It was easy to book and at a very good price! You just park up and hand your keys and booking reference over and they park your car for you. In the meantime your baggage is loaded on the coach, which is near by. There is no "trying to find a space to park and lugging your cases!" this was very helpful to me as I am 6 months pregnant!

I found the booking very simple to make, all was straightforward and easy on leaving the car and also on picking it up. I arrived back at 2am and as a female travelling alone was pleased to find I the coach waiting to take me back to my car and my car parked next to the reception in a well let area.

On arrival we handed in car keys;we where given a ticket,that enabled us to travel on the bus and,reclaim our car at the end of the trip.We where at the airport within twenty minutes.Good service overall.Only complaint was that we could not,easily,locate or put on our seat belts on the bus.

I cleared immigration, baggage and customs quite quickly but had to wait outside in freezing cold for almost 50 minutes. Other services buses were coming in and out constantly and their passengers were moved on very quickly. Perhaps that is why APH is cheap.

Directions to find the site were good, and booking in was smooth, even at 3 o'clock in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we were on the transfer bus within 5 minutes of arrival. Transfer takes about 15 mins., calling at Gatwick South Terminal first. On our return 2 weeks later, we phoned the contact number and the receptionist was polite and knew exactly who we were. We were picked up promptly at the "Off Airport Coach Stop", and the car pick up went as smoothly as the arrival. I consider APH were very good value for money, their people were friendly and efficient, and I would recommend them. My only crticism, and it is not a major one, is that the transfer coach is fairly elderly, and a little noisy. However, I have seen much worse with other car park or hotel parking companies.

Everybody I dealt with was courteous and polite, I was particularly impressed by the smooth running of your operation. I will definately be using Simplyparking again - another plus is that it was cheaper to park my own car than to pay a return taxi to my home in Eastbourne.

We were stuck in traffic on the way to the airport, so we were running late, but they are so effecient and on the ball that they tell the coach driver that they have a "late runner" as they put it on board and the coach driver, whom I might add was extremely helpful and cheery, got us to the airport as quickly and as safely as possible. But the return journey, although yet another coach driver was very friendly and helpful, we did have a bit of a wait for our coach, it probably felt like an extra long time, coz when you have been sitting on an aeroplane for 4 hours all you want to do is get home. But all in all a pleasing experience as we have never used this comapny before. But we will again. Many thanks

Arrival very easy - big arrows to show the way - no queues- straight on the bus and off - excellent. Departure took a little longer for coach to arrive and went via North Terminal before back to base but not a real problem. I would use them again. Driver nice too!

We arrived earlier than the booked time and in a diffrent car to the one booked. The reception staff were both courteious and efficient in amending the car details. We always use APH parking at Gatwick and have never had any problems, well done to all APH staff.

The parking service offered was convenient and efficient. The buses left promptly both prior to my flight and upon my return, which was ideal after a long haul flight. This was my first experience of APH parking and it definately exceeded my expectations for off-site airport parking.

I have used this facility a number of times and it has proven to be very relaible and good value. Collection of car on return is well organised and the staff are efficient in booking in on arrival and despatch on departure. Unless I am using a combined parking/hotel package I will no longer try anyone else.

We have used simply parking several times and have consistently had efficient friendly service. We have never had to wait long at Gatwick after a flight for a bus to take us back to collect the vehicle even if it has been in the early morning hours. We would not hesitate to use simply parking again.

It's the 2nd time I've used your service within 3 weeks - I was especially impressed with the speed of service, both checking the car in and collecting after my holiday. Very good value for money espcially when compared to other car parking facilites in the area. I will definitely use your service again when travelling.

Need to allow 15 minutes on your journey time to get to APH if coming from the north (M23)and up to a 15 minute wait for the coach to depart and then 15 minutes to get to the terminal. Very efficient process and helpful, friendly staff - car was ready on return and was away in minutes - overall excellent and will use next time.

This was by far the cheapest option of parking available, so I was a little worried (security etc) but need not have worried. I checked in, took my cases directly from the car to the courtesy bus which then dropped us at the terminal. Coming back, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for a bus then it took us to the car park where the car was in sight. The car park is several miles away from the airport so the journey is 10-15 minutes, but I would highly recommend this service and definitely use it again.

The value for money was brilliant. Staff on arrival very bonny for early morning and very helpful. Coach warm, clean, smart. Easy travelling. Helpful driver. All the same on our return. The best parking we have experienced at airports. Before we were always with purple parking. However sincerely this is the best. We look forward to returning with you. I appreciate this is a bit glowing but its really how we feel and have no problem in relaying that to anyone who asks.

You must have known the car park at the north term was shut.This resulted in huge traffic jam. The driver took us there 1st to drop off 1 couple and picked up another, there were about 10 of us and we got caught up in the traffic jam for half hour. the driver should have dropped us off 1st or told us to get the shuttle from the north to the south terminal.

Very helpful drivers and reception staff. When collecting my car on return to Gatwick I was in and out of the pick-up reception in about 2 minutes and it probably took less then 10 minutes in total from getting off the coach until I was on the road out of the car park. My only gripe was that although I had rung before going through luggage reclaim and Customs, as instructed, I had apparently just missed a coach when I got to the bus stop and had to wait almost 15 minutes in the cold and wet (it was raining very heavily) for the next one - along with about 10 other clients. Although not cheap for a short trip, it was considerably less than getting a taxi each way and more convenient and reliable than public transport.

The staff were really friendly and helped even with our luggage from the car. Polite, and I could not fault them even with our return. Will be booking again twice this year at least.

This is the 2nd time we have used your service and once again everything was 100% professional and courteous.Staff most friendly and co-operative I have ever met. We will always use your company when we travel from Gatwick and have recommended it to family and friends. Keep up the good work!!
