I wouldn't hesitate to use AHP parking again. Booking on internetwas simple, cost was best on offer, we found car park straight away due to good map,there was no waiting at all for transfer to airport,all staff were efficient and friendly. In fact whole organisation from start to finish was first class. We'll have no hesitation to use this firm again.

Have used APH on a number of occasions.Very good value for money.The transfers were quick and effecient.The drivers were also very effecient.There was not any hanging around waiting for coaches.All in all a very smooth running transfer on the way to the airport and on our return journey.Thankyou, we will use you again when we next travel!

I was late getting there but the bus left promptly and I ended up with 20 mins to spare. On return I did not get through on the phone first time but did next time. The bus arrived 5 mins after I got out of the terminal and it was 3.30 am !!!! Staff were a bit abrupt when I got back, but they were busy and it was again 3.45 am. Straight to my car, which was easy to find, then back home by 5.30 for a kip.

I normally get a cab to the airport (which is extremely expensive) but this year it was cancelled at the last minute. I was not looking forward to the coach transfer but i was extremely pleased with the service receiced, & the totally painless & trouble free transfer to the airport. I will definately be using APH again and would recomend people give it ago.

The return flight home was delayed. When I telephoned APH on my return to Gatwich there was no problem with APH because of the delay and was not charged anymore money because the car was there longer than expected. The staff at APH were very pleasant and helpful.

On the whole we found the service very good. I think we must have just missed a coach and it seemed a long time before the next one got going .... just made it in time! APH didn't appear to feature on the pick up point along with other named service providers so we were a little confused but within no time a coach appeared and our homeward bound journey from airport to car part was brilliant.

We cd not use the bus transfer TO the terminal as we just missed the bus and departure was 40 min later. therefore we had to walk :(. more frequent bus service wd be appreciated. When returning to APH after our trip, we were impressed by their speed returning keys to a bus load of people. Very fast and efficient. The staff were very polite and able to smile, even in the early hours! Coaches are comfortable, regular and modern. I have used other firms. I will use APH again.

Excellent arrangements, efficient transfers and good value for money.

I arrived at APH Gatwick at 3.30am on a Sunday morning, was on the transfer coach within 5 minutes and at North terminal by 3.55am. Very efficient.

Clear directions to car parking and drop off was easy. Arrived back at Gatwick at 12.35 and was driving away from car park 45 minutes later - very impressive.

Excellent service; the coach drivers were so friendly.

This has been my third use of the service and always it has been easy and efficient. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a transfer coach and the car is always ready. Thank you.

As ever, no hassle getting to the terminal or back again on return. We did fly out and come back early hours of the morning so it was nice to have no problems or delays. Have previously recommended them and will continue to do so.

Having a new car, I managed to go away knowing it was safe and secure. Was very pleased, and the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you; will definitely recommend.

I always find the staff very friendly - and never had a problem. I would like a hand wash option prior to collection - personally do not like the machine wash that is available and never have the time to wait.

Cheap, easy to find, didn't have to wait long for the transfer, bus drivers very chirpy and helpful.

Booking through the website was a doddle. They emailed me with crystal clear directions so I found it with ease. The staff were expecting me when I arrived and had my car booked in in under 3 mins (no queues, no fuss). The car park staff are cheerful and helpful, the shuttle buses are spotlessly clean and coach drivers are ultra-helpful. By following the instructions on my ticket the car was ready for when I stepped off the bus on my return. When I got to my car it was clean and damage free ... what more can I ask. I will use APH every time I fly out of Gatwick.

Phoned customer service car park staff as rqd. upon leaving the terminal building, as 10 of us walked up to the stop the coach pulled away, absolutely fuming, obviously didn't want to pick up, had to wait another 20 mins for another coach. Up all day, now the early hrs. and we still had to drive up nth. An annoying delay!
