Comment provided on acceptance that my name is not used on your web site. A slight criticism - we had to wait quite a long time for departure on the coach to Gatwick. However, given that it was an early morning departure, I presume that service was reduced from later in the day. There was some confusion on drop-off, where people were also trying to board, and being told pick up was just slightly further along, yet when we returned, pick-up and drop-off occurred at the same point: somewhat prior to the designated waiting point for pick-up. If we had believed the outbound experience, we might well have missed our coach. These are provided as constructive comment, not complaint. The service was generally good, efficient, and performed smoothly.

I know I should have checked properly and it was my fault but the distance from the airport to the car park was too far. It was the same distance as from home to the car park. If I had known I would have either chosen a different car park or got a taxi there as the cost was around the same.

The downside of using APH were the long trek to the coach park from picking up baggage, Gatwick being a very large airport and the usual problems with the M25. We did pick a midday return and traffic was severe, and a couple of incidents caused major hold ups. The extra hour tavelling was more than worth it, being in the comfort of my own car also gave us the choice of alternative stop points. APH will be used for any future travel from Gatwick.

We have used APH three or four times now and have always been most satisfied. It gives good value for money and one feels that the car is safely parked and secure. The coach drivers have always been most helpful and cheerful and the reception has run efficiently both when leaving the car and when collecting it. Many thanks.

First time l have used this park, but directions easy to follow.Using Junction 10 off M23 is a bonus, far less busy than Junc.9 which can often get congested at busy times. APH staff friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the APH experience. The instructions were easy to follow, there were plenty of friendly staff on hand and the coaches left almost immediately on arrival and departure. I was particularly impressed with the coach driver who was very helpful. Well done...I am about to book my summer holiday parking with APH!

I had never used a parking facility at an airport prior to my recent holiday where I flew from Gatwick North. I would definitly do it again, it's a very cheap and easy way of getting to the airport, and the service at APH was excellent, I would recommend them to anyone flying from Gatwick!

Definitely recommend anyone to use this company. Easily booked over the internet, v competitive rates, clear directions to car park, really friendly, polite and efficient staff. No problems at all - going out or coming back. Will definitely use this company whenever I fly from Gatwick.

On arrival booking in was smooth and efficient, transfer to Airport took about 15/20 mins. On arrival back to UK we had to call a returns number which took a few attemps to get through as they were busy, when we went to get the coach pick up there was a sizeable delay for some of 30 mins, but we only had to wait about 10/15 mins. In conclusion, we would use this facility again for future parking.

Dropped off my car at approx 4am, took less than 5 mins in office. Coach ready and waiting for the transfer. Cases were loaded and unloaded for you. On return, once landed I phoned to let them know I was back. Collected our cases, hopped on the coach (waited 6 mins), popped back into the office with my docket handed back my keys and was away in a few minutes. Excellent service which I would recommend to anyone!(and have done so).

First time that I have used APH and I will be using them again. I have recommended them to friends and family already. Took the hassle out of the journey and the collection service on returning to Gatwick at 0100hrs was great. Highly recommend - great service and great value for money.

This was the first time we used APH and we were delighted with the service. Their instructions for finding the car park were excellent and the staff were not only helpful but also extremely efficient. We will definitely be using them again.

As we have to drive past APH on the way to the airport it made sense to use their services. It was quick and convenient and made a relaxing start to our trip knowing we could unwind as soon as we were on the coach. We had a late flight back and only had to wait a minute for the transfer back to APH. We would definitely use APH again.

Your service is excellent. From first contact to make a booking via the internet, through to collecting my keys at the end of my holiday, everything went smoothly and I felt reassured that my car would be in safe hands while I was away. I will definitely be using you again.

We've used APH before, a couple of years ago, and were happy to use them again. Arriving in the small hours after driving overnight from N. Yorkshire, the reception was efficient, alert and everything went as it should, so we had no hassle in our tired state and our holiday began as soon as we switched off the engine outside the APH reception. On our return everything went as smoothly, such that we were back on the road to God's country within an hour of touching down.

Good value for money. We parked our car and the coach was waiting to take us to airport as soon as we had handed in our keys. On our return the coach turned up at the coach station as soon as we arrived there and our car was located quickly at the car park. Excellent service - definitely would use APH again.

This was the second time we had used APH and we would definitely use it again. The overall service is excellent, but we did have a longer wait than we had hoped for on our return; but it was 02.00 in the morning. However, saying that the driver was very friendly even at that time in the morning. I would recommend APH to all my friends and family.

This is the 1st time it's been my responsibilty to book the parking! I was so keen to get it right! I did! We arrived early in the morning after many hours driving and everything was so straightforward. Went to reception with the paperwork then popped onto the bus, which was already waiting to take us to the airport. At the airport, I couldn't find my mobile phone, so I called the reception fearing that I'd left it on the bus. The receptionist duly called me later to tell me that the bus had been searched, but it hadn't been found. On my return, I found it in my car! Not only fantastic customer service, but honest staff also. I shall be using APH GATWICK again.
