you off right at the check-in desks.

This is an excellent facility providing an invaluable opportunity to find the cheapest airport parking in the area.

After contacting APH as directed after landing. We had to wait over 1/2 hour for a coach transfer late at night. After phonecall to carpark again they said 2 coaches had picked up others. We were at correct bus stop. Due to this unlikely to book with APH

I booked on line,APH was Easy to find,friendly customer care when you arrive,nice clean warm coach & efficient transfer to & from the terminals. my vehicle was safe in the parking area, & easy to find on my return,why bother going by train. APH is a deffinate 5 star rating in my book.

Great service and great value for money. After spending 4 hours driving from Manchester, the last thing i wanted was to be messing around looking for a Car Park and long waits to the Terminal. However the directions to the car park was spot on and easy to follow and the service on arrival fabulous. Just hand your keys in, your luggage gets put into the coach compartment for you and off you go. The coach drivers are friendly and you get an update on how long your transfer will take to the relevant terminal. On arrival back to the uk, ring the number on the receipt (so they know you are back) go to the coach stand, which is very close to the arrivals exit, and you are back to your car within 10 minutes, keys waiting for you as well.... I often use this service at Manchester Airport with a different company, but on my next visit to Gatwick i will definately use this company again.... Overall... Excellent, Thanks

Due to business commitments I needed to come home three days earlier than planned, I phoned the contact centre the day before I was due to travel home, they stated it was not a problem and my car was there waiting as promised, that is what i call customer service. thanks to all involved. i will be using you again

Due to the snow we were very late for our flight and the coach driver made every effort to ensure that we made it (which we did with about 4 mins to spare - thanks). Such a shame the baggage handlers weren't so good when the luggage failed to reach our destination!

A quick and efficient service with friendly staff. Only one slight hiccough; our admittedly lengthy estate car was parked rather badly when we came to pick it up. Its front was sticking out along the entrance roadway inevitably causing traffic to have to swerve. A more sensible place to park should have been used. There was no damage to the car but it just seemed a bit unnecessary. Apart from that small harangue the service has been exemplary.

excellent service no fuss checking car in. just dropped it off at reception and got straight onto courtesy coach. (in the past we have had to park car ourselves and wait in the cold for bus to get to us) Coach was waiting for us after baggage reclaim. Will definatley use again.

Having never left a car with somebody else before, I was interested to see what the experience would be like. The booking online was easy and upon making our way up to Gatwick, the directions provided were easy to follow, and we found the place no problems. Upon arrival the service was quick and the staff were so courtious and helpful it allowed us to just start looking forward to our hols. Once our keys were handed in, there was a coach ready to load our bags on and minutes later we were on the way to the South Terminal. Upon arrival our bags were unloaded for us. Awesome holiday in the middle and then on our way back late at night, called APH as soon as we got to the terminal and were advised to collect our bags and make our way to the Bus Stop, again, easy to find. Bags loaded on the bus, by cheery driver (there were 7 in our group, so to stay cheery after loading all of our snowboarding kit, is an achievement!) Once back at APH, bags unloaded and went to collect our keys - again, polite, cheery and professional service, and simple to follow instructions. APH's service was quite frankly awesome and if travelling from Gatwick again, I would definitely use them again. For the level of service, and lack of hassle at this price, It would be silly not to.

Overall the service was good but there seeme to be a longer wait for transfers than with some other car parks, especially on the return journey. On check in you are asked to leave your keys in your car until they park it which I do not like the idea of. When I refused they kept the keys at the desk.

I would recommend this company to anyone, and will be using them again. The buses were clean and the staff were professional. We were instantly driven to the airport and only waited two minutes to be picked up. The bus stop is clearly signed on your return to the airport and our car was returned quickly too. The driver even helped load and unload the luggage, which helped a great deal as we have three young children. Excellent service!

The transfer and check in was very good. The return was however very slow waiting for nearly thirty minutes at the airport for the coach. We saw two or three other coaches from your rivals during this period. Collecting the car at the car park was good.
