The experience was absolutely painless. No queues anywhere, knowledgable staff, very friendly bus driver, car ready as soon as we got off the bus, toilets available. Oh, and the bus was waiting for us when we left, and was waiting at the stop when we returned to the airport. Nice clean and new bus too, which was a nice surprise. Brilliant!

Clear directions to site, impressive security arrangements, rapid and almost immediate 24-hour transfer to and from airport, courteous and friendly treatment and very reasonable charges all make this the best airport car park I have found in thirty-odd years.

The whole car was badly stained due to being parked under foliage which shed a large amount of debris. The stains have needed abrasive waxing and considerable labour to remove them. In future we could only park there if we could be sure the car was parked in the open.

We were very pleased with our whole booking and stay at APH Gatwick Parking. Everything was made easy and although we had to return home a week early our car was waiting for us ready to collect. We would certainly use this company agian.

Good service, and the staff were all very professional and we found site easy to find. Only downside was having to flit between terminals arrivals/departures at 3 am before we finally left to pick up our car. Overall would recommend APH. Good value for money.

I found the company to be very friendly. It was easy to find. Our incoming flight was delayed and therefore late picking up our car and were not charged extra. I would reccomend any time.

On my departure there was a coach waiting. On my return the coach arrived at the terminal bus stop within 10 mins of me phoning to inform of my arrival.

This is the second time we have used this off site parking and again found it very good. The service is great and the checking in and out is as smooth as it can be. We will be using this site each time we fly from Gatwick.

We were running late for our flight and the quick check in service allowed us to board the bus almost as soon as we got out the car. The staff also noted we were running late and agreed the bus could leave earlier to accommodate us.

When we returned to Gatwick I called to arrange being collected. The person answering the phone was very abrupt. I appreciate it was late (23:30) we were tired too and a nice welcoming English voice would have been so much better and would have added to our experience of APH much more. We will use the service again.

Excellent service and efficient pickup even at 5.30 in the morning! Collecting from North terminal is a real bonus when returning late at night (early morning). Friendly staff.

Would recommend this car park, very easy to find, with the help of the directions they sent me, good value, and very friendly, cars are safe and it only took ten mins to get to airport, where they drop you off at your terminal, very happy, will use in future. Quite happy to leave my car with them again.

Great service. Great coaches and transfers. The return coach ride was well timed- the coach was already waiting for us on our exit from the airport. Would definitely use again! :)

I thought that the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that I had problems finding where my car was in the dark, but apart from that thought everything was brilliant - especially the coach transfers!

Have now parked at APH car parks the last 5 times we have been on holiday and find excellent service every time, also you have nearly always been the cheapest for parking, easy to find and a pleasure to use. Thanks.

Really impressed with the service. Took about 10-15 mins to get to the airport and the coach was there to pick us up when we arrived home, so no waiting around as we were very tired after the long journey. Would definitely use APH Gatwick again!

The reception was highly efficient. Their drivers seem to care about their role; something I noticed when I used another car park recently. Their drivers actually help with the baggage on and off the coach.

We live near central London so for us it will definitely be quicker and cheaper to get the train next time. But the car park was much nicer than expected - we thought it would just be a muddy field! and the service was pretty good. But we kept expecting our drivers to fly through the front window every time they braked - driving a coach wtihout seatbelts on the motorway is NOT good, and it was the same both ways.

It was so easy to find and the service was immaculate. Having a 24hr petrol station right there is also very useful! Transfers were easy and hassle free, as well as fast. Your holiday really does start in the Car Park!

I found the directions very easy and found APH with no problem at all. I was dealt with quickly and there was a coach waiting to take me straight to the terminal. I was also helped with my suitcase. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend APH to friends and would use you again on other trips.
