Staff very helpfull directing you to the right terminal when the tour operatour says different! You must also remember about the car park ticket and where you put it, which can be difficult after having such a good relaxing holiday! Have a good holiday parking with APH!

I am still waiting for the amount that I was overcharged to be refunded to my credit card. I was quoted £24 and £33.60 was charged to my credit card. I have discussed this matter with customer services and they have agreed that I should only have been charged £24, but I have still not received the refund.

My husband and I were both extremely satisfied with the Customer Service that was afforded us at the reception on our arrival, and the efficiency of the transport to the airport and the courteous lady to whom I spoke to on our return to Gatwick. We will definitely be using APH again.

The whole experience was very smooth, from making the booking online through to dropping off the car and travel to the airport. The return process was also very easy and I was back on the road within 5 minutes of arriving back at the APH parking lot. All the coach drop-off and collections went smoothly with no more than 5 minutes wait either way.

Trouble free experience, my only grievance was the grumpy driver on return who did seem to want to load luggage. Also on return to the depot, the complete lack of respect for the baggage - some of your crew have obviously been trained at the school as airport baggage handlers.

Simple to book and to do comparisons. Coach driver very helpful and friendly. Wasn't too impressed to see car park staff who helped the driver unload the bags, chucking baggage on the floor, regardless of peoples belongings. Overall though I would book them again.

We used the APH Gatwick Parking facility in February and was impressed by the value for money for a three week park. Service was excellent the only downside is the lack of any location guide at the airport pick up point. Looking for an unsigned pick up point with all your luggage after a 12 hour night flight just is not fun.

Good secure car parking and a good price.

A good experience on the whole. Drops off at South Terminal first, so allow extra time if flying from the North. Receptionist on arrival was a little bit "robotic" in her approach; could have injected some warmth, although no problems in this respect on our return. Phoned to advise of our arrival after clearing customs, as advised, so only had approx 5 mins wait for the return coach.

No problems. Drivers very helpful with loading and unloading luggage.

Transfer was excellent, made a lot easier by APH's (Gatwick) use of coaches instead of buses. The driver assisted with the loading and unloading of the suitcases. Beats the usual dragging on and off when buses are used.

Would definitely use again. The only slight concern was a very crowded pick up and go area when we came back from holiday. People in a hurry to go meant that the area was not very safe (we have small children), and people not overly considerate. Not really APH's fault, but by providing more space it would make it easier to load up a car with children and bags more safely.

Even though it's only 1 junction and about 1 mile away from Gatwick, it added time into our travel plans that we could have done without. Their service was 1st class and could not be faulted, but we doubt if we would use this off airport parking again. Building work around the courtesy bus pick up area did not help and we only caught the coach because we saw it arriving and pulling up some way from where we were standing. Value for money - excellent. But could not understand why this was the only option that came up on the internet, as we were in February and out of half term hoildays.

On return we were directed to K9 parking space. A combination of large car poor parking angle & many other vehicles made it difficult to get our car out! It was midnight & pouring down with rain - my wife got wet watching me out which then steamed the car on the inside all the way home, 170 miles to Lincolnshire! Your staff can be lovely or VERY offhand, depending on who it is and how they feel. I would treat a used sock with more respect than two of your receptionists did, but the rest of the people - especially the coach drivers - are unbelievably pleasant.

The coach driver loaded & unloaded our luggage. Some operators expect you to do this yourself. Although our flight was badly delayed on our return, your staff were there in the very easrly hours of the morning to provide a helpful and cheerful service.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the directions to the parking was spot on. Very quick transfer from car park to airport, didn;t have to wait very long at all for coach - 5 mins at most. Driver was very helpful lifting my case on and off for me!

very easy to find, only 5-10 minutes from the airport. Quick to drop off car and be on the bus on the way to the terminal. On the return just need to ring from the airport, bus arrived within 10 minutes. Helpful staff, felt vey secure - did not have to worry whilst away.

Overall a great experience. I would definitely use APH again from Gatwick. Checkin was very quick and the bus was waiting and left within a few minutes. Upon arrival, the bus was there there within a few minutes and we were away. Car was parked near the office. Really happy with the service. Only disappointment was when they swung my carry on bag into the bottom of the bus. The bag was carrying my laptop.

The return journey took ages. The coach eventually arrived and then drove to the North terminal where there was no-one to collect. It then took a very long time getting back to the car park. Also the music playing very loudly on the coach was not ideal, Easy Listening at midnight after a long flight and delay was extremely annoying.
