Overall I was very impressed. The only thing to bear in mind is that the ticket issued on leaving the car was illegible after a week in my bag and I needed the booking reference number which I couldn't give, causing a delay. Take a second print from the site before going!

Fantastic service. Only waited 2 minutes for buses on both inward and outward journey and car was waiting for us at drop off point. Friendly and cheery staff. Well worth the short bus ride to airport. Will definately use again when I next fly from Gatwick.

it was very relaxing to know my car was in a safe enviroment, the drivers where very helpfull,at the end of the holiday the staff where efficent, the staff where very busy but there was no delay in getting my car ,i would like to say a big thankyou to the staff.

I always use APH, as there service is fantastic, coach's are clean. I was really impress on this last time, as my flight was delayed four hours, and it was great to know that my vehicle was safe and new that I could still collect it late with no fuss. Would recommend APH at all times.

Clean, modern, looked secure. I trusted them. We had to wait a few minutes for the coach on the way back but what other airport parking is there where you don't have to wait. The parking is behind a shell garage which is good if you need to fill up/check tyres etc..

The carpark location means added journey time to your trip. Its a junction away from gatwick. Also, the coach serves both terminals which means you do the whole route of north and south terminals, which especially adds time to your final leg IF you land at the south terminal.

The car park was easy to find. The staff were helpful(and cheerful). The transfer coach drivers were helpful and the coaches themselves were clean and modern. We thought it was very good value for money. When we use Gatwick again we will certainly use your company.

We checked our car in and within minutes were on a coach and on our way to airport.On arrival at airport our luggage was unloaded and we went straight in to check in.When we got back to Gatwick after our holiday we rang the number we were given and within a few minutes the coach arrived to pick us up and take us back to our car.Everything went like clockwork..We will certainly be using you again.

Would recomend this service to anyone.Staff were helpful and exstremly competent. Transfer was a piece of cake. Our flight was delayed and ended coming back a day later and there was no extra charge and the coach tranfer was there shortly after we landed at 3.30am!I do not believe that their service and prices can be beaten. Will continue to use.

Very efficient service. The check in/check out procedure was very quick and the transfers to and from the airport were very smoothly carried out. My only cautionary note was the guy who parked my car was talking on a hand-held mobile phone as he drove the car away from the check in area.

It would cost the two of us more to travel by train to Gatwick and would probably take us longer. We would also have to take a taxi to the station and hump suitcases at the stations as well as at the airport. The Car park is quite a long way from the terminal but the coach service and the driver were courteous,helpful and prompt. The car had exactly the same odometer reading on our return as when we left and the fuel gauge was the same on both occasions. I make this point because there was a case in the newspaper on the day we left, of cars that had been driven off the car park, by a car park operator's personnel, for their personal journeys. THIS WAS NOT APH. We have used APH before and would do so again when the need arises.

The car park was a little out from where the airport was but the directions provided were excellent to reach there. The check in procedure was very easy and straightforward which was great as it was 4am and freezing! The coaches were great as they were better than the little mini buses you usualy get and the transfer was only 10 mins. On the way back we did have to wait about 15 mins for a coach to arrive which was even worse because again..it was cold. On the whole, excellent value for money and felt assured that my car was left in safe hands. Definately use again.

We may have been lucky but the pick up from the Airport was the fastest we have ever experienced. We called the office when we had picked up our luggage and were pleased to see the coach pull up as we walked outside. Also the price we paid for our 4 days of parking was the lowest we had quoted.

The whole experience was hassle free, and relaxing. The coaches are first class, drivers & staff are courteous and helpful. The only negative was we saw other car park coaches at Gatwick when we retuned, every 15 minutes and we had to wait 30 minutes for ours. Car was waiting by the exit when we arrived. Could not be easier ! Thank You APH.

Car Park easy to find near Shell petrol station off the M23. Also, car park close to terminal so no long drive to airport on coach. Coach very comfortable. Easy to find when we arrived back in the UK. The whole experience was very good from service to value for money.

The parking area was easy to find. Service was efficient, staff helpful in loading and unloading our luggage. Reached the airport in good time. Having never used this service before we didn't realise the number on the back of the green ticket issued when we dropped off the car, was the code for the keypad which lifts the barrier. Trying to get out in the early hours of the morning after a long flight and feeling tired wasn't fun. This is one piece of information they should have supplied.

I booked APH as it was the cheapest option so was pleasantly surprised to find how convenient and well organised the whole set up is. Easy to find, secure, quick booking in and regular, quick transport to both terminals. Could not fault on outgoing or return journey. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Once driver arrived helpful with luggage. When we were finally picked up at North Side driver was asked to return to South Side, as we arrived another coach pulled up behind us. Lack of commumication when your cold and tired and want to get home. staff at reception very quick and helpful. Will still use again.

All information provided when booked was accurate and easy to follow. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very smooth and quick transfer to airport. On return journey phone call to inform my arrival was easy and quick. Waited 30mins, but again bus driver very efficient and friendly. On arrival to collect car, although bus full very quick reception service and got away with little delay. Overall I was very impressed with the service and have already reccommended it and would use it again on other trips in the future.

We left a very expensive camera on show in the car. When we rang them from the airport they offered to bring us the camera. But we declined their offer as we were through customs. So we asked them to put the camera out of view in the car, which they did. On our return we found the camera was safe in the glove compartment. We thank them for their invaluable help.
