The directions to Site excellent and followed easily -- On arrival very efficient handling and most helpful driver who took care of my luggage straight away - transfer fine and as quick as on airport transfers. On return one phone call and back in the system which really works. I've travelled for years and I will be using APH for future flights. RoyB

biggest pluses; service exactly as advertised or better eg. frequency of shuttle bus also service level the same 24/7 we would certainly use service again especially for early departures or late arrivals, even though we only live in brighton and mostly use the coach

In daylight hours, coach drivers should be reminded to always keep the coach interior lights on when at the airport coach stations to ensure that no property is left behind as passengers alight. Poor compliance of recently-introduced compulsory seat belt wearing by passengers - perhaps coach drivers could announce the need to 'belt up'? Sat 18/11/06 0930 at the car park end seemed a little less slick than our previous visits here - it was quite busy but office staff levels were low and coach frequencies seemed low as well.

The coach was waiting for us on check-in, took about 5 mins after arriving at the park to be on our way to airport. On return waited about 5 mins for coach, my car was already outside reception, by the time I had got my cases from the coach my wife had the keys to the car and we were on our way.

The directiosn given to find APH parking were extremely easy to follow and were please ot know it didnt take long to get to!!! We were seen really quickly and on a coach before we knew heading to the airport it took about ten minutes ot get there. Once arriving back in the UK all it took was a simple phone call and once we came out of departures we were please to the coach there again another tne minutes drive, we then picked up our keys and off we went! I would strongly recommend this service. It was definately value for money!

All staff involved were exemplary, system operates smoothly and all in all this is the best way to get to the airport. Traffic conditions beyond your control but maybe to add the cherry on the cake a couple of extra coaches could run when you have knowledge of roadworks or other factors that will delay the service. Overall, A* though. Thank you.

very well organised, no waiting either end. Coach driver was friendly and chatty to us on return (we were the only passengers!). Car was easy to locate on return and staff were welcoming and sociable both ways (considering outward bound it was 0430!). Ill use them again

We arrived extremely late for our flight. The staff were very helpfull and understanding manged to get a coach immediately which swiftly to us to Gatwick. The coach driver then went out of his way to drop us off as near as possible to the correct gate. Excellant. Thankyou

Really wonderful service and would defintely use the car park again and recommend to others. The only area I would highlight would be that when I returned Sunday evening (probably a busy day/time) I did have to wait quite a while for the coach to arrive at North Terminal which when it is cold and late you just want to get home asap.

Although we were getting a bit nervous as we seemed to be travelling a long way after we left the M23 when we eventually arrived the whole experience went like clockwork. On our return I was amazed at how quickly you staff processed a whole coach load of customers and how quickly we were on our way home.

Would totally recommend APH. Easy to book, great price, checking-in the car was simple and quick, transfers were good (make sure you allow for the extra time as the car park is quite a distance from the terminals and if you're going to the north terminal then you'll be second drop-off), coaches were clean and comfortable. Collection on return was quick - bus arrived a few minutes after we got to the designated stop and the car was waiting for us near the exit despite the fact there'd been an error with the flight times (owing to the clocks changing) and we actually landed 3 hours before the time we'd told APH when we booked! Brilliant value for money - 16 days parking for around £50 - really can't fault them.

The procees was simple and efficient , the neccesary phone call on arrival back in the uk , was handling with a quotation of the booking refernce and then a very short wait fot transport to the depot to collect the car . we have used this comany before and will do so again

Great service, very smoothly run, fantastic. At no point did I have to wait for a transfer bus or indeed for any part of the process. Checkin was fast and uncomplicated. Totally worth it - very easy and quick. As a single girl on my own I also felt very safe at the premises.

Easy check in, very short wait to be transferred to the airport. Quick pick up on return and transfer to car park. The glass had ben knocked out of my overtaking mirror (drivers side) and was hanging on by the wires. I have put this back but thought maybe the car park attendents could have done this. Had I know you werer adjacent to a Renault garage I would have booked my car in for a service. This may be an extra service you might like to offer and somehow do a deal with the garage to offset one days parking if a service is carried out!!

The whole process was superb, all members of staff from book in, drivers, coach drivers etc were most courteous & helpful, from phoning on return the wait was minimal at the terminal, I will use your services again next time I use Gatwick, thank you, Paul Herbert.

No problems with the service other than a delay of about 15 minutes waiting for the coach on the return. Probably due to the distance of the parking from the airport. You get what you pay for in this life. Overall quite satisfactory and will use them again.

Everything went to plan. May have been just lucky but coaches were waiting for us either end. Dropoff and pickup were trouble free and the price was terrific value for money....will definitely be using the service again for my next airline trip. Thank you APH!

I travelled with a disabled member of my family. I thought that the effort of getting on/off the trasfer bus would be a problem. The driver however was very helpful and made no issue of the additional effort he made to accommodate us. A very good service, which we will use again

Being a little way from the airport worried me at first, but turned out to be an advantage. The last part of the journey to the airport can be a bit stressful sometimes with the hassle of finding car parks in the busy airport traffic, and when you arrive back it is worse because you are tired after a flight. Your service is fantastic all I had to do was drop my car at the car park at Copthorne and jump on a coach which took me to the entrance, on the way back I only had to stand at the bus stop for a few minutes and I got picked up and taken back to my car. All very quick and convienient. What a great service thank you very much.

Everything was great until we went to catch the bus from the south terminal back to the car park. We arrived at the stop at 6.40am and a bus came along within minutes....great accept the driver just decided to drive straight passed without stopping meaning we had to stand in the freezing cold until 7.20am.
