Although service was excellent, from exiting airport to wait for bus to the point of driving away was about 45 minutes due to wait, stopping at other terminals to drop off/pick up then the return journey to car park. Not ideal after long journey and you want to get home, but probably worth it for the money saved in parking!

We arrived late at south terminal, so just wanted to get straight back to car. Bit of a pain having to go and collect more passengers from north terminal en route. Would be better to have direct service back to car as had already been hanging about waiting for coach.

Only a few miles from J10 of M23 on good road; it was easy to spot the car park behind the Shell garage. Reception dealt efficiently with us and we were soon on the coach. On return we did not have long to wait for a return coach to the car park. Although it took a few minutes to find the car in the dark, it was good value for money.

We are already booked for Summer, we found the site easily and transfers were carried out efficiently.

The fact that the transfer coaches came every ten minutes meant that on our return to Gatwick we had only a few minutes to wait, and once we were on the coach, it left almost immediately so that we returned to the car park with the absolute minimum of delay. Once at the car park the formalities were completed in seconds and we collected the car and were on our way home in minutes. I shall definitely use APH again.

I found this carpark very easy to find and the directions given were very clear. The staff were friendly and I would use this carparking facility again.

All ran very smoothly - easy to find, easy to use and good staff. Only downside is the 15 minute coach ride to the terminal, but this is the trade off for the low price. Recommended if time is not of the essence.

Carpark was easy to find from directions supplied. We parked in the bays right outside the office, handed over our keys, and got on the coach which was waiting - there was no wandering around trying to find a space as there is valet parking. The coach was clean and comfortable, and the driver friendly. It was only a ten minute journey to south terminal. When we arrived back in the UK, we followed the instructions to ring APH, found the coach stop from more clear directions, and got back to the car park to find our car waiting for us, in perfect condition, with no extra mailes on the clock. Fantastic!!

Excellent. Our flight home was cancelled, we did not inform the carpark, but when we arrived the next day the car was ready no problems whatsoever, plus no extra charge. Can't argue with that.

Check in and pick up procedure fuss free and efficient - did wait for nearly 15 mins for transfer from car park to airport - assume this was to adhere to a timetable. Had to drive past Gatwick turn off to get to car park - worth knowing to add a few mins to your journey - good directions given - overall good.

I was very happy with the service, I had no problems whatsoever. I left my car at APH parking and got on the coach to Gatwick; on return the same - waited for coach then took me back to parking and I had absolutely no problems. It was a great experience.

Close proximitey to the Airport, with a well detailed map and great staff. We arrived, dropped the car, boarded the coach and was at the airport before we knew it. On our return at 1am we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the coach, but again was quick. We arrived, the staff were quick, the car was easy to find and we were on our way home within minutes. Thank you.

First class service and polite friendly staff. Only down side was the fact that it seemed quite a way to the terminal, although it was probably 10 minutes maximum. Fine if you are in plenty of time for your flight, bit of a headache if you are cutting it fine. Courtesy bus waiting for us when we got to the car park and when we got back to the airport, flowed really smoothly.

From initial online booking right through to collection after our holiday the whole experience was fast, efficient and hassle free. The drivers and staff at the centre were polite and friendly and there was no waiting or queuing at any time. I would defintely recommend you to friends and family. Well done for a first class service!

Excellent in most ways; we were booked in quickly and also transfered quickly to the airport. The only downside was that I'm not sure if it has something to do with the aircraft but the car was absolutely filthy. I feel that if they offered a car wash facility many people would pay extra for this service, but all in all a great job, well done - will use again!!

Thanks for the no nonsense approach and excellent customer service, I was upset how dirty my car was and the lady in reception organised for it to be cleaned - no fuss just excellent customer service, I will try you again. Please thank her on my behalf, good customer service is rare these days and should be celebrated.

I took almost 1hr from arrving at the car park and booking checking in and getting to departures at North terminal. The coach waited for nearly 30 mins before departing which left us really rather short on time - thank god for on line check in. It would have been better if the buses had gone off rather more regularly. On the way back however the service was fine.

Good friendly service with very efficient check-in. Coaches ran frequently and were easy to find at the airport. Very easy collection system meant we were on our way within 20 mins of getting out of Gatwick.

Efficient service, good instructions throughout and pleasant staff. In fact, the best we've had. Just a little far out of the airport than we expected, but the service we received made up for it. Well done, and thank you!

Staff were efficient, although perhaps slightly impersonal. Whole operation seemed well oiled. Only drawback is the signage is inadequate, at 4.40 a.m. it's not fun traipsing around trying to find your car, and there were others doing it, it wasn't just me!
