I found the staff very helpful - the coach driver helped me with my case when getting on. I didn't have to wait long at all for the coach in either direction and it was nice that the driver waited for those on their way to the stop. The staff at the kiosk when validating my ticket were also very pleasant.

I pre-paid on-line for the long-term carpark. All was fine until I left the car park at the end of my break. I thought that inserting the debit card with which I had paid into the machine at the exit would have produced a receipt saying that I had pre-paid. As I had cars behind me I took the slip and it wasn't until I got home that I realised I had paid twice. On investigating I realised I should have read the small print on the initial confirmation email that I printed out which indicates that I should have called at MAAS customer services. I think the reason I did not read the form carefully enough was because my Father died suddenly four weeks ago and it has been hard to concentrate. However I would suggest that you mark that section as IMPORTANT. So, what was initially a cost of £25.50 to me to park became £50. I hope this helps to improve your service. Regards Alison Barratt

The price is expensive compared to some other airports however long stay car-parking is too expensive overall. this service is the best I have used as you get to park your own car and no-one drives it. The transfers are quick, regular and efficient. More noticable information on what to do when picking car up would be welcome.

When we arrived at the car park along with another man, we was looking for an office or someone to speak to. All doors were locked. If the bus driver had not been there at the time, would have been very confused as to what to do especially as I was under the impression that keys to vehicles were to be handed in for reparking.

The drivers of the buses to and from the terminal were brilliant. They were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make me feel 'looked after'. The driver on my return even told me that there were people to help me if my car wouldn't start! Their attitude put me in a good mood for the whole day! Please pass on my thanks.

The medium stay car parks are near to terminal so easy to walk therefore cannot comment on bus transfer. You are given a code number and just buzz as you exit car park so therefore very limited contact with staff but no problems. Would use this service again.

This is the second time i have stayed in CP7 at EMA and on both occasions the experience has been terrible. Firstly this car park is not 'in view of the terminal building'. It is a 15 minute bus ride away. The car park itself is very poor quality. Large chalk stones cover the parking area, Many cars park over two spaces, waiting times for buses to the terminal is typically 15 minutes, and when they do arrive they are very crowded. All in all a stressful way to start a holiday On this occasion there was a motor racing event on at Donnington Park when we arrived back. Police were directing traffic leaving the event through the airport to avoid congestion on surrounding roads. This caused grid lock on the airport roads and meant we waited 45 minutes for a bus back to CP7 (some people had been waiting almost 1.5 hours!). While we waited we had no feedback from airport staff and were just left waiting. I will never park at EMA again.

First time I've used East Mids Airport. Brilliant experience. I have a disability and as a Blue Badge driver I was able to park right across the road from the terminal entrance. Minimun walking for me and a totally hassle-free experience. Thoroughly recommended!

See 'cons' above. We needed assistance and there were no staff anywhere to be seen. We followed approach instructions given, which sent us into the airport and then miles out again and there were few, if any, clear visible signs(dark at time of arrival) to follow. We came out(back to M1)via parallel road, just after exit to car park, which would have been a much easier way to direct people in. The car park surface was part gravel/shingle and the stones drag out all over the tarmac which then present great problems when pulling wheeled suitcases. It needs all tarmacing or regular sweeping. Coloured sections with the same numbers confused many people as we arrived in the dark and the different colours are not always apparent. Instead of several A's B's and C's etc. why not just go A through to Z. We usually use Birmingham and were disappointed with the car park arrangements we experienced at NEMA - Sorry!

The car park was a suprising distance from the terminal which, for an "on-site" car park, was a little off-putting at first as all long stay car parks I've used in the past are within reasonable walking distance from the actual terminal. That said, it was clearly signed, easy to find, secure and I didn't have to wait much more than 5 minutes at either end for a shuttle.

Cost - Excellent. Pre booked over the internet and was rewarded with a great saving. Customer Service - Excellent. Our coach driver (should have got his name) was brilliant, very helpful and cheerful - a delight that you don't see often. Transfers - again excellent. We were fortunate and bearly had to wait 2 mins before a coach arrived to take us to and from the airport. Facilities - the coach was clean and tidy - no complaints. Would without doubt book again.

Very competitive pricing and easy to access compared to off site car parking, which I have used in the past. Transfers are very frequent - more so than off-site parking and the staff are very helpful. This is my first preference of parking, if I had to compare on/off site parking.

Easy to follow directions, bus coming round waited for us while we parked and ensured we knew which was the nearest stop. No annoying waiting about for a bus on our return despite being last to collect our cases. Bus ran for just us, didn't wait for a full load!

Overall I was very satisfied with the parking service and the value for money. It was very easy to find the car-park, parking spaces were fair sized and the coach drivers of the transfer coaches were very helpful with our luggage. I would use your service again for sure.

It was very easy to find the car park. easy to park. We were lucky a bus came within a few minutes, and we managed to get on it but it would have been a long wait if we could not have got on. It was very busy that day. Validating our ticket on our return was simple.and our transport back to the car park easy as was our exit. thanks for your service we will use it again.

No problems at all with getting to and from car park. Was dissapointed and angry to find a dent in the passenger door of my car caused no doubt by some ignorant person parked next to me.Only one major complaint was having a small child it seemed easier to leave them at the terminal on our return while i recovered our car only to find i couldnt gain direct acsess to the terminal and having to go to the car park to pick them up.

really good tranfers only 3 mins from terminal .. at car park no real staff (that i saw)to help if you are elderly or disabled . also i time clock would be nice saying waiting time for coach as you stand there wondering how long before the next 1 turns up and 20 mins can seem a long time. if you dont know when 1 is turning up

On arrival, the paperwork led me to believe that I would hand in my keys and the car would be taken away and parked, with the reverse process on my return. In fact the car park was completley unnattended so I had to find a spot to park and then wait for a transfer bus. This needs to be made clear in the instructions. !!

The driver on the return trip was especially helpful. He was cheerful (at midnight!) and helped with our suitcases by carrying them both onto the bus at the airport and off the bus when we were dropped off at the car park itself. A good experience that we shall definitely tell others about.

This is a self service type car park I was a little confused about where to get on the curtesy bus back to the terminal and ended up waiting at the wrong stop BUT I was rescued by a bus driver who went out of his way to help me out On our return I couldnt find my ticket for the machine and again the car park team were great Top marks !!! So I give this car park the thumbs up for service XXXXX
