Booking in is really easy - Just sign in at reception, unload the cases and leave the keys in the car. Coach driver loads cases and unloads at airport. Coming home, one call to freephone number and a 5 min wait for the coach. It really does not come much easier with friendly staff and helpful drivers.

Excellent, and so easy and relaxing. Turn up, register, leave the car and start your holiday. All at a much cheaper price than on-site at Gatwick. Thanks.

All round - value for money. A bit far out from Gatwick, but no real problem. Reception/Waiting room a bit desolate if we had to wait for transfer bus.

Instructions provided beforehand were clear & easy to follow. On arrival at APH it was straightforward although a little scary to leave the keys in my unlocked car at reception. However, after being efficiently coached to Gatwick and, later, back to APH my car was safe & secure exactly where APH staff told me it would be. Easy peasy!

I was very impressed with APH. It was easy to find, clear instructions of what to do, pleasant staff and efficient bus service to and from the airport. I was also confident that my car would be secure in my absence. I will be more than happy to use them again in the future.

We have used APH parking several times now and have never had a problem. The staff are friendly and efficient, the facilities clean and bright. It is easy to find,park and check in. There is always a coach ready to go and on return we have never waited more than 5 mins for the coach. On return keys are ready to be picked up.

In general good. I would use again. £45 for a week was good value especially when booked 36 hrs before departure. Of note, no-ones fault but might be relevent to single travellers... I had virtually no mobile phone reception when I arrived at the APH carpark.

This is the second time that I have used this Car Park and it is very easy to find and very near the Airport. It takes the hassle out of travelling and is quick and easy to use. I did not have to worry about trying to find someone to take us and pick us up from the airport. My car when I returned this time had a flat battery (2.30 in the morning) and someone was there to help straight away. Certainly recommended

staff were very friendly asnd helpful. They informed me of a noise in my engine, but was already aware of that. They did not charge extra even though i had not booked the correct time. Transfer was ok, took longer on the return journey but rush hour traffic probbaly accounted for that. Didn't really see much of where the cars were actually parked so not really able to comment on security of that.

finding aph was easy, with a transfer coach waitng there it was 10minutes til we arrived at Gatwick. The car park appeared to be secure and the journey back to the car park was just as quick. We had no problems and will certainly be using aph in the future!

Would thoroughly recommend APH Gatwick to anyone. A well lit, secure and professional run operation.....and excellent value for money!! Only real downside was that we had to wait 20 mins on our return for the transfer coach to arrive but other than that, everything was spot on.

Everything to do with APH went extremely well from the initial booking to eventually collecting my car on return from two weeks away. The staff were extremely polite & courteous with the coaches clean and tidy in every way. Well the worth the money paid, I would recommend to everyone.

Found the whole thing very easy, great that the car is moved on your return to a bay near the reception rather than like at the on-site air-port parking where you have to remember your stop, row and space number and trudge round trying to find you car. The only thing we found a bit annoying and that was probably because we were tired from a delayed flight, was after the pick-up at South Terminal, we had to also pick-up at the North Terminal, when all we wanted to do was get to the car, go home and go to bed!!! But that's just selfish on our part. Will be using again for a 2 week summer holiday.

The parking itself is great and journey to airport was very quick, about 15 mins. Upon return though I did find that the journey took a very long time because we had to go to different terminals to pick up lots of other people and it all took nearly 3/4 of an hour to return to the parking facility. This we foung very tiring as we expected it to be as swift as our inward journey. Apart from that the experience was a positive one.

This was the first time of using APH and our expreience was favoutable. The only issue which is the same with any off-airport car park is that when arriving back at the airport from your flight you do not know if you have just missed a bus or when the next one will come. We had to wait about 15 minutes for one (having just missed one) which does seem a long time after a long flight. If there was an indication at the stop when the next bus was due that would be helpful

Excellent value and very efficently organised. It is necessary to leave ones car unlocked so the car can be parked by an attendant after one has left for the airport- but the system works well and on ones return car key promptly returned with allocated designated car space clearly labelled. Shame coach does a circular tour to both south and north terminal as one wants the transfer to be ultra quick but the value is outstanding when compared to other operators.

This was the first time I had used the service and it all went very smoothly, excellent directions to the car park, efficient onward journey to the airport. On our return everything went smoothly. The distance and time between the airport and the car park was less than I expected and I thought this service provided excellent value for money. I will have no hesitation in using it again.

I found the directions to the parking very good and the staff very helpful and efficient. The coach took a little while to leave to take us to the airport, and coming back we waited almost an hour after calling before a coach arrived, and it was very late at night! Overall good, will use APH again.

All information given is precise and easy to follow. Very easy instructions with regards to booking in before your holiday and on your return. Coach driver always handles your luggage so you haven't got to worry about lumping heavy bags onto the coach. Brilliant service have used several times and wouldn't hesitate to use again and would definately recommend. They are also one of the cheaper car parks - brilliant!

Easy upon arrival as you just leave your car right by coach pick-up so it prevents dragging the cases far. Didn't realise they had another car park that our car would be driven to until we returned and were shown the sign announcing this! Overall very good, would use them again.
