The service was efficient, and unlike other off airport parking companies we have used in the past, the coach used for transfers to and from the airport was extremely comfortable.

This was the first time we had used APH and I've got to say the service was very good, there was no hassle, no hanging about when we got back to Gatwick and everything was very organised. I'll be recommending APH to friends and family.

Both upon arriving and leaving the car park the staff were very helpful. There was NO waiting at either end for the bus, very polite and helpful drivers. Very impressed with the service, it actually was quicker than the meet and greet service we used with another company at Stansted!

I've used this car park several times now and would recommend it at any time - the staff have always been helpful and friendly no matter what time of day or night! My car has always been kept safe and been ready waiting when I arrive back - it's nice to know too that the car has already been started in order to move it closer to the pick up points - always good to know that somsone else has been able to get it going!!

Driving up from Cornwall we had been delayed to the extent of potentially missing our flight .We appreciated the way that APH provided a "personal chauffeur" who drove us in my car to ther airport terminal, then took care of the car afterwards. Without this help we would have surely missed our flight & Easter break holiday. Thanks!

Great service all round, nice and friendly. helped me out a lot with where to park my slightly oversized vehicle. was a little late on the transfer back after speaking to a customer service adviser but as soon as it was there all was good and quick. thanks

I am glad that as a family we decided to use the carpark facilities. our return flight was very delayed meaning that we arrived at the airport in the middle of the night if we had relied on our origional plan to use the train we would have been stranded in London for several hours with a two year old and no way of getting home so thank you

I would reccomend this car park to others as the process worked well, particularly on our return. I phoned through at baggage reclaim, we waited 5 mins for a coach, and our car was there waiting for us on our arrival at the car park. I would like to make one big point to people looking to book here though - get there VERY early! The booking ref. advises you to get there 45mins before your check-in time. We were there about 50mins before but arrived to check in nearly 20mins late as we had to wait so long for people to get on the coach. With the airports so busy we had to run to our gate to make the plane!!

It was a doddle - even though I has driven through the night with a sleepy seven year old, the arrival/checking in experience was so easy, he didn't even notice that he was stood out in the cold 'guarding' two suitcases. When we came back, the car was waiting and off we went. Easy!

The whole service ran really smoothly - arrived back in the middle of the night, got straight on a coach, 10 minutes later my keys were handed to me and i was out of there - and great value for money too. I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

APH were helpful and friendly (even at 3am!). Booking in and collecting the car were handled quickly and without any problems. Transfers to/from the airport were prompt and the drivers was happy to help with luggage. The only very slight negatives are that the car park is about 15 minutes from the airport and not on a major road so you may want to leave a little extra time to find the car park and for transfers, although their directions are accurate and we did not have any problems ourselves. We would definitely use APH again.

Found APH to be a friendly, no hassle firm where we arrived parked booked in and got straight on transfer coach to airport. Phoned when returned from holiday and transfer coach arrived 5 mins after picking up luggage, returned to find car waiting for us. All in all a good experience.

We use APH each time we travel abroad,it is an effortless procedure and we have never had anything but a good service from APH. We have travelled at different times during the day and night but the service provided has remained the same, a consistently good service!The staff are always couteous and the coaches of a very good standard, easily recognisable at the aiport, both North and South terminals.Excellent value for money!

I was a bit nervous about using outside airport parking since the Watchdog report, but seeing the Gold Star Cerificate put my mind at rest. The car hadn't moved from the premises where I had left it. Also the spaces that they where left in where very large, so there was very little chance of any accidental scrapes. I am travelling from Gatwick again in June and will certainly be using APH Gatwick Parking again.

It was so easy and efficient. No hassle or ques, and i was impressed by the service on the return journey too. I just made a quick call and the bus arrived as soon as we got to bus stop 12 at lgw south reminal. I will definately be using you again and will recommend it to a friend. Thank you

The service provided was excellent. The staff in Reception and the Coach Drivers were friendly, helpful and efficient. Getting all three of the above these days is rare. Transfers were timely, coaches clean, everything worked like clockwork, will definintely use again

Very courteous, friendly coach drivers. Very quick to arrive at terminal to pick us up. Customer service is first class right from booking on the internet & receiving prompt acknowledgement via email to checking out on return journey. Would definitely choose APH again. Thank you

Had used same site a long time ago but directions to site were clear and but a short drive from motorway and Gatwick. Check-in was slick, toilet etc facilities clean and a relief after long journey in falling snow, whilst transfers were calm and relaxing. Staff knew what they were doing and could advise uncertain clients on the what`s and where`s. Will definitely use / recommend APH again.

The service was really good value. Drivers were friendly and helped with bags. Transfers were efficent and fast. Reception staff could've been a bit more friendly, but they weren't rude! Car was parked very close to reception on return for pick up, meaning we didn't have to walk miles in the cold after a long flight!

We thought this car park provided very good value for money - the staff seemed helpful and friendly and the transfers were efficient, particularly the pick-up from the airport for which we only had to wait a few minutes. The only downside is that it does take a while to get to/from Gatwick as it isn't very close, so you do need to allow time for that. Would use it again though.
