arrived at aph at 14.30 signed in and given a ticket with a contact number to call upon return. driver loaded the luggage while i did the paperwork. dropped off safely and promptly no hassle. collection was just as good prompt and efficient. highly recommended. no reason to use taxis in future & i own a taxi firm!!!!

Overall service was good and quite good value for money, coaches are clean staff are friendly and service is quick, they don't kep you hanging about. Coaches are on time which is what you want at 07.00am having flown all night. Transfer time is a bit longer than quoted on website but overall would use them again

Having always used BCP in the past I eventually persuaded my husband to try APH parking because of price. Extremely pleased with the service, ease of find the parking location, frequency of transfer coaches, etc. Will definitely use APH in the future.

The cost is equivalent to a taxi but the extra travelling time is worth it to know that you will be returning to a convenient and guaranteed trip home after flight without relying on a cab service - particulary if flight is delayed. Also know that car is in a safe area away from risk.

When We arrived at the car park to fly out, it was straight into reception book the car in straight onto the coach and all done in under 2 minutes. On our return it took about the same to get the car. Staff were very polite and helpful and the coaches were spotless. Thanks and we will be back.

We found APH, efficent & friendly, when we turned up at the car park, the bus was waiting to go, and on our return, when we got to the bus stop the bus turned up!Either the buses are very frequent, or we were very lucky!We would use this service again.

Smooth and efficient but the exit barrier did not allow for much time to exit. I had parked up to far away from exit key pad and had to get out of the car to enter my number. As I was exiting, the barrier started to come down as I was under it - a little diconcerting.

no problems at all on arrival,simply left keys,got on coach to airport and arrived in plenty of time.coach stopped right by entry to airport. on return from holiday,very delayed,caught return, but once again no problems picking up car. in all very good value and very efficient and courteous staff

The place was easy to find, left the keys in the car, went straight on the bus to the airport. Called to say we had landed. On return we waited about 20 mins to be picked up, called into office, picked up the key, we were told which bay the car was in and that was as easy as that. It was stress free especially as we landed early in the morning and we were tired. great service, thank you. Julie and Mark.

On arrival at the carpark, before the holiday- i found i had given the wrong return date. The staff were very helpful, and re-organised things for me- with a smile! Very easy on my return- dint have to remember carpark numbers or tickets as at other oarks! Easy!

The site was easy to find, well organised,very quick and easy to use. From arrival at APH to getting to North Terminal took about 25 minutes. The return service was easy to use. From exiting the terminal a bus arrived within 5 minutes and we were back to our car within 10. I took my mileage before leaving the car and upon return was pleased to see that it remained the same. The car was undamaged as I had left it. I will use this service again.

We have always used a "private" parking facility previously, paying for taxis to and from the airport. BUT this was fabulous - easy to find and, on our return (at 0200) we called APH from the baggage hall and by the time we had got outside the terminal, the coach was just appearing. No waiting in the pouring rain, and whatsmore, the driver was CHEERFUL and FRIENDLY and HELPFUL - even at that time of the day. Well done, we'll certainly use you again - and have recommended you to all our friends.

I found the carpark no problem, was checked in really quickly and was in Gatwick within about 25 mins of arriving at APH. On my return I waited about 15-20mins for the coach, and once I got back, I was out the barrier and on my way within 5 mins (along with 50+ fellow travellers, quick turnaround). Cheapest of all the options, and excellent no-fuss service. Nice work!

Both arrival and departure were quick, simple and efficient. Tranfers were in modern, comfortable coaches and the drivers were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using APH Gatwick again.

We were a bit cautious about choosing this option because we always park 'on airport', but this service was excellent and we would definitely use it again. We arrived back after an 8 hour flight very tired but APH arrived very quickly and the handover was extremely efficient. Thank you very much.

We have been using APH Gatwick for many years and continue to do so, because the service we receive is second to none. The check in and out procedure is easy and quick, the coaches are frequent, comfortable and clean, and the drivers friendly and helpful. What more can I say?

On the way we were a bit alarmed by the distance from the airport, fearful of long cold delays on our return at 3am a week later. However, in the event, it couldn't have been smoother - we called APH as we were waiting at baggage reclaim, and the coach was waiting as we exited the airport. We were back in our car only about 10 minutes later. Very good service.

We arrived, and parked right by the front door and coach. The coach driver was stood outside, and pointed us in the right direction. He was exceedingly helpful, and very friendly. The people behind the counter were less so. Terse, perhaps even rude, but ruthlessly efficient. 90 seconds later we were stepping onto the coach. It's a 15 minute drive to the airport, but we'd factored that in anyway. On our return, we waited about 10 minutes for the coach. The staff were surprisingly terse again on our return, but it took less than a minute to give us back our keys. It's a well rehearsed act, and I'd go back again.

I saw a great use of CCTV to register the car and it's current state, I assume to minimise accident damage while in your care issues. This also obviously correlated with the online paperwork as I had no forms to fill out and the cusrtomer services rep already knew my name from the number plate - very efficient. The bus takes you straight to the departures and picks you up from a covered zone so no drizzle and the car was ready when I returned speeding my return home. Excellent.

the good points.. when you arrive at the car park; you park by reception which is convenient they park the car for you, handed paper work nofuss all very efficient coach waiting although a bit of wait while it filled up transfer ok about 15 mins the bad point.. on arrival in uk rang number as requested told to proceed to waiting point coach would be there shortly. Waited 35 minutes for coach by which time their were so many people waiting their was a mass charge for coach. As a result many people could not get on, luckily we did. With traffic and excessive wait transfer back to car took well over an hour
