Very speedy process. Hardly any waiting time. Great value for money. Would recommend and have always used these and will continue to do so.

Staff were very helpful and inspired confidence. The drivers on the transfer buses were most helpful and loaded our cases on the buses for us - a courtesy much appreciated. Although we arrived an hour earlier than expected our car was ready as we arrived for collection. We will certainly use again and can recommend the service for efficiency and economy.

Place was easy to find,was a first time user so was not sure of the procedure, reception staff were lovely, my experience all changed when I asked the bus driver 'how are you' I was met with a vile horrible response I wouldn't write here, when I asked 'was this bus for the south terminal' again I was met with a rude response. I had never been to Gatwick airport so at the first stop I feared asking the bus driver was this the south terminal so I just left the bus and went on my way. On landing I thought to get a taxi rather than meet that bus driver again. In the end I got the bus and too my surprise I was met by 2 of the most pleasant employee's I had ever met,pity one bad egg will stop me using this service again.

APH have got holiday parking down to a fine art. Everything was smooth, quick and easy.

The indications given to find the car park were spot on. The process of leaving the car, keys and getting on the bus was easy. A bus was waiting to take us to the airport. The driver was helpful and put the luggage on the bus. On the return journey, no problem for contacting the car park to tell them about our return. The bus station outside the terminal (North) is well signed. A bus arrived within a minute. Again, the bus driver was helpful with the luggage. Once at the car park, we were given back the keys and the car was parked nearby where indicated. Absolutely no problem with this car park.

I've used all types of airport parking, including meet and greet but I was genuinely surprised at how good this service turned out. I actually booked it accidentally and chose a no cancellation option so had no choice but to go ahead. I was put off by the parking off site, behind petrol station, bus transfer to terminal etc. but it actually couldn't have been easier. All of the staff from check in to transfer driver were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The directions to the facility are straight forward and handing over your vehicle was a quick and simple process. Jumped on the awaiting bus and dropped at the terminal. The pick up is exactly the same place on return and the recovery of my car was just as efficient. I am already looking at rebooking for my holiday in September. Thank you all so much!

Found the place easily enough- parked, went in, answered a few questions, went back out and the bus was waiting for me as he saw me go in. Great service. On way back at crazy o'clock in the morning, out of lgw, short walk and straight onto a bus. I was a little tired so it wasn't immediately obvious where I was meant to pick the car up from, but one of the guys redirected me without even smirking (impressive considering I was standing right next to the sign which clearly showed where I was meant to go). Great value and good service start to finish.

I havn't flown anywhere for a couple of years so I was a bit apprehensive but the parking was great took the worry out of the whole thing staff were great and I have told all my friends, so very pleased and definatley value for money

First time we have used APH and must say it was all very efficient wont hesitate to use them again.
