Person on reception on arrival slightly officious and sharp, however, driver very friendly and helpful. Different person on return more than made up for the arrival experience by being very pleasent and welcoming despite it being late in the evening.

Cheerful, experienced staff on reception, even at 4am! Felt completely at ease handing over my car keys to such trustworthy staff. Both coach drivers were so helpful and polite and with the addition of music on our transfer we felt our holiday had really started, thank you.

Being that this was my first time, I can not fault this car parking company, when we arrived, we were seen straight away did not have to hang arround, the coach to take us to Gatwick Airport was there waiting, the driver explained on route where we would have to be to be collected on our return. So in all my experience was a very good one, and I would certainly use them again.

Yours was by far the cheapest parking deal on offer and therefore my expectation of the service offered was low. However I received first class service, if fact it was no different than your more expensive competitors. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to my friends!

Good service with simply instructions and helpful staff. The only drawback could be that your car may be parked quite a walk from reception so you either leave your bags there (ok if you have someone with wait with them)and collect your car or drag your cases to your parking lot which may be a hassle, especially in bad weather. Generally recommended and would use again.

Take care to avoid confusion if your flight is due to land just before midnight and you are expected to be free to transfer to the carpark courtesy coach at just after 24.00 hrs. Had we not checked the documents, the car would have been ready a fully 24hrs before we were due to return!

This is the second time we have made use of the car park and despite the late arrival of our flight in the early hours of the morning, the service was fast and efficient and we had no waiting times at all. Thank you. Will definitely use your company again.

Everything went very well, will definately use APH again, after a delayed flight we arrived back at Gatwick at 3.00am, the coach was at the airport ready to collect us within a few minutes of our telephone call, to take us back to our vehicles Thanks

My main problem was when I called the depot to arrange collection from the terminal on my return trip the desk clerk could not find my booking (in fact denied she had one in my name). This was eventually resolved after a lengthy 'phone call and much repeating of names and reference numbers. The subsequent pick-up was fine.

Really quick and easy service. All very efficient and professional. Staff were friendly and polite and answered all questions. Transfers were comfortable. Waited a while on the way back but had checked in and left for the airport on the way there within 5 mins. Just timing it right! Would most definitely use them again!

Drop off at the airport was ok, but the pick-up was way over the 10-15 mins advertised. I travelled with BA and was informed the luggage was not on the plane when we touched down at Gatwick. I phoned APH when I was requested to (before retrieving luggage) and was told a bus would be there or be there soon. I sailed through customs without even waiting for my luggage (because it wasn't there) but there was no bus and I had to wait at least 35 mins for the next one (in fact in the time I was waiting one of the other car park companies had been around twice).

The service was very good actually arriving and being taken to Gatwick airport, however coming back, the coach took over half an hour to arrive, despite having phoned in advance from the terminal building. They need to improve their pick-up times, as other companies arrived twice in the time we waited.

We found the car park a little too far away from the Terminal, although we expected that as the cost was very competitive. The only criticism we would have was that we were told to telephone before clearing customs, which we did several times (over a period of 35 - 40 minutes) only to find that it was constantly engaged (so much so that we felt the phone had been taken off the hook) hence we never did speak to anyone to let them know we were there. Having said that the bus did arrive at the designated stop. The fact that you were left unsure at 3.00a.m if a bus would turn up was not the best situation to be in.

Never used airport parking before so was a little apprehensive but was very surprised at how easy and stress free it was. Didnt have to wait at all for the transfer to and from the airport and felt my car was very safe and secure. Would definitely use again!

On arrival, the checking in procedure was very efficient and within five minutes we were on the coach bound for Gatwick Airport. Drivers on both journeys very amenable and it was most appreciated that, with our return being at 1 in the morning, everything was just as efficient with checking out.

I was happy with the service and i thought the cost was a fair price. I think the service would be better and would attract more people if customers were able to park the cars themselves and retain their own car keys. I was uncomfortable with leaving the key to my car on the drivers seat with the car unlocked after i got into the coach. I understand this was to make it easier for the attendent to gain access but i feel its only a matter of time before a theft occurs.

The APH carpark was easy to find and the transfer was quick and ready to go on our arrival. The return journey was similar with only a short wait for the bus and having phoned ahead from baggage collection at the airport our car was ready at APH reception when we returned. I would recommend this carpark if you are travelling in from Kent or Sussex rather then messing around withthe M23 and airport carparks.

The APH Parking service was extremely efficient and excellent value for money. We will be back again in October to park our car.

A very professional service in a clean modern environment.

I choose APH because of price so was not expecting too much, but although it is further from Gatwick the service was overall first class. We were travelling amid all the security alerts so the terminals were very crowded and we needed to get there earlier no worries when we arrived at 4.30am i checked in at reception (the only thing I would say they were quiet frosty first thing and a bit sharp but it was early, I tried to explain the starting mechanism for our turbo diesel as the last place nearly blew the engine and she cut me very short and did not let me finish??) a coach was there he loaded the bags while I was in reception and it left almost as soon as I boarded. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to the terminal but I had allowed for this thanks to a previous review. On the way back we had to wait about 10 minutes so overall I would very much recommend their service as I have used many other services and for the price and their service they are definitely the best so far, even including the the pick up services offered.
